My favorite doctor of all time is in this practice. I have been seeing Dr. Posner for almost 20 years. He is exceptionally professional, thorough and kind. On one occasion when he ordered a chest X-ray and insurance refused the order. He went out of his way to get it done, he got on the phone insisted it needed to be done, re-did paperwork at their request, let me know what was happening and finally had the order accepted. I was especially relieved when the test showed problematic cells and a partially collapsed lung. The practice in general is friendly, the office is clean and convenient. I had a wonderful experience at ENT head and neck specialists. I had surgery with an overnight stay at the Surgical Institute. From the time I had my initial appointment, surgical visit, overnight stay and a follow up visit, everyone was friendly and helpful. I needed a Covid test done and my insurance company said they won't cover it because in their opinion it wasn't 'medically necessary'. The office helped me along with my insurance rep have the test covered for me as it was, afterall, oral surgery. I would certainly recommend this office to anyone that needs ENT care. read more

My 8 year old had surgery and it has been 3 days of trying to get him a prescription for his pain. He is unable to eat, drink, or swallow for 3 DAYS. Tylenol is not helping. I have been trying to reach the prescription nurse and cannot talk to her directly when I call. After leaving detailed messages, she does not promptly return calls. I wait hours or even until the next day while I watch my child cry in pain. The original prescription was given, but my pharmacy does not carry it, so I needed to have it sent to a different pharmacy. I found a pharmacy that has it in stock, called my insurance to get preauthorization, and called the nurse. Then they send a prescription for oxycodone, which was not my original prescription!! For an 8 year old. The pharmacy does not have it and the pharmacist does not recommend this for a child this young. I left yet another message. Here it is now, Friday 4:00. They are closed, there was no call back, and I have no way to get a prescription for my child. Now I am forced to take him to the ER. I am more than unsatisfied. read more

The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The doctors the same. The audiology group did a fantastic job with my Hearing Aids. They found the right technology for me at the right price! Very Happy read more

I would highly recommend this place. My son was having trouble for months with his ears and his pediatrician recommended us to come here. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly. Dr. Cronin is excellent. He was very good with my son. He did his surgery (tubes). Overall, very impressed! read more

Very disappointed. I called to make sure that my disabled mother could be seen here. They asked for her insurance information and after I gave it to them they said they except her insurance. I explained that she is disabled and are they sure that they except it because she can not afford to pay a big bill! The women on the other line assured me they do. So I made the appointment. When we arrived there again we asked the receptionist, both my mother and I were told by the receptionist that yes they do indeed take her insurance. After the appointment my mother recieved a bill saying she owed $350! I immediately called with concerns because 2 people at this facility specifically told me they except her insurance. The lady on the other end of the phone told me no they don't except her insurance! I asked why twice they told me yes when in fact they lied to me!! My mother is disabled and on a very low fixed income. Now they have changed her bill and sent her another one stating she owes $440!!! This place lies to get you in, than will throw a bill at you! Don't trust a word they say!! read more
