The Cure sandwich was incredible. The tender beef and crispy bacon paired perfectly with the jalapeño sauce, which I'll definitely ask for on the side next time. The vegetable cream cheese was good but had a stronger tomato flavor than I prefer. My fiancée loved it and thinks it would be even better on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. Popped in on the way to Philadelphia. So glad I did because the bagels are so soft and delicious. I got a sesame toasted and it was perfect. My husband got the chicken club on a plain bagel and he liked it. He did say that it had no lettuce and felt it was more like a chicken salad. They offer nice juices and drinks too. The service was friendly. Our order took only a few minutes. The space is adorable with a cherry blossom tree. What a perfect homage to CHERRY Hill. We love to stop here for breakfast before our Costco trips! The bagels can be hit or miss, but when they are good, they're some of the best. The iced latte is also very good and one of my favorites. When it gets busy, it can be tough to grab seating, but they do have a small outside area with tables for when the weather is nice! read more

The Cherry Hill location is one of my favorite places to stop on the way to work. I get the nova salmon and dirty chai. You do have to give specific instructions for your food, because they change cooks depending on the day and time. I am particular about how I like my food and they don't mind me asking for things to be prepared a certain way. I have tried a few other items on them menu. They are very friendly and genuinely warm although they are busy servicing people. I have observed them interact with all kinds of customers and have never once seen them nasty to anyone. I don't typically order ahead, and I am usually in and out in less than 10 mins. It's somewhat loud in the restaurant and has the typical coffee shop vibe. It's very clean and welcoming. read more

So good. Got Rosemary olive Oil with veggie cream cheese. One of the best bagels I've ever had...and my wife is from North Jersey! Not your typical doughy bagel, but really delicious. Think like pizza vs wood/coal fired pizza but with bagels. Veggie cream cheese was excellent and had fresh veggies in it, so much better! Stop in and give it a try! Spread has become one of my favorite bagel spots in South Jersey. It's close to my job, and I used to stop by often before work because the food is always fresh and delicious. However, one of the cooks has made me feel uncomfortable on multiple occasions by repeatedly commenting on my appearance and making strange, inappropriate remarks. I've tried to ignore it, but it got to the point where I no longer felt comfortable going there. I stopped by again recently, and thankfully he wasn't there. Two of his coworkers actually apologized to me for his behavior, which I really appreciated--it meant a lot. Unfortunately, I know I'm not the only one who's experienced this. Several of my coworkers have stopped going to this location for the same reason. It's disappointing because the food and the rest of the staff are great. I hope management takes this seriously, because no one should feel uncomfortable at a place they're supporting. read more

Visited here this past weekend for the first time. Kept seeing the chain pop up around so decided to give it a shot - they have Montreal style bagels. I got a not toasted sesame bagel with scallion cream cheese, capers, and nova lox. Admittedly it was a pretty pricey bagel and had it not been good I would have been upset - have seen some of the bad reviews here. My bagel was good (not undercooked) , I got a good serving of lox and I enjoyed the scallion cream cheese. Probably won't be a regular occurrence but a once in a while nice treat. read more

Interesting name; delicious bagels! Stopped in after a job interview in the area. I went for a breakfast sandwich and some cold brew, and figured it was a good spot to check in on some emails and follow up with a few plans. The atmosphere was perfect for getting work done, with a fairly quiet ambiance and several patrons typing away on their laptops. Got myself the Egg White Breakfast Sandwich on a toasted Everything bagel which came out delicious, with a good mixture of flavors from the mushrooms and proteins and the bagel was delightful! I probably could have gone without the mushrooms though, not that they didn't taste great, but the steam from them, or maybe the eggs, was a little moister than anticipated. With the toasted bagel it wasn't extreme, just a little messy while I ate. But the real star of the show was the Pure Black Cold Brew. It was strong and smooth, with a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness. I could have easily had three cups of it and still craved more. Not sure if they offer free refills but that could have kept me there for the day easily. Overall, if you're in are looking for a quick breakfast or lunch spot, this is probably the best place to stop in at. The bagels are freshly baked on-site in a fire-stove oven, and the orders come out fast, making it perfect for those on the go. read more

As former Philly residents and downtown workers, we were excited for this to make it to our suburb down the street. It definitely takes a few tries to figure out your correct order (which is a pricey lesson to learn). Our go-to is now: a well done/twice baked rosemary olive oil bagel with jalapeño lime cream cheese. The extra toppings seem to be good quality but when I add tomatoes, for example, they're small thin slices that don't seem worth the add-on fee. And we only go on weekdays, since they are sloooow on the weekends. The bagels are good but do not outweigh the convenience factor. This bagel shop in the shopping center where Wegmans Costco, Home Depot, etc. are located it's tucked back more towards the Costco. They have a menu that includes breakfast items and lunch items as well as al a carte items. They have all of the usual flavors of bagels. We went in to spread prior to going to Costco. There are places to sit inside mostly communal group seating, but that was fine and adequate. We opted for a poppyseed bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese and add bacon. The other breakfast sandwich was a classic bacon, egg, and cheese. The bagels are Detroit style and on the smaller side compared to some New York rivals. The flavors for good. The bagels had some chew to them. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich needed a bit of salt and pepper as it was on the bland side. The veggie cream cheese was more on the loose side and a little bit messy but still good. They have plenty of coffee options serving La Colombe. They also have soft drinks and fresh juice. This is an easy stop when you just want something quick. Also, worth mentioning the poppy seeds were not just on the top of the bagel. The bottom of the bagel had more poppy seeds on the top. All in all with gratuity $31 for two people. Try this spot out on your next adventure to Costco. read more

First stopped by the Rittenhouse location before work and loved it so I had to take my dad (bagel critic) to the new cherry hill one. Was a fast fav! Our go to is the classic - nova salmon. I really like the cream cheese - it has a lighter taste. We were also very happy with the salmon portion. All ingredients taste fresh. Stopped at the Cherry Hill location because my daughter loves their Nova Salmon. I decided to try them out. I figured I'd get the Avocado Toast on a sesame bagel. I felt this was a safe choice and you can't go wrong with avocado toast, right?! Boy was I wrong ! When I came home, I opened up a container that wasn't what I expected. The avocado spread was chunky & dark indicating it wasn't fresh. It was bland and lacked flavor. The bagel tasted like 3 day old bagel. They topped it off with red pepper flakes, huge halved cherry tomatoes and drenched the toast with olive oil. I was annoyed that I spent $9 and was not able to enjoy this. My daughter wasn't too pleased with her Nova Salmon bagel. She said it didn't have that many salmon pieces in it and it was just ok. I spent about $16 on these bagels and we weren't pleased the least bit. I should've stayed with my decision to not order but glad I didn't as I won't be returning to Spread Bagelry.
