If could give this spa more than 5 stars, I would! The…read moreservice is unmatched and the spa offerings are more diverse than other spas of its caliber. I did the 80 minute Good Luck ritual massage, which included personalized body massage, facial, hand/foot massage and scrub as well as aromatherapy. The entire massage experience was fantastic. Don't skimp on the time to get the full experience! If you're lucky, you'll get Monroe, who may have been the best masseuse I've ever had. Perfectly tailored depth of massage, excellent technique and very professional. Almost as good as the massages are the facilities, which are top notch- both beautiful and functional. The eucalyptus steam room is a must and the pool area looks straight out of a movie it's so beautiful! Overall, as someone who has been to multiple spas (four seasons, canyon ranch etc), save yourself the effort and choose the Encore spa instead- you won't regret it!

Returned to Encore for a solo getaway from a Sunday through Tuesday in July! I booked the 130 minute Deep Muscle Renewal and had Cassidy as my technician. This was literally the best spa treatment of my life and I am someone who goes to spas every month. The treatment starts with a magnesium body scrub followed by a body wrap and scalp massage. Cassidy had excellent pressure for the scrub and checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable. I was then escorted to an attached room with private shower to rinse off while she prepped the room for the most glorious deep tissue massage of my life. It was one of those massages where you fall asleep from it feeling so good and wake up wondering where you are but in the best way possible. I told her I was here for a solo birthday getaway and she included a box of chocolates at the end of the service. She was so kind, attentive, and had the perfect level of pressure throughout the entire treatment. I left feeling like a completely different human!

Decided to book a facial at the Awana Spa since I was staying at the Conrad at Resorts World. They…read moreoffer a variety of different facials and it was difficult to pick which one was suitable for me. I chose the '"Queen Facial'" and my esthetician, Asia was very accommodating and explained the facial to me in detail before we started the facial. The massage portion of the facial originated from Budapest and it was the first time I had this type of massage on my face. I give Asia and the facial five stars! The spa facility is very nice and spacious, and offers many amenities, however I was not able to spend much time there because I had another event to go to. It was unclear that I could spend the whole there if i chose when i booked the appointment. I called and left a message for the facility the day before to see if I could move up my appointment but was disappointed that no one returned my call. They said a manager would get back to me but never did. So unfortunately for that reason, I will need to lower the ratings to four stars.

We purchased the Fountain of Youth experience, which gives you access to the spa amenities without having to book a massage. When we arrived, we checked in and were asked to wait in the lounge until someone came to give us a tour. A female attendant took me while a male attendant showed my husband around. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything felt clean, modern, and luxurious. I loved that you're given a plush robe, slippers, and a locker that's accessed with a wristband key. It made moving around the spa super easy without worrying about carrying anything. We tried all of the different amenities. The salt room was probably our least favorite. Maybe I just don't understand the benefits, but it felt like we were just sitting in a room and I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to be experiencing. The saunas were nice, although the lights randomly turned off while we were inside. We weren't sure if that was intentional or if they were motion activated. Our favorite part was definitely the hot tubs and the cold plunge. Going back and forth between them was so relaxing, and we probably spent the most time there. The complimentary snacks were also a pleasant surprise. We tried the homemade chips and what I think was a salmon sandwich, and everything was delicious. My only suggestion would be to label the food. We kept guessing what everything was, and it would have been nice to know exactly what we were eating, especially for anyone with dietary restrictions. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing day and would absolutely come back if we're in Las Vegas again. If you're looking to enjoy a luxury spa without committing to a massage, the Fountain of Youth day pass is definitely worth considering.

They have a room with hot tub, cold plunge, and body temp pool and heated stone lounge chairs; and a sauna, steam room, and arctic room that dispenses ice from the ceiling. I liked the cold room, which doesn't seem very common in spas. There's also a larger heated whirlpool. None of the pools/rooms were overly hot/cold except for the cold plunge, which I thought was nice. Snacks included small apples, dried apples, granola bites, and chocolate biscotti. They also have coffee machine, herbal tea, and flavored water machine. There is a red light mask and a pair of compression boots you can use. It's gender-specific and clothing optional. They give you a robe and slippers. When I went, we were the only ones that went nude; everyone else wore bathing suits.

The facility was clean, well stocked, well maintained, and everything was in service. With any spa treatment, you have all day access to their amenities including a large jacuzzi, various baths, wet and dry sauna, Arctic room, showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a waiting area with complimentary use of a LED mask and a leg compression machine, various snacks, fruits, and drinks including a customizable sparkling water and coffee machine, and locker access. Customer service was top notch. Everyone from the front check in desk to the ladies helping to restock towels and bathroom amenities were all professional and helpful. I opted to try their new Aescape massage which is a massage conducted by a robot. You are given workout attire to wear and once in the room, you lie down and start your self guided and customizable massage controlled by the tablet in front of you. It scans your body and shows you visually which part of the body the robot is working out. You can control the pressure, type of music, and area you want to focus on. The robot's hands are heated so it felt like a human was massaging me! I wouldn't say it's equivalent to a human masseuse but worth a try! TIP: make sure to have ride share drop you off by the Augustus Tower. Once you enter, take the elevator up to the spa floor. Unfortunately ride share will only pick you up at the coliseum valet which is on the other side of the hotel so do not order your ride share until you're closer to that location.
