NEVER COME HERE I booked my appointment for a Swedish/Deep Tissue massage on September 1 for an appointment on October 18. I was gifted a gift card in March that specifically said that the gift card never expires (photo attached). When I made the booking online, i put in the gift card code to pay and it was accepted. I got a confirmation email (attached). I spent a month and a half looking forward to this. My appointment was booked for 9:30am. I arrive at 9:23, so yes, technically before my appointment and before they opened. The door was locked. I gave them a call just let them know that I was there. The lady who answered the phone seemed really surprised that I had an appointment. She told me that she would give me a call right back. She called me back about five minutes later and let me know that somebody was on their way and would be there soon. My masseuse came to open up the store around 9:50. When she opened up, we both walked in and she was seeming pretty frantic. She asked what service I was getting and I told her. She asked me how I was going to pay and I let her know that I had already paid online via gift card. She said ok and brought me back to the room. She left and had me undress and get on the table. As I was waiting for her, there was a loud beeping that kept going off whoever someone would walk past outside the shop... super annoying and not relaxing. She came in (not knocking) and was on the phone with the manager. Manager told me that she doesn't see that I had paid. I told her the same thing I told my masseuse. They hung up the phone, my masseuse started to play calming music on her phone and began my massage. Not even 2 minute in, my masseuse's phone rang and SHE PICKED IT UP. She started talking on the phone and was massaging me with one hand. Then she put it on speaker and it was the manager again. She told me that she doesn't have my payment because they don't take gift cards. I reexplained everything and told her that I could have my husband send her all the confirmation emails, which we did. They hung up the phone waiting for the emails. We immediately sent the emails. For 20 or so minutes I waited, naked on the table, while the masseuse was scrolling through TikTok. Finally the manager called me back and told me that I need to call my bank and ask for a refund because they were under new management and don't take gift cards. I told her that I can't call my bank because I paid using my gift card that never expires, not my own bank card. She said there was nothing she could do. My masseuse didn't leave the room until I got off the table, naked. Outrageous that they didn't honor the gift card. I truly tried to see where I could have done something better, but they were wrong on all parts. If they don't take gift cards it shouldn't have been accepted online when I made the appointment. This ruined my day. I would never go back or recommend. read more

I was extremely disappointed in this place, I took a chance with a Groupon and it was just not a good experience. I booked the massage for my mom and upon arrival were greeted by a strong smell of marijuana from the shop next door, we were met at the front lobby (there is no front desk) by the masseuse ("Angela") who barely spoke any English and gave my mom a funny look. She went to hide in the back and then came back and asked for my phone number, at this point I suspected what was going on but could't believe it, we we're about to be denied service because of my mom's disability over the phone while on location. I was right, a customer service representative called me while the masseuse was in the back of the joint hiding, and told me because of my mom uses an oxygen machine the masseuse didn't feel comfortable rendering service. I was just embarrassed I dragged my mother into this mess so I got up to leave and the masseuse came out to offer us essential oils to take home, we politely declined. I got in the car and immediately called Massage Heights on Warm Springs who have always been great and did an amazing job with my mom. I will say the customer service rep, Alison followed up via text and continued to apologize which is why I'm even giving this establishment two stars. But yeah, stay away from this place if you have any sort of disability, or just in general. read more

We booked a 120 minute spa session at Ki Spa 11:00 am. When we arrived the desk associate let us know the time slot had been double booked. The owner booked the other couple but did not communicate it with the desk associate. So we wasted 2 hours of our morning waiting because the spa didn't have the staff to do it and when we arrived the issue of double booking. They never offered us a discount or anything. To make it worse the associate stayed maybe you can book another spa location near here. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you. Slur your time and relaxation. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

terrible experience. came in for hydra facial, steamer and device were not ready although I called for an appointment. loud sink running to wash one towel throughout the facial. used hydra-tool for maybe two minutes, not even doing half my face, water was leaking all down my face and neck. heavy device placed to rest on my face for part of the facial. claimed she did an hour instead of the 40 minutes, not true. didn't even take the headband off for me when done. took the time to check out with credit card and she didn't tell me there was white cream all over my nose, neck, and in my hair. i realized when i got home, after having run 2 errands, embarrassing. careless, but try to smooth it over with a friendly attitude and smile. read more
