fire massage spot if u want to feel like you were rolled over and spin out by a spiky rolling pin!…read morebeen here a few times (solo and in a couples massage) and it still remains my favorite out of other massage places. i have never had a problem with any maseuses as they have all been very meticulous and strong. today i had a couples massage and adding cupping last minute, my maseuse was amy and my boyfriends was leo! leo was very funny and suggested my boyfriend also get cupping due to veryy large knots. amy was on the quieter side but i do like my massages that way so i didnt mind at all. both really got in there, amy was detecting every knot and going at them. the cupping was damn painful but honestly a rec to anyone who always feels stiff. the space is very large so they seem to be able to accomodate a lot of people and different groups/services. there is both room temp and cold water, bathrooms are fairly clean. my only gripe is that sometimes you can hear talking through the thinner walls but im mostly focused on surviving (no complaints) so its not anything crazy serious. love this place and will be back ova n ova again!

My sister and I booked massages to celebrate our…read morebirthdays, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst massages I've ever had. The massages felt incredibly rushed and lacked any real effort or technique. There was barely any pressure applied, making the massage feel ineffective and honestly not worth the money we paid. My masseuse appeared exhausted, was yawning throughout the session, and gave the impression that they simply did not want to be there. It was uncomfortable and disappointing to experience this, especially when we had booked this as a special occasion for ourselves. What made the experience even more frustrating was noticing the difference between our two massages. My sister's masseuse performed certain techniques and stretches that my masseuse completely skipped. It felt as though steps were being left out, and the level of care and effort was inconsistent between the two of us. My sisters Masseuse did not use any lotion or oil at times while massaging her which made it incredibly uncomfortable and irritating on the skin. I understand that everyone can have an exhausting day, but customers should not have to pay for a service that feels careless, low-effort, and incomplete. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the quality and consistency of the services being provided. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others. The only reason I am rating this spa two stars is because the front desk lady was very kind and accommodating when we checked in for our scheduled massage.

My masseur who is an elder lady was pretty good. Even when she was talking, her hands didn't stop. The session comes with your option of hot stone and Ashiatsu massage, a deep-tissue bodywork technique where the practitioner uses their bare feet instead of hands to deliver deep, broad, and consistent pressure while holding onto overhead bars for balance. I had to tell her a couple of times that it's too much and hurt. But my friend's masseur, a younger lady, was milking her time and barely put in any pressure to the massage. I'm happy with my Masseur's service but what might concern me is when I paid, they literally grab all the cash (I was paying for us) before I determined the tips. A bit scary and too aggressive. I didn't even get the chance to see if they gave me the correct changes back or not.

The pros: The facility is modern and clean with a lot of amenities including various hot tubs, steam and dry sauna, ice room, hot stone lounge chairs, quiet room to rest, salt room, and lounge area. They also host an Aufguss sauna experience every hour in their entertainment sauna room. The snacks and drinks were delicious which included mini muffins, mini cookies, nuts, bananas, teas, coffee, and sparkling and still water. The staff is friendly, professional, and approachable. They were great about cleaning up the areas and restocking towels, snacks, and shower amenities. My massage was really great from Misty as well. I highly recommend booking your service as soon as possible. The cons: let's start off with the overstimulating, loud environment in the shared co-ed spaces from everyone talking like they are at happy hour. It's hard to relax and enjoy the supposed spa ambiance around crowds of people who are all talking loudly. The noise amplifies and echoes inside. They need to limit the number of guests and tell people they can only talk in the sitting area outside. They crack down on phone use (which I feel should be allowed as long as people are not talking on the phone) but don't tell guests to be quiet. The locker rooms need more than a small bench in each section. It's only big enough for 1-2 people. The showers need to have hooks or hangers for our towels and robes. Note: it is less busy after 3-4pm so if you want to enjoy the spa in peace and with minimal people, go after that time. I took these pictures around 6pm. After paying over $300, I want to feel like I'm at a spa, not another bar on the Strip. If Lapis Spa can work on controlling the noise level, I'd consider returning.

I liked doing the cold plunge after the sauna and napping in the heated chairs. I didn't like that they didn't have bathroom amenities like hair dryers and razors out and available. I feel like they should just provide them without us having to ask. However, the massage I got was incredible and the best part. I have to give a shout out to Henry. I have chronic pain and was suffering from a flare up when I visited. The pain relief I got from the massage was so great that it made me cry. He knew all the areas on my back and arms I was feeling pain without me telling him and he used just the right pressure to relieve the muscles. I hadn't felt that good and relaxed in years. Thank you so much! I wouldn't go back just for the spa but I will definitely go back every time I visit for a massage and spa. We already booked our next trip and will be staying at Fountainebleau for this!
