My daughter and I just walked in and asked for a manicure and pedicure. Luckily there was one person free so I was taken right away. We both picked the color we wanted for our hands and feet and were led to a chair. They were massage chairs which were very comfortable. She started with me first while my daughter waited. They did offer to do more spa services but we declined. The lady was a little rough with my toe. The edge of my big toe was red and slightly bit painful for the next few days but overall she did a good job. When one lady finished with another customer, she started working on my daughter's toes. I've been getting dip powder nails for three years, but this is my first time at this salon. I got them done on Monday, by Thursday two had chipped and as of today, Saturday, two have broken in half. In three years, I've never had a dip nail break until now. The ladies at Spring Lily were able to get me in last minute a little over an hour before closing. I was super grateful because it was kind of an emergency. Unfortunately, I felt like a huge inconvenience for the entire appointment. I could tell my technician was annoyed that I needed tips and not just a gel manicure (even though I communicated this on the phone). I honestly felt super bad and embarrassed and since I used to live in China, I could understand her when she was complaining about me to her colleagues in Mandarin. I just felt too awkward to say anything. I didn't realize my service was going to require 90 minutes. My technician, Sarah, was clearly rushing through the appointment and even needed to stay 10 minutes late. For this I apologized profusely and gave her a generous tip (38%). I thought she did a beautiful job, but less than 12 hours later, 2 of my nails had fallen off. I glued one back on and the other was lost. I went back in to get it repaired and they didn't charge me but also rushed and didn't really match the correct nail shape - she gave almond when all my other nails are oval. I did my best to fix it at home. The following day another nail fell off (glued back on), and another nail the day after that. That's 4 nails falling off in 3 days. I've had press on nails that lasted way better and for a fraction of the cost, so I'd recommend that route before going here. read more

Scheduled a spa pedicure here on a weekday and paid an extra $3 for the Essie polish that lasts longer. Very COVID friendly, they had the plastic dividers around every pedicure massage chair & also at the manicure stations. It looked pretty clean and spacious inside. They use a brand new plastic spa liner for the tub for every customer. Anna the nail technician was very gentle with the cuticles. I'm not entirely sure if they use a new/sanitizeset of nail filers/cuticle cutter for every customer since I was not fully paying attention. I do not remember seeing them open a new one in front of me. Overall, I would come back but I hope they are not reusing di tools on me. Updated review oct 2021: they did a good job on the pedicure but I will skip on coming back to this place due to me believing that the nail equipment is not clean. Spring Lily is a great place for relaxing, affordable pedicures and straightforward nail polish jobs. However, I've been disappointed with my nails each of the three times I've gotten them done. The first time I came I was told they can't do a design on gel nails. As a result, I started to get a powder French tip but the girl said my extensions were too long and she couldn't get the tip of the nails to all look the same. In the end, I went with a single color powder extension, which were lumpy. The second time I came I got a single color gel mani. It cracked and flaked off the second week of having it. My final time, I came for an extension with a gel French tip. I repeatedly asked for gel but the lady did powder. The nails were lumpy, the French tip wasn't a clean line and the tips aren't all even. One week later two of my nails started to show cracking. They didn't make a fuss about fixing them. However, my thumb still has the crack lines. I won't be coming here for nails anymore but maybe pedicures. read more

This place looks clean since it's new. Covid prevention is zero - the worker did not sanitize the chair or table after each customer ilike other nail spa places. My nail technician after she touched the bottom of my sandal without gloves on... she continued to work on my feet. Nail technicians are amateur. My girlfriend and I did a spa lavender pedi and manicure. They did not massage my feet - feel like just keep rubbing my feet. They even forgot to warm my feet with the hot towel. They did my feet in a hurry with no customer waiting. The spa lavender pedi lasted about 20 minutes. When it came to manicure, I told them to leave my nail on a certain length and yet they cut it short. Very poor customer service. You better take your money somewhere since they cost you the same as Manhattan price. Not recommended read more

I visited today for a gel manicure and pedicure. Before visiting I called asking if they had gel OPI colors. The experience started off bad when the pedicurist began cutting my nails without asking. When I inquired about a specific OPI color, she repeatedly responded with "I don't know" and showed no effort to assist. I tried showing her a picture, as well as the number of the nail polish. Still she did not seem interested in trying to help me find the color I really wanted. Frustrated, I chose a random red, unsatisfied. The lack of assistance and the rude demeanor led me to skip the manicure. On my way out, I discovered they did have the color I wanted, "Big Apple Red." I showed her the bottle and her response was only "oh". Disappointed by the unhelpful service, I won't be returning. read more

Worst bday nails ever. This place is so misleading. I went for SNS powder nails and gel manicure. They gave me a book and I saw the marble, tech said she didn't know how to do the design I said ok how bout the pink ombré ? She said she knew how to do that. She kept talking to her colleague in her language and her colleague kept checking on her to for reassurance but the final product just looked like a horrible French manicure & I asked her if she can just paint it over white. I could tell she was angry and again talking to her colleague who btw kept turning customers away including someone who she specifically told to come at 4:30 and when the lady did she said told her she couldn't see her (maybe the lady was driving because I would've been pissed) when I went to pay the lady screamed at me to pay her 20% tip. There is a strong language barrier there and I think they should have a receptionist who can better communicate with customers for future reference. Not coming back again. read more

I had to wait months for it to grow before I felt comfortable getting another job done--I decided to go with a different salon for obvious reasons... I won't be returning. Maybe I got unlucky with my technician but my shapes were uneven. I got powder with tips and the tips weren't glued on straight. Next, the shape of each of my nails were uneven. Over 1/2 of my nails were filed unevenly. On the 2nd day my thumb cracked and 1 1/2 weeks in a nail fell off. The way it was polished left ridges around the edge that allowed hair to get stuck which made showering a hassle since I had to constantly pull my hair off the nails. I forgot the name of the technician who did my nails but she sat behind Linda. When I came in to get my thumb fixed, Linda fixed it and did a great job. read more
