I've had my eyes on this company and was happy they had opened a new location even closer to my home. When we got there, for a small shop it was packed. The customer service was great, they let us try some amazing flavors of what they had to offer. When I say everything was good, I mean it! I put that on my mama lol. The ice cream was smooth and creamy. The flavors were different and they even offer these huge cookies that I believe were freshly made. I My youngest sampled some of the sorbet that she thought was really refreshing, shes not to much of an ice cream fan. She did decide to get their strawberry and my other one got the Morir Sonando. I also loved the slightly burnt taste and carmelization that is signature of a Crème Brulée. - Passion Fruit Tart - Another banger! I've never had a passion fruit tart before and its essentially a lemon tart but passion fruit flavor. I'm unsure if the passion fruit flavors really came out but I just really love the slightly sour filling with the very crispy tart and the wonderful merengue on top.
