This is such a comforting & caring facility. I went there for the first time 6 weeks ago with some…read moresort of lesion's that grew on both of my calves & thighs. After trying to treat them myself with Venum, which somewhat helped, I'd see that more developed. But when I developed a rash on the bottom calf of my left leg, which I scratched so badly one night that I had drawn blood everywhere I knew it was time to see someone. I was referred to Kara Mann, PA at Reading Dermatology. After I gave the history of these, foreign to me, growths & rash to he MA, Kara came in with what to me looked like a smaller type propane tank, but in fact it was a ?Propane? tank that froze the things on my legs which dried them up & they all fell off in about 2 weeks & are gone!! Mind you there are marks where they were, which will fade in time. I returned for my 6 week check up, had something on my neck blasted, & now she's sending me for a full body skin scan. I'm so very pleased to have gone here but even more please to have found Kara Mann, PA for whom is treating me.

This is a corporation, they don't have time for you here. I went in, paying cash (their favorite kind of client) and not only was I not seen by a dermatologist, they didn't even tell me that Ms.Debroah Hrobak was NOT a dermatologist. She did a biopsy 2/13 and didn't give me any wound care instructions - which may leave me with a 1/4 inch mark on my face. Another friend had something removed on her jaw by Debroah Hrobak (2/13) and they didn't get wound care instructions either. NOT OK. Then to show you how disorganized they are, I paid in full...and two weeks later I get a bill for the same amount I'd already paid. Turns out that despite the conversation I had with the front desk receptionist, where she insisted my total included all lab fees...that my total did NOT include lab fees so I had to pay another $180. When I call they will only talk to me IF I give them my DOB. I work in a very small environment and I don't want all my coworkers to know my DOB. Age is not a good thing in my industry. The fact you can't just give last 4 of social or some code ..is poor business practise, esp. for a dermatology office. IF YOU HAVE HAD BAD CARE HERE SEND A NOTE TO Dr. PAULA NELSON.
