And they are totally dedicated to their business. I brought in a silk shirt of my husband's with a bad grease stain, not sure anyone would be able to get it out since the shirt sat for more than a week. When I picked it up, the owner pointed it out to me and showed that the stain was gone. Now that's pride in one's work--also a rarity these days. All of the drycleaning is top-notch here, as are the clothing repairs. Another customer showed me a rip in his jacket that they'd repaired. It was impressive, could barely see the mend line. Be aware that since it's a small business, they prefer cash. I always try to pay all small businesses in cash anyway.

I have never asked for one or two day service as they appear to deal almost exclusively in an expectation that clothes will be ready in approximately 5 to 7 business days. I go back to ask the owner of the shop what can be done. he said he would fix the rug, returning it to its original size. The owner and I went back and forth over it, and I essentially asked for a partial refund which he combated me for, even after agreeing with me that he overcharged me for washable rugs that were less than $60 a piece on Amazon to begin with. Well, I pick it up 2 weeks later only to find that the shrinkage issue was never fixed. I never received receipts from the business, was never asked if I would like a copy of mine, and this business' phones are not operating for customer/clientele's convenience. There is certainly a language barrier with the owner, however, it seems worthless to go in and attempt to get this fixed a second time. there are better cleaners around the corner, don't waste your time here.

Parking is somewhat limited but I found a spot right away. I doubt the lot fills completely, and there is also a handicap spot right next to the door. They sell laundry detergent by the pod, if you need it. There are plenty of large rolling baskets, and also plenty of table space for folding. The floor is clean slate tile, nicely done. Apparently you can use their laundry service, they will wash, dry and fold your clothes for you for a reasonable rate. You don't use coins for the machines, you have to use a laundry card, which they sell at a self-serve kiosk that takes cash or credit cards.
