Julio is awesome. I got two of my places done with him and the results for both were amazing. He is dedicated and professionally attends to details. One of my carpets was particularly stained and before he started, he took time to explain the expected outcome after the cleaning. He constantly asked for my feedback and if the cleaning looks ok. He redid a couple of spots after I asked him. At the end , the cleaning result was pretty good, more than what I thought. All in all, 5 stars for professionalism and efficiency. I would recommend him for your next cleaning. read more

Update: The owner contacted me after a day of first service with which I was unhappy and addressed the issue by redoing the carpet corners, 2 rooms and spot treatment as needed. Overall I'm happy with the service and would call them again. read more

There is nothing "spot on" about Spot On Carpet Cleaning (SOCC). I feel angry just thinking about the name of their unprofessional business after the terrible experience I had with them. Don't do this to yourself. Simply pay $20 more somewhere else for your carpets to be cleaned by professionals-- not SOCC. I contacted them through Yelp to set up an appointment. THEY suggested a specific time on a day I was available, so I agreed to it and accurately put it in my calendar. The day/time came for our appointment and I messaged Julio that I would see him at the time HE set for our appointment. Julio responded that his schedule had been "messed up" and asked if anyone had told me this. No one did. He claimed he was "in Bellevue" and would call me once he was close. He never did, and lied about how long it would take to get there. Meanwhile, I had to rearrange my entire afternoon/evening schedule to accommodate Julio's tardiness, deceitfulness and unprofessionalism which left me stressed, upset and majorly inconvenienced. When Julio finally decided to show up 2 HOURS after my appointment time, he came with another man who I was not introduced to. So there's this random dude in my place watching Julio work and I have no idea who he is. I was watching Julio clean the carpets, and he was texting on his phone while he rushed through his work. It was so unprofessional and inappropriate. To make things worse, Julio did not fully deep clean my carpets. When the steam evaporated and the carpet dried, you could still see all the old stains. What a waste of time and money. He offered no discount, until I asked from my side because I was so pissed off. He said he would take $10 off my bill, which really isn't a lot considering he wasted 2 HOURS of my time and screwed up my entire schedule for the rest of my day. Plus, he didn't even properly clean my carpet. Wasting 2 HOURS of my time and failing to do his job is worth way more than $10. I got my carpets professionally cleaned by another business (who got ALL the stains out) shortly after this whole mess caused by SOCC and Julio. Message me if you'd like to hear about my positive experience elsewhere and I'm happy to help. I will never again use or recommend SOCC-- all they do is unprofessionally waste your time, money and do a terrible job. read more

They did a great job with our carpets as we moved out of the place and getting ready to sell it. They were very gentle with the walls and base boards that were still drying from the last evening painting. They were on time for the scheduled appointment and were very courteous to us and to the other contractors still working inside the house. They were very quick and the carpets were like brand new again when they were done. The cost was very reasonable! All in all a great company to go with. read more

I requested carpet cleaning and house cleaning. Julio was super friendly and arrived on time. I had just moved into a new home and the previous owners had pets that left a nasty scent in the carpet downstairs. I believed Julio did a good job although the scent did not go away after he cleaned the carpets, I think that it was time to replace the carpets perhaps. Monica came another day and was late to clean the house. I asked her to clean specific areas. I had checked what she had done and trusted that she did a good job until I cleaned up after her work. I found large areas in my kitchen that were not cleaned after I specifically asked her to clean these areas. All-in-all, if you decide to use Spot On, I would go with Julio on the carpet cleaning. For house cleaning, I would go with someone else. read more

What a great job they do. We had a very dirty carpet and they made it look almost new. We had Stanley Steamers come last year and after they left it didn't seem like they cleaned the carpet. If you have a choice between Stanley Steamers and Spot On Carpet Cleaning your money is better spent with the Spot On Carpet Cleaning Company. They really deep clean your carpet not like the other companies. They beat the others in price. They two men that came were courteous and careful not to damage walls. We highly recommend them. read more

