We've all been to many AH stores so the point here is that you'll walk in to an extremely if not ultra cramped store, IF you can snag one of the 7 parking spots?? It begs a serious business question, why on earth would you put an AH 'here'?? Okay, THAT being said, when you look at HOW the store is ran, I've stepped in here numerous times prior to this review and always, and I mean ALWAYS am greeted, and addressed if not numerous times if I can be helped to find anything, from almost every employee you bump into. I very MUCH appreciate that!! The store is extremely limited in stock variables when considering the other extremely large stores here in Tucson but the hospitality is top notch, IMO. Honestly, the store needs to be placed elsewhere since it's right downtown and really could bring in SO MUCH more business if repositioned, but again, that parking lot.... LOL. Anyways, great little store for sure, if you can get a parking spot. ;-)

Unfortunately it wasn't available in store or at the warehouse. The guy I spoke to in the flooring department was so nice and helpful and recommended different flooring colors that would be closest that were available in the store. They exceeded my expectations and were so knowledgeable and friendly. I wish more stores had workers like this. Its refreshing being able to speak to someone over the phone. We have always been happy with the affordable pricing on everything we have purchased.

Well, it seems they subcontract the installation to CRST Home Solutions. I do NOT recommend their subcontractor here in Tucson - that was a horrid experience. The person they sent took one look - did not even bother to remove the old microwave, simply said it was hard-wired and I must call an electrician. Called Lowe's and they admitted hard-wired units require an electrician. This was not mentioned the last time I bought a microwave (not from Lowe's). Fortunately, a neighbor knows a great electrician and he came out quickly to remove the microwave - which was NOT hard-wired. Rescheduled the installer - they were dragging out every time by days. Told them up front there was an outlet in the wall. On the scheduled day, they asked for a photo of the outlet, which I sent, and they said outlets in the wall were not acceptable. It had to be in the cabinet over the microwave position, and dropped me again. This was almost two weeks after buying the unit. So I called the electrician who could come out and finish the install completely. I called Lowe's and cancelled their installer - fortunately, Lowe's did not charge me for them. It is a shame - Lowe's is definitely losing business this way.

Yes, to a prior reviewer's point, they asked that everyone put on a mask, but they had them right there. I'm astonished at how rude the complainer was to refuse to put on a mask. There are many reasons the store might request it so why be rude? Anyway, the guy who was there (3rd generation of the family running the business) immediately said "American Standard, hold on" and went toward the back. A few min later came up with replacement metal pieces, explained that over time the metal get worn down and people tighten it down and then the metal wears more, repeat. The new one was, in fact, a different shape, and had a built in rubber gasket too. We took it home and sure enough, the leak was gone and it turned beautifully smoothly. This place is a gem and the knowledge they have is amazing. They are now also designing and 3D printing parts that are hard to find otherwise and improving on parts designed. So cool!
