The problem I had was that she took me back around 1:50 and I was off the table and dressed by 2:39. The facial was $140 for an hour and that wasn't what I received. I realize there is time accounted for within that hour for the consult but it felt rushed. So though I'm very pleased with the results, the overall experience wasn't the best.

Jamie gave me the BEST scalp massage! (Yes, it messes up your hair, but it is SO worth it when you have a facial). And the rest of the facial was equally lovely. It was very relaxing and my skin feels fantastic. James gave me the BEST foot massage, as well as a total body massage! He is strong but uses just the right amount of pressure. I have had many massages over the years and including the foot is rare. To me it is such a treat! (Kind of like a scalp massage during a facial.) The whole massage was a treat, and I came out of there feeling like a noodle. The Spa itself is very nice. The accommodations are appropriate and the staff overall was great. Kindly let me know at your earliest convenience. Thank you." I responded with a TEXT: "Yes on 1030 am tomorrow is good. Thank you." I received a TEXT back: " Thank you for your TEXTING Bell Tower Salon Spa. You have reached us outside of our business hours. We will respond to your text message during our Guest Services hours Monday through Saturday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm." (So why was this message sent at 4:40 pm then? Why was this sent so late?? Bell Tower said they will respond to my text but did not do so immediately.) I received another TEXT from Bell Tower salon Spa at a different number (855) 661-0746 on 1/26/27 9:06 am that stated: "Bell Tower Salon Spa: " Reminder your appt is Tuesday 1/27/26 at 9:00 AM. Please call or TEXT if you need to cancel or reschedule to not acquire a cancellation fee." I responded with a TEXT: "Yes." (To confirm) On Tuesday 1/27/26 I arrived at Bell Tower Salon Spa before 10 am thinking my appointment was for 1030 am. I was informed by the front desk that my schedule was moved to 12:45 pm that day and a TEXT was sent to me the SAME day as my schedule!! This is unacceptable and unprofessional to change my schedule time 3 times!! I checked my text in front of the clerk and I saw a TEXT was sent to me the same day of my appointment on 1/27/26 at 9:19am from (610) 372-6379 that stated: "Good morning Marie I apologize for the confusion but due to the late confirmation the appointment was not moved and the 1030am spot has been filled. We can move you to James at 12:45pm or Paige at 2:30 pm." This message was texted twice at the same time. 1. I did not ask for and I would not want a male for a massage therapist. That is my choice, the customer's choice! 2. I left my house by 9 am to do errands before my appointment time which was supposed to be by 1030 am. 3. When I spoke with Joanna ( Manager) to explain this, she told me that the system does not allow for the staff to see my response back to Bell Tower. I questioned her response and said, "How do I know what you are telling me is true?" Then I showed her my the texts that I received the messages and I responded back by texting. Joanna kept quiet and I knew she lied. 4. Joanna could not explain why my scheduled time was bumped 3 times when I questioned her. 5. Joanna apologized and stated, "We screwed up." 6. The blonde clerk did offer to have Paige give me a 30 minute massage, but I said that should have been a complimentary massage. The clerk said, that I would have to wait for Paige at 2:30 pm and offered a small discount. This was unacceptable and my time and trip over Bell Tower was wasted. Who authorized this change? My time was jeopardized for the convenience of the staff to "streamline" her schedule?? Is her time more important than the paying customer?? 7. I explained to Joanna that my husband has been a long time customer, buying gift cards for the last 5 years for our family and friends, but this will need to stop! 8. I am disgusted with how management handled this issue. This is poor customer service, poor time management, poor satisfactory and poor leadership. This was not handled well!! 9. I asked for a full refund on my gift card and will not return to this place. This was a first and last time for me here. The customer service here is disgraceful!!

My appt was 12:30 - I arrived at 12:40 (because I went to the old address). We started at 12:50. She used a flimsy cardboard emery board (which I could take home with me!! woohoo). No nail clippers to clip any ingrown nails. Honestly, I don't know what she was doing. Even the way she held the paint brush - I thought it was her first time. The nail polish was so goopy- but she didn't say anything until after the first polish, so she got out some tools, tried to get all the nailpolish off my feet and then put more on! I got in my car at 2:28. It's now 8:19 pm and the polish still isn't dry, I can remove it with my fingernail. I'm not a complainer - and if she was new, I should have been told that going in - but the time was ticking and ticking and ticking! Who has 2 hours to spare in the middle of the week!!! (I didn't even have polish that she had to remove). There was no music, no magazines, no books, no tv, just her and I in a room and she wasn't chatty. The only thing I could do is watch the clock. When she was done layering paint, she told me sit there for a few minutes and then leave. Sorry Shape Smart - a 30 minute pedicure shouldn't take almost 2 hours.

Nightmare and stylist completely incompetent. It was as if she had never blow dried hair, and she…read moresaid she's been doing this for 35 years. I scheduled a blow dry with Stacey because I have an event. First she washed my hair only with shampoo. When I asked her about this, she said it's a "conditioning shampoo"...my hair now feels like straw. I told her that I wanted a blow that could have a little bit of curl. She kept insisting on curls, so I told her loosely curled, so long as it looked good (because my hair is naturally wavy curly). When she sat me in the chair, she started blow drying, and by that I mean just waving the blow drier at my loose wet hair. After several minutes of this, I asked her if she was going to segment my hair and blow dry it with a round brush. She said that she was just going to dry it with no brush and then use a curler. I told her no and to segment it and dry it using a round brush (because that's what a professional blow dry is) because otherwise my hair would be completely frizzy. Also, using curlers and straighteners would ruin my natural curl in the long run (which she didn't know...). She started drying it, but didn't do a good job and didn't get my roots at all or pull taught to prevent frizz and make the hair straight. When she finished with the blow dry (which took forever), my hair was completely frizzy. I complained about that and she told me to relax. She started using the curler and still didn't reduce any of the frizz. She at first only got the ends and only did some pieces, leaving many strands not done. I had to tell her to start curling from higher on the hair because otherwise she would never get frizz down. Every time she said she was done, I would move my head and there were more pieces she hadn't done. I had to point out every individual strand she missed and there always seemed to be more. Finally, once she finished, she asked me if I wanted her to put anything in it. I told her that now that my hair was dry, if she had anything that would keep frizz down without making my hair greasy, she was welcome to, but that she knew her own products best. She took a tiny amount of something and put it in part of my hair and missed a large chunk of it. I knew it could only get worse from there, so I said thank you and went to pay. In the end, my hair is not at all shiny, feels like straw and consists of a whole head of ringlet curls. I've never dyed my hair before, so my hair is always really healthy and shiny and now it's dull and brittle. What was supposed to be a simple clear cut blow dry took an hour and a half. Would not at all recommend this place or her.
