The co-ed section felt…read morereally busy the entire time we were there and it was hard to get chairs because people were saving them with towels. I liked doing the cold plunge after the sauna and napping in the heated chairs. I didn't like that they didn't have bathroom amenities like hair dryers and razors out and available. I feel like they should just provide them without us having to ask. However, the massage I got was incredible and the best part. I have to give a shout out to Henry. I have chronic pain and was suffering from a flare up when I visited. The pain relief I got from the massage was so great that it made me cry. He knew all the areas on my back and arms I was feeling pain without me telling him and he used just the right pressure to relieve the muscles. I hadn't felt that good and relaxed in years. Thank you so much! I wouldn't go back just for the spa but I will definitely go back every time I visit for a massage and spa. We already booked our next trip and will be staying at Fountainebleau for this!

I've been here a total of three times since 2024. My first two times I had massages with Heidi and…read morethey were fantastic! However, my most recent visit (a few days ago) Heidi was not available and I had Gisele instead. She was kind at pickup, however, as we were talking through the consultation she visibly started becoming detached and I caught her slightly roll her eyes a few times after I asked some questions about add ons. While she stepped out and I was about to get on the table, I stuck my head out into the hall to ask to add an oil add on and she was leaning against the wall on her phone. She immediately put it away and said she could add the oil (I forgot the name of it). I thought this was a bit unprofessional since there are guests walking up and down the hall. During the massage, I asked for her to lighten the pressure and her responses were clipped and she seemed annoyed. I did not feel relaxed after and felt like a huge inconvenience to her. I always go down to enjoy the spa and it honestly was chaotic this time. I always enjoy the sauna shows (Joli is amazing!). The common area was too over crowded and it was LOUD. I get it, it's a social area but the employees should be able to ask to lower the voices in a spa, right? Apparently not. I asked Rolli (he said he was a supervisor) about it and pretty much said that's how it is and I could go to the female only side for more quiet if I wanted. I then saw him approach a female employee with orange hair and they seemed to laugh about it as she looked over my way. Also, all of the warm stone chairs had towels/robes on them to block anyone from sitting while everyone was in the pool. So no one else could enjoy them and again the employees didn't do anything about it. Okay.... I felt unwelcome in that area with them so I went to the ladies side. The hot tubs edges had black/green goop building up. Half the showers are broken. There were dirty cups/bowls everywhere. The star lounge had dirty towels built up. I went to the desk (where they give you your shoes) and there were about 7-8 of them standing inside...men too! Why can they see into the ladies only side? Again, fine I'll move on from that...but they were all so so loud and just laughing and chit chatting. You could hear them in the locker changing areas and the couches where you enjoy the snacks. While the entire spa was a mess! I got changed and left. I didn't even want to mention anything at the reception desk. It was overwhelming and underwhelming all at the same time and just wanted to get out of there. I honestly won't be coming back. The facilities are not being kept up with anymore. The service quality is very low. It was such a bad experience, there are other spas that offer better value for your money.

I did the 80 minute Good Luck ritual massage, which included personalized body massage, facial, hand/foot massage and scrub as well as aromatherapy. The entire massage experience was fantastic. Don't skimp on the time to get the full experience! If you're lucky, you'll get Monroe, who may have been the best masseuse I've ever had. Perfectly tailored depth of massage, excellent technique and very professional. Almost as good as the massages are the facilities, which are top notch- both beautiful and functional. The eucalyptus steam room is a must and the pool area looks straight out of a movie it's so beautiful! Overall, as someone who has been to multiple spas (four seasons, canyon ranch etc), save yourself the effort and choose the Encore spa instead- you won't regret it!

I chose the '"Queen Facial'" and my esthetician, Asia was very accommodating and explained the facial to me in detail before we started the facial. The massage portion of the facial originated from Budapest and it was the first time I had this type of massage on my face. I give Asia and the facial five stars! The spa facility is very nice and spacious, and offers many amenities, however I was not able to spend much time there because I had another event to go to. It was unclear that I could spend the whole there if i chose when i booked the appointment. I called and left a message for the facility the day before to see if I could move up my appointment but was disappointed that no one returned my call. They said a manager would get back to me but never did. So unfortunately for that reason, I will need to lower the ratings to four stars.

I called today to confirm cancellation for later today. Asked for call log, sent to the requested email, and yet the card on file was charged before a follow up call was returned. This was not the expected outcome, when I did all the things. I called back because I wanted to confirm both massages were cancelled when the charge came through. Fortunately I used a hold card to make the reservation not the paying card. Fortunately the amount was declined. This is not the level of customer service I expect.
