I was a bit of a skeptic with all the glowing reviews but figured, let give him a shot and like many other customers, I couldn't be happier with this decision. Gabriel stands by his work and goes above and beyond with customer service. For exterior house painting, his bid came in competitive and he indicated he would provide 2 coats of paint. As we walked around the house I was impressed by all the items he was calling out that they would take care of after pressure washing and for prep along with his attention to detail. When they showed up to do the work, I provided input on a few things just to make sure that it wouldn't be missed during prep and they always said sure, we'll take care of it without hesitation. Gabriel even helped me understand their process further and explained a few things to me, which I appreciated. During the final walk through, I already marked a handful of small things with tape (inevitably there will always be a few touchups and polishing touches needed) and Gabriel was quick to add more blue tape for items that he would fix. The house looks amazing and I get lots of compliments from neighbors. I will continue to use and refer High Quality Painting, LLC.

From the beginning, Sam was the most responsive communicator of all the companies I reached out to, which is one of the reasons we chose him for the job. His bid was reasonable, and we liked his professionalism. When we asked to reschedule from the spring because a bird had built its nest right next to the house, Sam was very gracious and said he'd work us in once the babies had flown the nest. He then booked us for the week of the 4th of July, and two of his guys worked a full day on the holiday to get everything done within a week. This was during a heat wave, so we were especially impressed by their work ethic! They also showed great attention to detail, which is evident in how beautiful it looks. Three days after pressure-washing the house, they started prep work, taping the windows & around fixtures, removing the downspouts, scraping off old caulking, etc. The following day painting began. Due to some rain, the job was completed 1 day later than estimated, but they did what they could. The job took 1/2 day for pressure washing and 5 days to prep and paint. The crew was great, arriving early or on time each day and really working hard making sure they did everything properly. They even put back big potted plants that had to be moved, which I really appreciated. Jorge came by the work site each day to make sure things were going smoothly and answer any questions I had. There are a lot of painters out there, so choose carefully, choose A&I's Painting! I will hire them again for sure!

I reached out to A and I's Painting in the middle of a water damage repair - the first contractor (Premier Water Removal) had ghosted me after I tried to get them to finish repairing and painting the ceiling in my bedroom. Jorge, from A and I's, answered my request for bid and came out to scope the job the next day. He identified an issue that others had missed, which was necessary and would require the entire bedroom to be painted. This gained my trust and he promised he'd find a way to work me into their busy schedule. He did that and more. He prepped the room himself to reduce the time that the painters needed to fit into their schedule. The painting was done days later and it is flawless. There is no evidence, NONE, that a large hole was patched, textured and painted. The rest of the job was the same quality and this company was a pleasure to work with!

Julio arrived promptly and Monica even called a few minutes before to let me know that he was on the way Punctual - tick! Julio did an amazing job on the carpet. I wish I had taken a before and after picture to share. my experience was as good as the Yelp review with the gray carpet before and after. Stairs look very good now! We used them for a Move out carpet cleaning on our home. We had lived there for a year and have a dog. I had tried to remove stains like coffee and wine during our time there but it never seemed to work. Julio showed up at the beginning of the arrival window, even calling a half hour before they arrived. He was great about sharing how we could maintain the new carpets in the home we bought and did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable and professional. My husband even had to leave half way through to go back to work and he finished up on his own. When we returned to the house the next day we were SO impressed. Stains that had been there BEFORE we moved in were gone. I only hope that we didn't move out of their service area because they did such a great job I would use them every year. read more

Julio and his crew are all about making the customer happy. They came a couple of days ago to clean my gutters and treat my roof with moss remover like they had done the previous year. They did a great job but after they left I noticed they didn't use that much moss treatment. I texted him the next day with my concern. He informed me that the treatment is more concentrated than the one that they previously used. I told him if he thought that was enough treatment then that's good enough with me. He came the next day and put more treatment down to reassure me and was very friendly about it. I've dealt with a lot of people in his business that treat you like your bothering them when you ask questions. Definitely not Julio and his crew. Highly recommended!! read more

I met julio one day doing some pressure washing and he offered me to clean my house, he did my whole house carpet cleaning, windows and front pressure washing, his crew are the best , they finished all the job in one day, I reccomend this family company to anyone needs to have any cleaning services also didn't know but they offered landscaping service and will start using on March or April for regular cleaning . read more
