VERY SHADY BUSINESS...urge all who go there for oil change to check that oil was replaced and oil filter changed. Went this morning, paid for oil change and services that go with it. Got home, got under car to find out filter was not changed. Went back and after blowing off some steam they apologized, did it right and I got a refund.They also supposedly forgot to lube doors, hood and tire pressure. For a quicklub/car wash they are fine, (they'll try and up-sell you on an air filter etc. but what else is new?) For brakes look elsewhere. I was taken to the cleaners by a mechanic named Jonathan. He quotes me $285 for replacing the brake pads and rotors with a 2 year parts and labor "warranty." (His words.) I think this sounds reasonable and know that I am overdue to get my brakes done so I agreed. However, upon checkout when I receive my receipt I notice that there is no warranty paperwork anywhere to be found. I say to the manager: "there's a 2 year warranty right?" "Oh no, there's NO warranty." he replies. I am stunned. The mechanic flat-out lied to me. After a big row with the mechanic and the manager, the manager signs his name to my receipt saying "That if you come in we'll take care of you. I've been here for 13 years." Fingers crossed that I won't have any problems with these brakes. read more

Came here last winter when nothing was open or frozen. Used the self wash bay to spray the car. Did its job and happy that they were open although it was freezing cold out. read more

This place.... where do I begin. Not pleasant, disorganized , there is a lot of people working and still had to wait , not all that efficient and it's 20$ I do not recommend this place I think there are much better , cheaper and faster survives available read more

Touchless automatic is the way to go. Too bad the other customers tend to fail to understand that you can pay while the person ahead of you is in the wash bay. A little cramped getting out, with the hand drying from the regular automatic wash happening at the exit. read more

Terrible place. I went here to get an oil change and the guy tried to up sell me on all kinds of nonsense. Even told me I might break down on the road. Then he didn't tighten the oil filter properly and when I left I knew something didn't feel right. Went back to ask them what was wrong and they couldn't find what was wrong! Took it to my TRUSTED mechanic who fixed the problem. I went back to tell them what he found and they offered me a free oil change. Like I'm going to come back and have you screw up the car again ?! This place is terrible. I took my 5 year old Hyundai SUV here to change the oil. They did not install the filter correctly and my oil light came on days later. Oil started leaking from the motor and a gasket blew. I took it to them and they refused to take responsibility for it. It cost me $1200 to fix. Save your money. read more

Hard working, honest staff. My SUV needed a new battery as it wasn't running for a while. They gave me an honest assessment, SUV has been running perfect. It could have gone bad, and they didn't over charge in my time of need. read more

Love this place! I always get my oil changed here for my cars and get a free car wash. Very friendly and customer service oriented. You can pay I think it's $19.99 a month for unlimited car washes as well. As many as you like. Can't beat that. read more

Ripoff! Very expensive to just get the outside cleaned. After your car is dried you have to do all the work and pay extra at the machines to finish off the cleaning. One machine stole my dollar. Will not ever go back there. read more

Had an oil change and afterward my car was running very rough so I checked the oil level and it was too high. I siphoned out some oil and then the car was OK. Could have cost me big repair $ if I didn't know enough to check the oil. Also, the self serve car wash never gets car really clean no matter how much you scrub. read more

Worst car wash ever!!! Never coming back here. Not only are their prices ridiculous - nothing is included! I realized too late that interior wouldnt be included (an extra $10 in addition to exterior cost) but I was like well ok my exterior is really what needs to be cleaned more than anything else. Come home to find that the exterior was terrible, missed a ton of spots - I may as well have let a 5 year old wash it. After $13 I will have to go to ANOTHER car wash to fix the crap job they did. I have paid less than $10 and had better car washes. Never again - stay away from this place! read more

For the price using their online coupon, the ultra package car wash wasn't bad at all. My car was pretty dirty and it came out much cleaner than it had been going in. That being said, it's still dirty hence 4 stars. Pollen really loves my car I guess. read more

Came here around 4:00 PM on a weekday, hoping to use the self service high pressure wash then towel dry my car, clean the windows, clean the wheels, dress the tires, etc. Wash part went ok, but then there is no place to dry the car and finish the job. There are maybe 6 spots for that, but they were all being occupied with more people waiting. I ended up driving to a nearby residential neighborhood, parking, and drying my car on the street. read more

Just need to put this up! I have been here a couple of times since moving to the area. The workers at this shop have always been very courteous, professional & quick. If you are looking for a convenient way to get your oil changed and fast, this is the spot! Whoever complains about this place is most likely NEVER satisfied with anything. I have been driving for many years & been to tons of different shops, by far the staff here are the nicest people I've ever run into. And also, I had my brakes serviced here once, and they did a great job on that as well! 5 stars all the way! read more

