My toilet set out is 200mm. But maximum set out we bought is 160mm. There weren't right size toilet suites in their stock to exchange. So when I asked for refund, they said there's 20% of re-stocking fee. So I just got $372.50 back. All they say is it's company policy. It's not because i changed my mind but because it can't be used in my toilet. They just took $97 from me.. Horrible company! Horrible service!

The unacceptable amount of issues also impacted on my daughters and granddaughters lives spoiling their school holidays because they were at our house so the issues could be corrected. The fact that an inspection after the completion of each step was not done amazes me 5. The fact that when the plumber drilled the tiles for the towel rack when it was clearly listed for the electrician and created the situation of having to replace the tile twice with the end result being less than a professional finish 6. When the tile was drilled incorrectly by the plumber he drilled almost completely through the opposite toilet wall which I am in the process of fixing,the comment from the plumber was don't worry about it just get Jeff to fix it 7.The issue with the hob at the end of the bath being built incorrectly 8. My experience i was negotiating price and designer calls manager and is stated that the manager is very angry with us because he has to provide this discount from his KPI's. When it was time to discuss contract i asked for a printed copy of the contract so that i can read and review and the fine print. They told me that they may not provide a contract without paying a 10% deposit. I stated i was not paying without the contract and there is no cool off period or anything they just keep your $$. They told me they can do something dodgy to get me my contract without paying. they signed our name on the contract and added finance of $1 to the contract. We did not sign that contract. I read the fine print and there is no out for the customer only for them. Be careful! When we called the manager next day to discuss this interaction and the un-comfortability he stated "ok". This company is questionably unethical and unprofessional. The manager from Mile End, SA is a disrespectful and unethical human. Please just imagine going into business' with this man and something went wrong with the remodel. How would he fix it. Based on our experience please do not do business' with this company!

The display kitchens in this place look magnificent, with a few different options on display. I've been informed that you can mix and match designs to make your kitchen your own. The staff were wonderful going over all the options for me, and all I did was walk in and have a look around. I mentioned that I live in a small house and they gave me options based on the dimensions I provided them. The problem is that I want a big kitchen, something my house doesn't physically allow. I'd love to buy one of their kitchens, don't get me wrong, but for now all I can do is window shop...
