Very friendly and clean. Prices are ok and they are open 24 hours. We came in for a foot massage. It was 3 of us. None of us had ever had a foot massage before. We each had a very different experience. Me personally, I had a neck and shoulder massage, felt rushed and she moved very fast. Once she got to my feet and legs the massage was better, but still felt rushed. I personally had a lot of oil used during the massage, my 2 friends did not. I shared a room with my bf and he also had a very different experience. He also had a neck and shoulder massage. She only massaged 1 side of his neck without oil then moved to a quick hand massage then the feet and legs. He also felt it was rushed and abrasive as most of the massage was dry. Our 3 person did not have a great experience at all. She was asked to full undress for a foot massage and she had absolutely no oil used on her. She mentioned she was also told to flip over for the foot massage at one point, not something we did so that was random. I woke up with a bruise on my foot. Would love to do a charge back but we paid cash and everywhere is posted no refunds. So we'll take it as a lesson learned. No consistency and just over all not relaxing.

Judy was amazing after a motorcycle accident, I needed a skilled Thai massage and she delivered exactly what I needed. In Las Vegas around midnight, she was the only therapist available, and she is available after 9 PM, which makes her an incredible option for late-night care. Professional, accommodating, and highly skilled, she left me feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend her in Vegas; just note that late-night availability is rare, and I was lucky to find her.

It was so nice to be able to get massaged after a long day of show work in Las Vegas. It's close to midnight and they took me in without any advance appointment. The display was very clean and tidy and also smell clean. I got a very strong, yet relaxing massage and I think I fell asleep half of the time. Will definitely come back whenever I'm back in Las Vegas. And there are plenty of parking space in front of the store and it is easy to find it off the main road in Chinatown, Las Vegas.

Want to relax? Yu massage is the place to go! Prices are very reasonable. As you walk in, you're greeted by the front desk. It seems very clean and professional. We did call ahead to book a couples massage with hot stone and body scrub for 60 minutes which came out to $140. We were directed to our room and set ourselves up. The sheets smelled very clean and the room is very minimal which I appreciated. We had two ladies. Ugh, I couldn't tell you how amazing Lisa was!!!!! I cannot wait to go back. She made me feel comfortable and she adjusted to my liking. 10/10

Is there walk-ins available?

Yes

Is there a happy ending package?

Absolutely not...they are very professional and respectful

Is this place any different than the Mutao that closes at 9?

Aaaaa3w22a

Does anyone know if we're able to book reservations via text or email with ease?

Do they do deep tissue massage?

Yes they do deep tissue massages here as well as swedish massages, otherwise it will be a traditional Chinese massage which will be more personalized to what the customer needs.

What are the massage prices and do the demand fixed amount tips?

Just got a $36 1 hour full body massage. They don't demand fixed tip amounts which I like.

The pros: The facility is modern and clean with a lot of amenities including various hot tubs, steam and dry sauna, ice room, hot stone lounge chairs, quiet room to rest, salt room, and lounge area. They also host an Aufguss sauna experience every hour in their entertainment sauna room. The snacks and drinks were delicious which included mini muffins, mini cookies, nuts, bananas, teas, coffee, and sparkling and still water. The staff is friendly, professional, and approachable. They were great about cleaning up the areas and restocking towels, snacks, and shower amenities. My massage was really great from Misty as well. I highly recommend booking your service as soon as possible. The cons: let's start off with the overstimulating, loud environment in the shared co-ed spaces from everyone talking like they are at happy hour. It's hard to relax and enjoy the supposed spa ambiance around crowds of people who are all talking loudly. The noise amplifies and echoes inside. They need to limit the number of guests and tell people they can only talk in the sitting area outside. They crack down on phone use (which I feel should be allowed as long as people are not talking on the phone) but don't tell guests to be quiet. The locker rooms need more than a small bench in each section. It's only big enough for 1-2 people. The showers need to have hooks or hangers for our towels and robes. Note: it is less busy after 3-4pm so if you want to enjoy the spa in peace and with minimal people, go after that time. I took these pictures around 6pm. After paying over $300, I want to feel like I'm at a spa, not another bar on the Strip. If Lapis Spa can work on controlling the noise level, I'd consider returning.

