If you want a caterer with a real personal touch you should call this one and the prices were so reasonable! They followed All COVID rules with masks and the food came in secured, it was something that looked so fancy for just my house but I appreciate the safety 1st approach. My husband and I wanted to have a small Super Bowl party for a 4 couples we wanted to watch the Super Bowl LVI but I was not in the mood to cook. I also wanted actual food, not just pizza, wings and beer like usual. So, I did some research and found this place and loved the sample menu items. I called and inquired about a Super Bowl menu and after asking me a few questions they created a customized menu and sent it to me. It was a perfect menu that pleased the entire crowd which is tough to do sometimes. So, I ordered fish tacos (My personal FAV), cheesesteak sliders (So so good I thought I was in Philly, not exaggerating!), hot and chipotle wings, the 7 layer dip, mozz sticks and beef dogs in a blanket (Hogs in a blanket). The fish tacos were my personal fav! from the wraps to the breading on the fish, crunchy but the fish was moist and flaky, yumm! My husband loved the sliders and he is from the PA area so he has eaten a ton and commented that these were authentic. So cheesy and meaty...like that ooey gooey cheese you want on a cheesesteak. Perfection! Lets not leave out that 7 layer dip which to me is like the perfect app and the wings were meaty and so flavorful. I asked for real hot wings and that's what we received, not half hot or sweet but hot like they should be. So our overall experience was great from the service to the food, for real ya'll..., really really delicious and I cant wait to have another gathering. I loved the fact that they all came in professional and nice, it was like the icing on the cake since the food was that good.

I have tried a lot of catering food consisting of under-seasoned chicken and overcooked salmon, but this was anything but. All the proteins we chose (grilled chicken, seared salmon, grilled shrimp, and crispy tofu) were seasoned well and not overcooked. There were so many veggie sides. My favorites were avocado, glazed walnuts, charred cauliflower, blistered tomatoes, fire-roasted garlic broccoli, and roasted beets. Everyone got to compose their own protein + grain + veggie plate. I joked to the other guests that I felt like this was Thanksgiving, but with better healthier options. This was the first "Thanksgiving" that I did not get food coma after a filling meal.

Jill also acted as a day-of coordinator and everything was seamless. She worked calmly and professionally behind the scenes with all vendors to keep the day flowing. I didn't worry about anything that day and it all worked out perfectly. We had a lounge-like vision for the party: no assigned seats, a mix of table sizes, and a buffet of tapas style plates that would get people moving around the space. Jill made this happen and it felt seamless - she was endlessly positive and full of ideas and solutions to make the event feel festive, COVID-safe, and flowing. No one ever had to wait in line for drinks - bars were plentiful and well run. My husband and I sat at a small table together which she thoughtfully prepared ahead of time with a full array of food so we actually got to eat a little that evening! I HIGHLY recommend Jill and her team and hope to attend more of her events in the future!

We wanted to support an AAPI owned business and Gaddy Lane was not only that, but also female owned. Fabulous! Communication was great from beginning to end, and they arrived on time with the delivery. We opted for an assortment of sandwiches and some side salads. The sandwiches were all a huge hit, especially the vegan cauliflower one (by everyone, not just vegans). My only complaint is the side salads left something to be desired; they were basically just lettuce. A bit pricey compared to some of the other catering options that we looked at, but happy to support a small business!

I highly recommend working with them if you're in need of catering, the food and service is top notch!
