Had them do a retrofit in Mar 2025 for a 1911 townhouse to blow insulation behind lath/plaster walls that had drywall on top. Won't know for certain how well it works until the next cold snap, but their workmanship was solid and they had great professionalism.

We have worked on three projects now with Kevin, Navin & their expert crew…read more First project involved retrofit exterior wall insulation using intello & dense packed cellulose. They worked quickly & cleanly to pack in this eco friendly AND VERY QUIET thermal barrier. During road construction & new water main project the noise of back hoe and jackhammers was seriously reduced inside. Great work. We also hired the crew to blow in loose cellulose (same material different application in our roof loft adding additional R value at that major point of heat loss. Finally, we recently brought the crew back for soundproofing project between our apt & the garden rental - their "emergency soundproofing" really help ease tensions with our otherwise beloved neighbors and give us all a bit more privacy. One thing I HIGHLY SUGGEST - is listen to Kevin & Navin - if they make recommendations to change / alter the plan - it's going to be based on experience and good instincts. They are always reasonable for this quality and they look at the big picture and want to make sure you are happy with the final result for your project. Thanks guys! 100% recommend

We worked with Brooklyn Insulation and Soundproofing to add insulation to our apartment. Kevin led…read morethe bidding process and was communicative and reasonable on price. Once work began, Navin and the crew were wonderful to work with - they were respectful of us and of the space, efficient, and as tidy as possible given the nature of the work. Regarding the work itself, we had cellulose insulation blown in and it has made an extraordinary difference. After multiple years, we are finally comfortable in our apartment during the cold months. Though it wasn't the objective of the project, we also hear much less street noise thanks to the insulation, which is a nice benefit. If you are considering adding additional insulation to your apartment or home, I strongly recommend Kevin, Navin, and their crew.

Wonderful work, great guys, they cleaned up after themselves amazingly and the price was excellent! I'm so happy we did this and can't wait to see how much better this house will be at retaining the cold/heat moving forward. We had no insulation in most of the house. Daniel, Branley and their team were amazing, so friendly and they explained everything to me in great detail. Highly recommended

Louis, his son , Vinny, and the crew completely transformed the house in just 1.5 days--insulating everything from the walls to the rim joists and crawl space. Louis came by to look at my house, used thermal imaging and brought pictures to show me what to expect. Very thorough, knowledgable, trustworthy and truly helpful. Honestly, I was a little anxious about them drilling into the mortar of our brick exterior, but decided to trust the process. Their work is seamless. I can't even see where the holes were! They left the house spotless, can't even tell they were here. We felt the comfort levels improve immediately. Highly recommend this team if you want honest, expert work from people who actually respect your home and know what they're doing!

I contacted Green Home Logic for an energy audit to see what kind of insulation would make a dent…read morein our energy bills. I did a really deep dive before hiring them... comparing every ConEd approved contractor to see who had the best reviews, BBB ratings, etc and GHL had the highest marks everywhere. I spoke with Geoff initially, who is very helpful with getting us set in the right direction and he squeezed us in for an energy audit in a reasonable amount of time. Got the energy audit done with Jon, which was really interesting and gave me a full picture of the limitations of my home, but then also the places where we could make vast improvements. Jon is great by the way and took a bunch of time with us to answer our questions (we had a lot). They ended up doing blown in fiberglass insulation in the crawlspace below the roof. They scheduled this in a timely fashion, showed up right on time, finished quickly and cleaned up to our tenant's satisfaction. The installers were very polite, helpful and professional. Since I wasn't about to squeeze in that tiny crawlspace, they took plenty of photos of the work to let me know how it looked. Based on some rough estimates from my smart thermostat, we now run our boiler 25% less than before insulation. Keep in mind, that's just with insulating the crawlspace. If you're able to do your walls too, I'd assume these numbers could go even higher, but we couldn't. After rebates from ConEd and the IRA it virtually cost us nothing. As long as the rebates are in place, I'll likely bring them back every year to insulate something else. It's really a no brainer, especially with this company which is run like the Navy.
