The facility failed to restock critical medications for our tenant. They nickel and dime you for every single item. And finally, our family caught an aide employed by Brightview (Salem, I believe) yelling at an aide our family privately employed. Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. While they present as a clean and welcoming facility, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
