Wallspan provides a voucher where the designer is meant to call the manger to redeem the voucher. they have a little act over the phone they play where they are guilting you purchase. My experience i was negotiating price and designer calls manager and is stated that the manager is very angry with us because he has to provide this discount from his KPI's. When it was time to discuss contract i asked for a printed copy of the contract so that i can read and review and the fine print. They told me that they may not provide a contract without paying a 10% deposit. I stated i was not paying without the contract and there is no cool off period or anything they just keep your $$. They told me they can do something dodgy to get me my contract without paying. they signed our name on the contract and added finance of $1 to the contract. We did not sign that contract. I read the fine print and there is no out for the customer only for them. Be careful! When we called the manager next day to discuss this interaction and the un-comfortability he stated "ok". This company is questionably unethical and unprofessional. The manager from Mile End, SA is a disrespectful and unethical human. I love to cook, I think I've stated that fact in many reviews I've done for Yelp. Up until now I've really only focused on the food aspect of cooking, but how can you cook in a substandard kitchen? The display kitchens in this place look magnificent, with a few different options on display. I've been informed that you can mix and match designs to make your kitchen your own. The staff were wonderful going over all the options for me, and all I did was walk in and have a look around. I mentioned that I live in a small house and they gave me options based on the dimensions I provided them. The problem is that I want a big kitchen, something my house doesn't physically allow. Wallspan - Kitchen & Bath Near Me - Parafield, SA

At the moment I am sitting here feeing rather frustrated as what we were promised hasn't been delivered. We have taken time off work to have our kitchen installed and were told that everything was being delivered on Wednesday 2 days ago. The kitchen was delivered with the wrong coloured backs and none of our appliances have arrived. We have seen plumbers and electricians who work for the company come and go because they cant do anything and have not been informed by our disappearing Customer Support Manager. Our installer couldn't be any more helpful but he is coming to a standstill as he cant do anything more until the appliances arrive. We have rung the our supposed Customer Support Manager several times over the past couple of days and he has not come back with a reply. His own tradesmen have also tried to find out what is happening. We last rang at 9.00am this morning Friday and spoke to him and he said he would get back to us. It is now 12.30pm and no reply. Doesn't take long in todays world of technology to ring up the supplier and find out where out stuff is. Everything is coming to a standstill and we will need to take extra time off work and live without a kitchen for several more days than promised.
