After clarifying with my Sales Agent at the dealer about this problem, I decided to also talk to Broco's Customer Service Agent Luke at the shop, to help me understand the difference of getting a replacement one vis-a-vis an original one. Luke was very helpful and even went out of his way to come out to my car, to show me and fully explain the difference. His gesture and explanation was more than good enough for me to finally decide to proceed with the installation. His professional courtesy and "extra mile" extended is much appreciated.
