We used the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and locker room facilities, and everything was consistently clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. My wife had a deep tissue massage and said it was excellent. I even got a pedicure, which was great as well. Even though I don't remember everyone's names, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. They really helped make our weekend feel relaxing and stress-free. If we stay again at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara, we will definitely return to Lapis Spa inside Planet Hollywood. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind while in Las Vegas.

If you are looking for an all-day experience with activities and energy, it definitely delivers. That said, the coed areas can get quite loud, especially on weekends. It can feel more social and high-energy than relaxing. Even during a massage, noise from the main areas can carry through, which takes away from the overall experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and there is no shortage of things to explore. Overall, it is a unique experience, but if you are expecting a quiet, traditional spa environment, this may not fully meet those expectations.

The Spa at Encore Las Vegas is, hands down, the best spa I have ever been to in my life! I…read morepurchased a day pass for today as a treat to myself for my off day. IMHO, the facilities here are second to none! Where do I begin: - The 2 large rectangular hot tubs are outstanding! The temperature always feels comfortably warm. (They are marked as being at 103 degrees) Whenever I go to any spa, this is one of the first amenities I head towards. I'm always disappointed when I go to a spa on the Strip and the hot tub isn't even, you know, hot. Not an issue here! The temperature always felt perfect! - The waterfall showers are also a real treat to enjoy! I've been to numerous spas with deluge/waterfall showers, and they are always so freaking cold! Bleh. At the Encore Spa, the water is once again comfortably warm! I had to check out the whole row of showers! They also have a shower where you have 9 different streams hitting you all at once from all different directions! These showers can be set to be cold or warm depending on your preference. - The steam room is also, once again, set just the way I like it! HOT! They have iced towels just outside the door so you can take one in with you. - They also have a row of heated stone loungers in the main wet area room. I've been to spas where you could barely feel the heat on the loungers. Once again, not here! My back was tight earlier this morning after my workout and this was exactly what I needed! They have 2 cold plunge pools as well. Not really my thing, but a lot of people really seem to enjoy them. lol They also have a cozy little seating area with a TV, drinks and snacks. I didn't spend much time in there though. I basically jumped around between the hot tubs, the waterfall showers, the stone loungers, the steam room, and the sauna. After about 4 hours of that, I was feeling like a noodle :) The service here is top notch, as one would expect from the mighty Wynn(/Encore). Vanessa at reception handled my check in and was friendly and pleasant. The attendants were friendly and helpful at every turn! Plus, they were really staying on top of keeping the place clean and looking great! I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years now. In that time, I have been to a lot of the spas in this city and Encore is far and away my favorite spa! The facilities are top notch and pristine. The service is always friendly, engaging, and professional. Although I didn't receive a massage this visit, I have purchased treatments here in the past and have always been impressed by the skill and professionalism of the providers. This has always been, and remains, a 5-star experience for me!

The treatment was amazing. The table was life changing. I recently had a surgery and they were able to move the plates so I could lay comfortably. Make sure you bring a bathing suit! The amenities are fantastic! Cold plunge pool, hot tub, waterfall showers, steam room and sauna. The service was spectacular, and the attendance in the locker rooms were so nice! As a local, I will be back again!

I chose the '"Queen Facial'" and my esthetician, Asia was very accommodating and explained the facial to me in detail before we started the facial. The massage portion of the facial originated from Budapest and it was the first time I had this type of massage on my face. I give Asia and the facial five stars! The spa facility is very nice and spacious, and offers many amenities, however I was not able to spend much time there because I had another event to go to. It was unclear that I could spend the whole there if i chose when i booked the appointment. I called and left a message for the facility the day before to see if I could move up my appointment but was disappointed that no one returned my call. They said a manager would get back to me but never did. So unfortunately for that reason, I will need to lower the ratings to four stars.

