Because it was less than 72 hours notice, I knew I would have to pay 50% of the appointment. whatever! so I rebooked 5 days later to give me time to heal. Turns out it was a nasty cold and I wasn't healed. BUT, I was not going to pay again, so I went to the appointment coughing my lungs out. Turns out, they didn't book enough time, my hairdresser was rushed, and I ended up paying $148 (I have super short hair) for a mediocre haircut that I had to fix myself at home because it wasn't even, and I left with wet, un-styled hair. AND, the receptionist is cold and unfriendly. Not even a smile. (for the record, I did not fuss about the price or anything, I just paid and left. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff are very nice. Though I'll never again accept to have my hair done by other than Shokhan known by Sho now. Her skill is amazing. You can tell by the way she holds her brush. As for dying my hair, she immediatly new what colour I should go for. My recent visit to the salon was last week when I had my hairlight done. The receptionist was extremely friendly and was able to fit me in for the evening. When I arrived at the salon, I was received with a cordial salute, the receptionist was super nice and she was trying to get to know me better.
