I normally don't rate nail salons but I had to do it for spring nail spa. I have added pictures of my nails 3 weeks after my manicure and pedicure. My sister and I went to get our nails done at the same time (covid precautions and all). It was a great experience to finally get them done. Dt covid their pricing increased on everything. We ended up paying over 220$ for manis and pedis for both of us. The girls took their time with the nails, especially the hands. I chose to get my nails done a bit shorter and more oval instead of the coffin shape my sister got. We both got ombré dip and paid extra for that. My nails are still doing great, but my sister lost 2 nails on her second week: so I recommend getting them done shorter and a bit wider so they are more stable. ;) Pedis was good too. We paid extra for rock massage and paraffin but next time I wouldn't do that. It was ok wasn't worth the extra money. I'd recommend the classic pedi. Overall I'm really happy with the service. read more

Wow. It's like COVID isn't even a thing here, and I mean that in how much effort and time Spring has spent to perfect their outside manicure / pedicure experience! After my first apt with Nicki, I received so many compliments from my girlfriends in midtown and sent all the way there...and yes, I said all the way since it is a 28 minute drive :-D with that said, totally worth! The prices are unheard of too - a gel manicure that lasts 17 days for $30. Idk if I can go back to my regular spot once they open up again, Spring stole my heart!! read more

I have been to several Nail spas in Folsom over the last 8 months looking for the right place. I've been hurt twice at 2 different places. I was ready to give up and go back to a Vacaville spa. Today I found the right place and person. Spring Nails on Clarksville Rd. Kimberly (Kim) did a fantastic job very gentle and thorough. As a diabetic I have to be very picky. Wow, what a beautiful nail salon and gorgeous quality! My friend and I were looking to try a place in Folsom to get a manicure and pedicure. We both wanted a regular pedicure, but with our manicures, wanted gel nail polish. We decided to go to this nail salon, and wow, we love it! First off, when you walk in, the place is beautiful. Trust me, I have been to a lot of nail salons in my day, and I can easily say this is the nicest looking one I have ever walked into. It's clean, smells nice, and is just beautiful, and all of those are major positive points for me. The ladies here are super friendly, and you can understand them, which is something else that's important to me. I believe that communication is important when it comes to getting your nails done, and it is hard to talk to somebody when they don't speak the English language well. These ladies did a great job and made me feel very comfortable here. Our appointment was at 9:30 AM, and we were done by 11:15 AM. My lady listened to what I wanted done on my toes and nails, and she followed through on what I wanted. For my basic pedicure and my basic manicure, which included gel nail polish, it cost $50. For this quality of work, I am very happy to pay it. My friend and I have decided that this will become our nail place to go to, and we definitely plan on being here often! read more

I've been to so many nail salons in Sacramento and the bay and none even come close to the quality and service you receive here. Hands down :) my favorite nail place in the Folsom/EDH area. I've gotten several gel manicures and regular pedicures here and they last *forever*. My gel manicure on my natural nails looks great for 3 weeks and I can get by about 5 before they start chipping off, which is pretty incredible. The nail techs are all great and careful and the place is clean and soothing. I also love that they take appointments and I've never had to wait with an appointment. SUCH great service! read more

Called on Tuesday mid-morning and was able to get two appointments for my sister and I later that afternoon (yay!) we both needed to get our nails and toes done desperately. :) Upon entry, we were greeted by a lovely woman, who was very sweet and welcoming. The nail salon is super cute with girly décor. I had a manicure which turned out amazing! I ended up getting the Chrome nails (a little pricey $55) but worth it because my nails look so cute and I don't have cute hands without tips. LOL I had the Classic Spa pedicure with gel polish, which was $60, again a little pricey but I needed a pedicure. The lady who did my toes was nice, but pretty rough and my massage was only two minutes total for both legs (was bummed about that). My sister enjoyed her manicure and pedicure and was happy. All in all, I will return to this nail salon, as they use clean nail instruments and files on you, which not a lot of places do these days. To me, it's worth paying a little more to have cleanliness! Love them!! I recommend them to everyone I meet. I am a hair stylist and very picky when it comes to my nails. Being that I work with my hands and always have them in water or product, it's tough to find a nail artist who "gets it". Nikki does an amazing job. This is going to be a LONG review so just prepare for that. I would give this shop negative stars if I could. I came into the shop at 3 for a 3:15 appointment. I came in with acrylic nails, one was broken, and wanted to get the dip powder since my natural nails had grown out. I stated clearly to the main woman and the woman who was doing my nails that I wanted to keep my natural length and just get a tip on the broken one. The acrylics I had on were very thick. I've had my nails done many times so I understand that it takes longer to take a thick acrylic off but she just took off one layer, put my hand in acetone and proceeded to RIP MY ACRYLICS OFF. I told her my nails are thin and asked her not to and she just smiled and continued to jam a fake nail between my nail and the acrylics. Of course my natural nails ripped down to a nub and LAYERS of my nails were ripped off. I just don't understand why she couldn't have filed them down a lot more and wrapped them in aluminum like every other place I've been. Anyways, I was upset because I don't like to have dip over fake tips but I wanted my nails a little longer than my nail bed. I told her I just wanted to get acrylics instead because they're stronger than dip over fake tips and she didn't understand me. I just ended up letting her do dip on top of the tips. The final product took 2 hours and looks alright but she did them super thin and said she would thicken them but I just wanted to get out of there. So the icing on the cake, and the reason I wanted to really leave this review is because when I went up to the register there was no other customer and this other nail lady told me my total. I was just about to pull out my card when another customer, who was grabbing her wallet I guess, walked right up to the counter and pushed me out of her way. Instead of letting me pay the nail lady turned to that customer and helped her instead while I just stood there. I've never not tipped someone for service anywhere, not at a nail salon, not at a hair salon, not ever. I didn't tip because she ruined my natural nails, let another customer barge in front of me and I know I'm going to have to go to another salon and have them repair my nails when they inevitably break because they're WAY too thin. I included photos of my nails after she ripped my acrylics. Update: it's been 4 days and two of my nails have broken. read more
