He uses a tile safe media called Max Strip, works great to remove the calcium without damaging the tile surface. When he was done, another guy came & vacuumed out the sand from the pool. I have experienced unprofessional handling of another paid order, and only after repeated complaints was a refund issued. Most recently, I requested new work, only to be told that their equipment is out of order and that they had no idea when defective equipment would be repaired, if at all. I feel that this is their new excuse for their questionable work product due to my previous complaints. Additionally, I requested they return my professional artwork.