I called on Friday and made an appointment for Monday at 1:00. No one showed up so I called multiple times and someone returned my call and said they'll be there in 20 minuets. Again no one showed up or even reply to calls and messages. Very horrible service! read more

We got our carpets cleaned Great job. They are quick and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Very good cleaning company. I've used them on my Marysville house and they did s very good job. Two guys came to do the cleaning, they moved my furniture around and took care of it all. Great and friendly service. If you're looking for a carpet cleaning company around the area, definitely try these guys. Prices were not bad at all as well. Thank you guys. read more

They were 40 minutes late and definitely did a rush job. I usually use Stanley Steemer who charges more but tried this company because they charged less. It was not worth the savings. I should have asked beforehand if they took credit cards. They don't. Will not use them again! read more

I just have to say that Julio did an amazing job at cleaning my apartment. I was concerned about how effective the cleaning will be since there were a couple of areas where there was significant wear and dirt. After the cleaning, I could hardly tell where they are now! Both Monica and Julio were very responsive/professional and their price was very competitive! I would definitely use their services in the future. Dependable service is hard to find these days and I'm so glad there are still those out there that still takes pride in doing quality work. read more

Julio did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and couch. The communication beforehand was quick and the quote was pretty accurate (my couch was a bit larger than a 3-seat couch he'd quoted me on, I forgot to mention how big it is). Arrived on time, very courteous & has excellent customer service. He ensured I was happy with all the rooms and carpets he cleaned and asked if I needed anything else done which reinforced the feeling that he truly is great at customer service. They look great. We started around 12:30 pm and ended around 2 pm & I had a huge area rug, couch, ottoman, stairs, hallway upstairs and 3 bedrooms (with master closet also cleaned). Will use again for our next cleaning! (Now to wait for it all to dry...) read more

Excellent service, professional, very affordable! I will call them every time! We had the rental house cleaned too.

I called around on a Friday afternoon to see if anyone could come out the next day to clean the carpet for a place I was moving into. For 4 bedrooms & a living room, they were able to come out and knock it out for me as promised - on time and done professionally. The price they quoted over the phone ($184) is the price I was charged upon job completion. Thanks for the great job, guys! read more

Easy and quick quote through Yelp. They quoted the lowest price by far. We connected through Yelp on Saturday, we made an appointment for Monday, I asked on Monday morning if we could reschedule for Tuesday. They said yes. They came out on time, cleaned our couch. Easy peasy. I'll be using Spot On for our couch cleanings from now on. read more

Update: Moved again, needed another move-out cleaning, this time we splurged for the move-out house cleaning too not just the carpet. The 2 house cleaners arrived first, and cleaned everything perfectly (every single thing on our landlord required move-out cleaning list plus extras!). After they cleaned the house, Julio showed up and did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets. He was even able to get the high traffic area clean. He charged exactly what he estimated, and gave me an invoice to show the landlord. The entire house looked cleaner than the day we moved in! Cannot recommend them more! read more

These guys are great! Monica gave quick responses via email and they were able to set us up with an appointment that fit within our busy schedule. Did a great job of getting stains out of our rental house carpet. We were afraid we would have to replace the carpet all together, however they saved the carpet by removing the stains! Thank you! I had a great experience with this family-owned business. I called on a Saturday and they were able to schedule me for that Monday morning. They cleaned 5 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and family room for for me and they were quick and efficient. The most notable aspect of my experience was the cost. I do not think I could have found a better deal anywhere else. read more

Squeezed us in at the last minute on a Saturday. Were very punctual and reliable. Always returned my calls immediately. Our cream carpet had black grease stains all over and they got all the stains out. Also, our cream sofa had milk stains from our daughter and now it looks and smells brand new. So glad we went with a small local company instead of one of the more expensive "big box" national cleaners. Highly recommend. read more

Called these folks this morning and they were out by 5pm the same day. The owner stated the technician would call 30 minutes before arrival, and he did. He was very professional, pleasant, clean and did a walkthrough before setting up. The price was GREAT and his job looked fantastic. I can't wait til the carpets are dry and we can try them out. Highly recommend this family owned company. read more
