If you consider getting this company to do a renovation for you don't
Hi Paul ,
Now that our renovation is nearly complete and the final payment is due we are interested as to what if anything you are wiling to do to compensate us for for the inconvience , frustration , anger, disappointment and disruption we have had to tolerate during the time it has taken to complete the renovation. The unacceptable amount of issues also impacted on my daughters and granddaughters lives spoiling their school holidays because they were at our house so the issues could be corrected. If the work had been completed as stated by you as before Xmas none of this would have happened. We would greatly appreciate it if you can get back to us ASAP .
1. From the beginning we have had to chase as to when the tradesmen were going to be available instead of being kept up to date
2 . The problems caused by the plumbing company has created some annoying delay issues
3. The quality of the the plumbers work has less than impressive
4. The fact that an inspection after the completion of each step was not done amazes me
5. The fact that when the plumber drilled the tiles for the towel rack when it was clearly listed for the electrician and created the situation of having to replace the tile twice with the end result being less than a professional finish
6. When the tile was drilled incorrectly by the plumber he drilled almost completely through the opposite toilet wall which I am in the process of fixing,the comment from the plumber was don't worry about it just get Jeff to fix it
7.The issue with the hob at the end of the bath being built incorrectly
8. The absolutely unprofessional tile work done on th rework of the bath and shower stunned myself and my wife read more
