The evening I made my appointment, Maria answered the phone and was very professional. She explained that she was very busy, but found the earliest available appointment. I scheduled a 3 hour deep clean. Maria and one other lady arrived (on-time) and immediately got to work. She asked me very specific questions regarding COVID and the type of cleaning products (and equipment) I would like her to use in my home. She even took the time to organize for me as well. I was very grateful. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff in my home. I was able to work on other things while they were cleaning. There was a lot to be done. She took care every area that was prioritized. I even asked if they could sweep the back patio and she said she would if there was time. I was so pleased with her job, I hired her team to clean for my family and our church on a monthly basis.

I promise you want to hire them. Affordable, fast, professional…read more We hired a well-known company who showed up an hour late and took a bed, entertainment center, kids' bed, and a couple dressers and it took an hour-and-a-half and charged us $700. They were asking to borrow our tools. They were breaking furniture apart like cavemen. They were bumping into our walls all the way down the stairs and out the front door. Blue Guava did about ten times the work (no exaggeration), in only 2.5-3 hours longer for only $250 more than the big company. They brought their own tools and quickly disassembled furniture when necessary. Further, they identified what was donatable, took it to Goodwill, and brought us back receipts for our tax returns. Again, if you need movers, this is the company you want.

I agreed it did, and asked how much more it would cost. He said it would take "a lot longer" to do this, so $60 extra for the living room, hallway, and a little path in the bedroom. It took him 11 minutes to do this process, of spraying and using a machine to go over the sprayed area. Eleven minutes is NOT "a lot" longer. Next he set up for the steam cleaner, cleaned the 3 rooms and hallway, and put everything away. All that took a only 35 minutes! He never even offered to move one piece if furniture. He returned to the truck to do the paper work and brought it inside. He told me he didn't put the pre-treatment on the bill and I could just give him the $60!! He was gone in 61 minutes, and $60 richer it seems.

The crew that came to the house were super nice and professional. What was deceiving is that they mention a flat rate on the messages and then add extras on top of it. Also, I had to show them the screenshot of the 20% discount mentioned on Yelp for them to honor it. The cleaning was good, except that we had one spot that didn't come out on our sofa. I called them to come redo it and they said they would do so, but said that would call back to schedule for a redo and never called back. Hopefully was a misunderstanding from their part.