First time I went here for an oil change they did tell me I had to fix something else. Not sure if it was upsell or I really needed to fix it. The second time I came here they did not tighten the oil drain screw fully and I had about a quart to two quarts leak. They also seemed to use 10w oil on a winter weather on my suv. Therefore I rate this place "I've experienced better". Nice people, but service wasn't done accurately. Will probably never go back. Their car wash systems are good though. read more

I went for oil change to this place a year ago and right after the oil change my car overheated, I checked the radiator and found oil was mixed with the coolant. The car is old so I made no stink over it. Simply I have no clue of what happened. I went there again today and the guy changing the oil told me a piece of the oil cap was missing. Last time I checked the cap was fine and there was no missing pieces. I just don't trust the people working there. Know your car before you go there. read more

Good place for a quick and easy oil change. They definitely try to upsell you but coming from Sales I understand and I like knowing they're doing their jobs. Free car wash which I appreciate and it seems they have independent wash bays that are open 24 hours so you can drive in late night or early morning which is a big plus. read more

Warning! Do not go here. After I had my oil changed and went to pay for it they added a $20 additional filter charge stating My car had an expensive oil filter so they had to charge more even though I was already getting the premium service which was suppose to include a premium filter as it states on their billboard and they didn't even notify me of this before changing the oil which raises suspicions even more. I even checked online for my filter price and it is only $12 so why the fraudulent additional charge? I will be notifying the better business bureau and consumer protection agency regarding their fraudulent sales practices. read more

9/19/15: I came here around 8:30 pm on a Saturday and used one of the self-service ports. This is the first time I tried using the wheel and tire wash button. I press it...not much is coming out...it just seems like water. I spray it on all 4 wheels and the go back and push the "high pressure rinse" button. I point the nozzle at the back of my car, pull the trigger, and green soapy detergent comes out all over the back of my car when it should have been plain water. This is the wheel and tire cleaner that should have been coming out previously. So now, after I have already rinsed off most of the soap and with about 30 seconds left, I now have soap that it specifically says "not to use on painted surfaces" all over the back of my new car I bought less than a year ago. I try and get away with rinsing it in the time I have left, air dry it and pull out to dry off the rest with a towel. As I'm drying the back section, I notice the residue from the green wheel and tire soap that is still on the back of my car. I thought I was done, but now I need to put in another $5 (the minimum) to wash this off my car when I was previously about to finish...not including the $ to dry it again. On top of this, I'm now out of change. So, I put $20 in the quarters machine...and got back $10 in quarters. I'm now leaving 2 stars, but that has the potential to change depending on how they handle this when I call tomorrow or Monday. The self service portion is opened 24 hours and is a great option (when everything works properly) when most places in the area use dirty rags to dry your car and leave swirl marks all over it. Update 12/17/2015: So, I finally made it back in to this place after speaking to Willy on the phone--he said he would reimburse me for the shortchanging and extra washing needed. I went in, and he replaced the $10 I was missing from the change machine and offered a free automatic wash to make up for the extra money I spent last time cleaning my car again after I has already finished. Went for the oil change here. They were fast and courteous. The synthetic oil change came with a free car wash as well. I would rate this place on par with Jiffy Lube. Make sure you confirm the price with the technician before leaving your car so you know what to expect. Not only was the manager rude, but the touch-less wash dented my hood. There are no sensors under the garage door. If someone were to stand under the door it would still come right down. Normally garage doors have a sensor that if someone or something was blocking it, it would not precede to come down. When i asked the manager to go through insurance, he simply looked at me and said "the insurance company would laugh at you". Not only did my hood get dented, but my car didn't even get cleaned. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. A complete waste of time and money. read more

AWFUL!! I was astounded by how rude the staff was. I was going away for the weekend and needed the interior of my car cleaned as well as the exterior. When I pulled up and told The man I needed an interior done as well his answer was "No". They claimed to not have enough time to clean the interior of my car too. When I told him that was the whole reason I came to his shop, he just shrugged. And after I went through the exterior clean, the staff they have to dry the car was screaming at me to move to one side. Full on screaming. I could not believe this is how they treat and speak to their customers. They NEVER wiped the car dry! AND TO MAKE IT WORSE, they took the guy in front of me and cleaned his interior. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Telling everyone I know to NEVER COME HERE. They should really reevaluate and reconsider how a customer should be treated. Worst place to get your car wash.