The spa is nice, although it was much smaller than I thought it would be. The co-ed section felt…read morereally busy the entire time we were there and it was hard to get chairs because people were saving them with towels. I liked doing the cold plunge after the sauna and napping in the heated chairs. I didn't like that they didn't have bathroom amenities like hair dryers and razors out and available. I feel like they should just provide them without us having to ask. However, the massage I got was incredible and the best part. I have to give a shout out to Henry. I have chronic pain and was suffering from a flare up when I visited. The pain relief I got from the massage was so great that it made me cry. He knew all the areas on my back and arms I was feeling pain without me telling him and he used just the right pressure to relieve the muscles. I hadn't felt that good and relaxed in years. Thank you so much! I wouldn't go back just for the spa but I will definitely go back every time I visit for a massage and spa. We already booked our next trip and will be staying at Fountainebleau for this!

The pool area is super relaxing, and I loved that they have a coed sauna. I got an 80-minute aroma oil massage and it was AMAZING. The therapist used the perfect amount of pressure, and the room was so tranquil. Also, huge shoutout to the staff--everyone from the front desk to the poolside team was wonderful and so friendly. *That being said, the amenities definitely fell short compared to other spas around here (like Red Rock, where they give you dried fruit, granola, juice, Pellegrino, etc.). At Aquae, the complimentary snacks were literally just popcorn and water, which felt pretty lackluster for a spa day lol. *A few other things annoyed me: My first locker was broken so I had to switch to a different one. *Two of the showers were totally out of order. And if you're modest like me, there is no private changing area unless you lock yourself in a bathroom stall or take up one of the few working showers. I am not a fan of letting all of my jiggly bits hang out. They were missing some basic conveniences--no disposable razors, and no swimsuit dryer (they just hand you a plastic bag for your wet swimsuit). They did have toothbrushes, hairbrushes, shampoo, shaving cream, and hair dryers, though. Overall, the price point is fair for locals, the grounds are pretty, and the staff and massages are top notch. But with the JW Marriott and Rampart remodeling, Aquae Spa really needs a revamp of its own to catch up on the amenities. I'd go back for the massage, but I'm definitely bringing my own snacks and maybe a Moomoo tent to change under so I don't jiggle my wobbly bits in front of everybody next time!

The massages felt incredibly rushed and lacked any real effort or technique. There was barely any pressure applied, making the massage feel ineffective and honestly not worth the money we paid. My masseuse appeared exhausted, was yawning throughout the session, and gave the impression that they simply did not want to be there. It was uncomfortable and disappointing to experience this, especially when we had booked this as a special occasion for ourselves. What made the experience even more frustrating was noticing the difference between our two massages. My sister's masseuse performed certain techniques and stretches that my masseuse completely skipped. It felt as though steps were being left out, and the level of care and effort was inconsistent between the two of us. My sisters Masseuse did not use any lotion or oil at times while massaging her which made it incredibly uncomfortable and irritating on the skin. I understand that everyone can have an exhausting day, but customers should not have to pay for a service that feels careless, low-effort, and incomplete. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the quality and consistency of the services being provided. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others. The only reason I am rating this spa two stars is because the front desk lady was very kind and accommodating when we checked in for our scheduled massage.

I've found that 80-90 minute massages are the right amount of time to let me relax. The table was pure perfection -- warm, soft sheets, and it adjusted to the most relaxing position for the massage. My therapist was professional and relaxed, his pressure was great, and he checked a couple times to make sure he didn't need to adjust. I was disappointed that the spa was under maintenance, so the showers, sauna, and steam room were unavailable. They said they applied a discount to my service to make up for the lack of amenities, but my receipt was the same price as the online service. Check-in was effortless and quick, and I relaxed in the waiting room for about 20 minutes until my appointment time. I purposefully booked the service so I could fly in, get a service, relax for a few hours, shower, and head to meetings -- but that's not what happened. The website should have indicated the reduced services, so no, not worth what I paid. I also wish the scent of the oils were more potent. They give you a choice of aromatherapy oil combinations based on your goals for the service, but honestly I could barely smell them.
