We get to catch up and smoke all in one and the budtenders have been super chill every time we've gone these couple months. They have a big selection of wax but of course some does run out, but there's plenty to choose from and non-alcoholic beverages are also cold to you and you can drink them at the bar! Now today, I went in and my experience was definitely off. I went in to purchase a cart, after purchasing I proceeded to leave, now being a day one customer here i never complained. I've never returned anything, if my product was damaged I would normally just take it but today was different. Today I made my first complaint, after I left i opened my cart and i realized my cart was super sticky. I immediately know something was off about this cart because it had been leaking. So, instead of going home like i usually do I came back to show them. The manager came out and seemed to be irritated that I had interrupted her breast feeding time. She proceeded to tell me that I can not return or exchange my product, because she felt that the cart was not sticky enough to be returned. I felt like i was just being rushed to leave just because I had interrupted her breast feeding times. So, choose wisely on which times you go and what items you purchase because you could walk out disappointed in the customer service, and product. Which when a person who struggles with OCD a sticky feeling can bother them a lot and instead of being helpful I was just told no, I was told that I have to come back within seven days and may or may not give me an exchange because it's depends on their discretion.
