She trimmed of all my dead ends without going too crazy short and reshaped some face-framing layers for me very quickly (but she did a really nice job too so it didn't feel or look like it was rushed at all). I think I checked my phone for the time after I paid and left and I noticed it was like, not even 15 minutes seriously she was awesome. I've been getting my hair cut at the South Keys location for years now. I always ask for Forge because she does an amazing job with curly hair and understands that I'm picky about how it's cut, which I really appreciate. This place is gross on so many levels. I went there because I couldnt make it to my usual place, big mistake. The staff is so trailer trash and gettho it't beyond disgusting with their behaviors. Rude, unaccomodating, makes you wait when there's noone there. Not only that--- Are you reading this Revenue Canada??? The cash transactions aren't recorded, the debit and credit ones are because there is a trail. You're wondering how I noticed that, i've been around enough corrupt managers and staff to recognize the little behind the scenes tricks. I smell an audit in their future. read more
