This was the first time we ever had our home cleaned by "professionals" and it will be the last. Why would I pay Elite additional monies when they state on their site they "guarantee" their work?! They should have honored their guarantee and returned to fix what was missed/skipped. If they cant do it right the first time, why would I believe they would do it right the second.
