Came here today with my psychiatric service dog. Was told my dog needed a "vest" and the lady at the booth said "no dogs" Wow

This is the first time I noticed the swap meet being open since moving here in 2018. I miss swap meets so much. There were food trucks everywhere and many stalls filled with different items. The parking here is a bit hideous, so go slow in the parking lot. There is no one directing traffic, so keep your eyes open. This place is more like store prices rather than swap meet prices. I didn't realize that upon entrance, they start packing it up approximately 2pm. I didn't get a chance to walk around the whole place as we had the grands with us. There is a stall where they sell animals (mostly bird types) and many different types of chickens. I saw doves, finches, small parrots, parakeets, ducks, roosters, and more. There was a mini black horse/donkey that kept trying to bite.. he was clearly irritated, poor thing. Many of the stalls had cellphone cases, socks, soap, and many other things. I will be back, but I need more time to go around toward the back for the people who are not running store businesses from there. My daughter ordered a Carne Asada fries that costed almost $15 from a food truck. That is crazy even with the cost of inflation.

Pretty cool small little swap meet! It's hidden between mountains in the open, but it's cool to go and get away. To come here for stuff there's not much and the reason I give it 5 stars is because out of all the Swapmeets I've been to this one has food tents at almost every other tent! The food there is mostly Mexican treats, ice creams, hot dogs, nachos, spicy ness on everything! Also there was this man with his birds and he interacts with them and allows people to hold them and learn about them. The man was very nice, cool, and funny! The birds were very pretty and very smart! I would definitely go back to walk around, look,

They wouldn't let us in at 2:30 even though the sign says it does not close until 3. Looks dirty and terrible anyway. Give it a miss.

Vintage Soul Flea Market - Little Hobo Bird booth

Vintage Soul Flea Market

Not bad for a first time event!…read more Easy to navigate, a variety of vendors, new, old and re-purposed. Classic cars, vintage garb and a stage with music. With a decor of cassettes tapes lining the backdrop. Simple but puts you in a familiar place but way back. My favorite booth by Road Trip seemed almost more of an art experience in itself, than a destination, picnic baskets, blankets, and pie. Some other favorites are the custom suits and the earrings made from bathing suits and they are waterproof! The VW Van and cars were fab and fitting for the day, the one side silver, one side gold marijauna earrings were a crack up and we picked up an acid dyed fedora from the 70's for my husband. And he hates vintage shopping. What a fun find. I think we missed the vinyl. They may have been playing it vs selling it. If you wanted you could pay $8 and make a macrame key chain on-site. And for $60 get a VIP ticket for Peltzer wine, a cocktail bar, a lunch ticket and a private lounge area with tents for shelter. All could attend free. It was business as usual at Vail HQ with the event sponsored by In the Loop. They sponsor the night market and other events at Vail HQ. Check them out, they know how to throw a well balanced event with a makers niche. #Temecula #IntheLoop #VailHQ #VintageSoulFleaMarket

The market offers amazing food trucks, fun photo backdrops, music, and even a VIP area that you can purchase tickets to before the event. Definitely plan to come early, chill, and bring your spending money because there are so many amazing vintage goodies. Although most of it is clothing, there are definitely home goods, kids items, and all kinds of other accessories too. The entire vibe is just so cool and retro. Stoked to have this event in our little town!

While small, it was great because the shops and restaurants that we visited were all excellent. We even got to see Dean Norris from the TV show Breaking Bad at the restaurant he owns on the main strip. Nice to see him be able to relax and enjoy himself. We will be back as the olive oil and candy stores are on our list of places to see again.

The Old Town Night Market takes place at Bailey's Restaurant on the terrace in Old Town Temecula. It is the second Tuesday of each month. Approximately 30 local makers and curators come out. Bailey's opens a full bar and they have a taco stand on-site. The activities and drawings change, this month a DJ, art and a photo booth and a Halloween theme of course. The market which is dog friendly is something we love. Our husbands went next door to Devilicous to have a beer and took the dogs so we could shop which was a dream. Cara and I strolled the market and got to know the vendors. She picked up an embroidered jacket and I picked up a handwoven bag. Although, we spent the most time with a fun mother and daughter! Check out Sparkle Sloth Studio...I introduced the biz to a few Yelpers already, as they have some fun contests. The make glitter coffee, wine and other tumblers with custom sayings just for you. It's definitely more geared towards the ladies, the mothers and children...but plenty of fire pits around to enjoy the ambiance with your spouse, boyfriend, etc. Shop local folks. #OldTownNightMarket #InTheLoop #CaraandIThelmaandLouise #Glitter #ShopLocal

The Coast Vintage Market - Banjo band play'n

Coast Vintage Market is a very cool swap meet style flea market with tons of items from yesteryear…read morethat will take you back to another time. It can almost be like a treasure hunt looking for that special item that calls out to you! Even if you aren't looking for something specific, you might find something that is awesome (to you anyway). There is definitely a wide variety of stuff, from vintage clothing, to old car emblems, home decor, old business signs, and toys that, depending on your age, might make you remember the good old days. Prices can be a bit high, and some vendors will haggle, but this isn't really the kind of market where you get an amazing deal. Most people know what they have and know the market for their stuff. Vendors are still friendly though and will chat about what they have. Located in the old Laguna Hills parking lot, it has about 10-12 rows of vendors that are about 50 yards long. Last time we went there was an agua fresca stand but no food vendors. Even though it's in a parking lot, parking can be a challenge so be prepared. Everything is under construction as the mall is closed down and the buildings are empty so people kind of just park wherever. All that said, this can make for a great weekend activity to get out and walk around. Though it is infinitely better in the morning when it is less crowded and cooler outside! Being in a parking lot there is no shade and things heat up quickly in the afternoon. Overall, a solid local experience, especially if you like flea markets.

Took the dog for a walk through a "vintage sale" today…read more.. Great walk for the dog. Less thrilling for me. The parking lot was packed, which made me think we were about to stumble into something amazing. Instead it felt like an entire street of yard sales where everyone brought the stuff nobody wanted anymore... and now they all brought it to the same place. As we walked in, there were noticeably more people leaving empty-handed than people carrying bags. And the few who did buy something looked like they'd adopted a small trinket out of pity. "Vintage," apparently, is just a nicer word for old junk that survived the last garage sale. On the bright side... the dog had a fantastic time.
