Not only did I get my clothes picked up, washed and folded the same day, they also answered my 10000 questions leading up to my appointment, txted me reminders about leaving my clothes out, when I needed to pay, when they were done and when they were delivered. Honey Doers are the real deal and their customer service attitude seriously makes you feel like you are their only customer. I will absolutely be using them again.

I picked them up after I received a text telling me that they were finished. When I arrived to pick them up, they were washed, dried and meticulously folded. When I opened up the envelope there was a $50 bill that I had left and one of my pockets along with some change. After a couple fails, I think I've found my (heh) spot. Spot is a relatively small laundromat, but it's clean and well-kept, with lots of light. It has a good number of washers and dryers, from single load to the "mega" front-loader that was perfect for our king-sized comforter. The machines were all in excellent shape and all in working condition, and I was frankly amazed at how fast the dryer dried our heavy comforter. We put in enough quarters for an hour, but it was done in half the time. My only complaint about the facility is that I'm used to facilities that have a sink, for pre-treating, or rinsing out your detergent cups, whatever, and this didn't have one. It's a small inconvenience, but I noticed. The parking lot is also a small one, with other businesses jockeying for space (and spaces marked out as belonging to just their business); however, it's very convenient to have a 7-11 and Mexican cafe right next door, and at the time we were there, the laundromat wasn't too busy, so we had no problems parking right in front. After a couple truly SCARY laundromats, I'm very happy to find Spot and I'll definitely be less reluctant to get my comforters washed.
