Don't complain that mine were set out early either, your husband (Chris Wilson) told me he set your chairs up at 9am. 45 minute difference from when we went. If that was the only hitch we could deal with but immediately the male working that day started telling my emotional fiancé that he'll just take her to court before she could even try to possibly find another dress in that store or anything. He said he'll take her to court, just kept saying that. He was SO rude to her. He was trying to pressure her into keeping the dress and talking down to her. In the end he didn't refund all of her money because he said "now he has a dress nobody could buy"..... The lady (I assume the owner/manager but really have no clue) greeted us & told us that we would have to wait a few because there was another bride. We only waited less than 5 min before she began to help me. She asked me when my wedding was, my budget & what kind of dress style I was interested in. I explained to her I was looking for two kinds: short or lacey but nothing too fancy because the venue is casual. Like the previous reviewer, I too was really disappointed in their short dress selection. She right off the bat informed me that they don't really have short dresses in the shop, but directed me to pretty small selection for my budget. Sads. Quickly she picked out 4 that she thought I would like & encouraged us to look around as they found a fitting room for me. From there, she traded me off to one of the sales ladies (i had my own which was quite nice) as she went to help customers in the front. She often came back to check up on the both of us, giving input - I thought she & the sales lady i had were both really nice. The actual experience I had was cool. I didnt feel uncomfortable or pressured or anything negative. They have a cool mirror set up so you can fully see yourself & brightly lit. Of the 4 i tried, i liked 1. It was nothing that I even thought i would like, but I did. Problem is that I didnt LOVE it . But it gave me hope, & at $385, not that bad. You give them your name, phone # on a card with the dress you liked on it for their files. I'm not sure whether I should expect a telemarketer like call in a few weeks or what, or if it's really just in case I end up coming back :) Overall, my experience was pleasant, buuuut there wasn't a lot to choose from in my budget or any that really wowed me.

I hired Madison for my daughter's 5th birthday. She really wanted Princess Aurora to be at her…read morebirthday. When I was requesting a quote from Madison she was very helpful, sweet and kind. I loved how she told me there was no pressure in booking when I told her I was still shopping around. I also asked if she could get Princess Aurora's pink dress since I saw she only had the iridescent blue dress on her website and she said yes and was very accommodating. When she arrived she was the sweetest and stayed in character the whole time. My daughter loved her and so did the rest of the children. All the adults loved her and asked where I found her and I was of course more than happy to let them know. They loved how professional, sweet, patient, and great she was with the kiddos. The children loved all the activities with princess Aurora and so did some of the adults! Madison was so great! I definitely recommend and will definitely hire her for any future events I may have!