The tour was okay but after hearing other tours throughout the day they gave way more info about the facility. I checked my mom in and had to run back down to the genting desk which I almost wasn't able because the girl at the front was shouting at me as I was trying to leave and told me there are no in and out privileges and asked if I was told if I could leave. This is ridiculous to me. All of my stuff was there. I hadn't received my service yet... the whole interaction did not sit well with me. What if I forgot something in my hotel room? Needed to run to my car? Left my car keys next to a slot machine? I need permission to leave for a moment...??? Payment is collected in the beginning so it's not like I could run out on a check. When it was time for our services we sat in the waiting area five minutes prior. I'm gonna go ahead and say we sat there for more than five minutes. Then you get walked back and they sit and talk to you about scents, the typical focus area questions, and then the up sales which I asked to skip. By time all of this is done and the massage started it was 10-15 min past the start time. The masseuse was nice but the massage itself was mediocre. Which in a high end spa like awana I should not be feeling like that. Also feel like mentioning focus points doesn't make a difference. At the end you lay there while they wash their hands, move your robe and sandals, flatten the table, and idk what else was getting fiddled with. I laid there for that, got my robe back on. Walked back out of the massage area into the main spa, waited a minute or two for my mom. Went to the bathroom and went back to my locker and when I saw the time it was when my massage should have just been ending! I paid for 90 minute massages but we probably only got about 70 minutes worth of a massage. The late start and talking beforehand and cleaning up after should not be taken out of my massage time. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this. The facility itself is gorgeous. No complaints there. The steam room was great. Sauna was a little weird. The first 15 minutes I was in there there was no sound and then out of nowhere. The lights shut off and then came back on and there was music playing. Almost like a glitch. But it's a really nice sauna either way. They have nice lounge places, although it did get very crowded and there wasn't really anywhere to sit. It is coed, which is nice if you ever came with a significant other. The snack station was pretty elite. They had all different kinds of sandwiches scones muffins crostinis etc. And they did a great job keeping it restocked. I unfortunately didn't get to have any due to my dietary restrictions but they looked delicious. I will say I am a little disappointed because the only thing they could offer me was fruit, which was there when I did the tour, but when I went to get some after I was checked in, they were out and never refilled it. Same with a small hummus cup. I got one and then went in for my massage and every time I check back afterwards, they never refilled it. There's also a menu that list items that they don't have out there. Like different flavored chips that I could've had but the only chips they served were ranch and due to the dairy, I could not have them. The salt room was a little lackluster. Beautiful room, but nobody stayed in there. Amenities are decent. They have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. Combs and brushes in case you forget yours. Hairspray, hair gel and mousse. Makeup removers and a few basic necessities. The drink stations could be a little better. This is the only spa that seems to not have a hot tea station. And there's only one infused water area, which I think they refill the water, but not the fruit because it did not taste infused whatsoever. I would possibly come back to use the facilities. I would not come back and spend this kind of money on a mediocre and shorted massage from here though. Did not have that ahh relaxed feeling afterwards that I expected from Awana Spa which is why I came here. This was a late Mother's Day celebration. Wish it was a little better. Resorts world is my most frequently visited hotel on the strip and I was hoping to love the spa and come back, but I think we will try some other spots instead. Not many pictures due to it being a spa and you aren't supposed to take them.

The facility was clean, well stocked, well maintained, and everything was in service. With any spa treatment, you have all day access to their amenities including a large jacuzzi, various baths, wet and dry sauna, Arctic room, showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a waiting area with complimentary use of a LED mask and a leg compression machine, various snacks, fruits, and drinks including a customizable sparkling water and coffee machine, and locker access. Customer service was top notch. Everyone from the front check in desk to the ladies helping to restock towels and bathroom amenities were all professional and helpful. I opted to try their new Aescape massage which is a massage conducted by a robot. You are given workout attire to wear and once in the room, you lie down and start your self guided and customizable massage controlled by the tablet in front of you. It scans your body and shows you visually which part of the body the robot is working out. You can control the pressure, type of music, and area you want to focus on. The robot's hands are heated so it felt like a human was massaging me! I wouldn't say it's equivalent to a human masseuse but worth a try! TIP: make sure to have ride share drop you off by the Augustus Tower. Once you enter, take the elevator up to the spa floor. Unfortunately ride share will only pick you up at the coliseum valet which is on the other side of the hotel so do not order your ride share until you're closer to that location.

The front lobby is a "no-frills" Asian spa (Chinese-operated, not Korean), but don't let the modest exterior fool you--it is surprisingly huge inside and can accommodate up to 20 people at once. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me immediately. Here are a few tips for your visit: The Setup: The rooms are separated by doors for privacy, but the individual sections are divided by curtains, so you can sometimes hear neighbors talking. The Pressure: This is the place for people who actually want a hard massage. Even their "regular" pressure is much firmer than a "deep tissue" at a place like Burke Williams. I especially loved the technique where they step on your back--it's incredibly effective! Just make sure to be vocal about your preferences if you want them to adjust. Pricing & Upselling: They are very clear and upfront with their signs, but like any spa, they may offer add-ons. Just ask if something is included or an extra charge; they aren't trying to scam you, they're just running a business. Location: It's in a perfect spot right next to all the amazing restaurants off Spring Mountain, making it a great stop before or after dinner. If you don't need a giant hot tub or a steam room and just want a focused, high-quality massage that actually works out the knots, this is the spot. I left feeling super relaxed!

I chose the 60-minute deep tissue full body massage, which cost $68 for one hour. That price is actually on the lower side for the Las Vegas area. However, I felt that the therapist's pressure was not strong enough and didn't quite achieve the results I was expecting. That being said, the overall environment and pricing were still very good. It's definitely a place worth coming back to in the future.
