I have been a patient of Dr. Schlecter's since October 2021. I was incredibly pleased during my initial consultation with Ivy and Dr. Schlecter in 2021 and just as pleased to meet with Kimberly in 2024. I have had several procedures done and I am extremely happy with the results. Did I heal exactly as I thought, no. Did we have some bumps along the way, yes. Everyone heals differently but my expectations and what they could do for me were explained during the consultations and follow-up appointments. Dr. Schlecter, Ivy and Kimberly informed me of what the surgery would consist of, the healing expectations and payment requirements. The expectations and how I would heal are dependent on too many variables, every person will heal differently. At no time was I made to feel like a "number." Dr. Schlecter, Ivy and Kimberly were very thorough in explaining the procedures to ensure I understood. In the event I was not listening or forgot most of the conversation in my excitement of getting the procedure scheduled, Ivy and Kimberly sent me home with copies of everything we discussed for future reference. This included the procedure, at home instructions for optimal healing and the cost. The entire staff at Spring Ridge Plastic Surgery are very warm, welcoming, and professional. Type of care: Botox Office experience : terrible. People at the reception do not explain the amount to pay. They just rush you to the treatment room and once you are done they surprise you with the amount to pay. I went for a botox and was not satisfied with result . i called and was told to wait two weeks . in 2 weeks i still see the wrinkles when i went there for touch up I asked the receptioonist about how much i will be charged she said it is just a touch up and it depends . After i was done i was faced with charge like doing it first time although it was just a touch up. at that moment it seems like everyone in the office is willing to explain the charge but not before the treatment. I did ask for a discount since it was just a touch up. there was another lady that was trying to tell me they dont do it for free while all I aksed was a discount knowing that if it was done right on the right spot from the first time i would not need to even go for a touch up. this cost me lot of money (Double) and I will never go back there. read more

I scheduled an eyelid surgery for May. I decided in April to forgo the surgery. I expected to get my $500. Downpayment back but was told the time frame to do that was past. I was never apprised of this information when I originally made the appointment. This is ridiculous and I wouldn't suggest you use this office. read more

I went into spring ridge wanting a BA, It was the first place i went to and the last place i will ever go to. I was so nervous for my surgery which was just done 3/17/22 i could barely write my name. Dr. Schlechter is a godsend! I had a procedure (draining an infected cyst in my back) done by a general surgeon in Harrisburg. After three weeks, my wound was not getting better. The drain was very uncomfortable, and the wound seemed to be deteriorating. At my follow-up appointment, the general surgeon told me I'd have to wait 2-4 more weeks at which point he'd assess whether he could proceed. He said the second surgery to remove the cyst and close the wound would be done in the hospital. I called Dr. Schlechter for a second opinion. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Schlechter very quickly. He removed the drain, finished the cyst removal, and prescribed an antibiotic cream to aid in healing. By the next day, I felt a million times better. I actually woke up singing! I cannot get over the difference in the level and quality of care, professionalism and skill. Dr. Schlechter is worlds above the surgeon in Harrisburg. It was clear that Dr. Schlechter cared about my situation and that his primary concern was healing me. It was such a relief! I feel SO blessed that Dr. Schlechter was able to finish my procedure. I highly recommend him and his entire staff without reservation. My only regret is that I didn't see him first! read more

I had upper eyelid surgery and it was the best money I have ever spent! I look and feel at least ten years younger, I can see better now because everything seems brighter with my eyes more open! I would recommend this surgery and breast augmentation surgery for sure but word of advise..if you ever want a full tummy tuck don't do it unless it is something you desperately need as the healing for that is ridiculously long. After 3 years of looking pregnant I decided at 49 to see Dr Schelchter. After seeing multiple Drs no one could tell me why I was in pain and gaining weight only in my belly. I had my consultation and was told I had an umbilical hernia and diastasis recti. Dr S said he could promise me my stomach would not be completely flat. Every question I had was answered. Pre op was very thorough and then surgery. Abdominal plasty and breast augmentation. The following morning no pain a little discomfort but nothing I couldn't tolerate. I'm now 6 weeks out have not taken one pain pill. My stomach is almost as flat as before I had 5 babies even with swelling.With every visit I have more confidence and such a great feeling about myself. The entire staff are incredibly kind and warm. I can't say enough good things about Dr. June. After many failed attempts at reconstruction post-mastectomy by another unnamed surgeon in a different locale, Dr. June finally put me on the road to recovery via latissimus dorsi flap surgery. Yes, it's a very involved procedure but less then a month later and I'm well on my way to recovery and healing very nicely. She's personable, concerned, and a consummate professional.
