I highly advise against visiting this boutique if you are looking for a meaningful bridal…read moreexperience. We came here directly after an outstanding appointment at What's Up Europe, and the contrast in service was staggering. From the start, the associate showed a complete lack of interest, failing to even acknowledge the bride's guests. When the bride shared her preferred styles based on what she had already learned about her preferences, the associate used it as an excuse to exert minimal effort, pulling very few options. In fact, when a member of our party requested to see a different style, the associate dismissively replied, 'Oh no, she's pretty much closed off into trying anything else,' completely shutting down the process. Furthermore, because the wedding is in a Catholic church, the bride raised standard modesty requirements. While the previous boutique proactively pinned various strap options and fabric inserts to visually demonstrate modifications, the associate here simply gave a dismissive, 'Yeah, we can add something,' without offering any visual solutions. Ultimately, the sister-in-law had to get up and find the options herself. The lack of care, professionalism, and effort was unacceptable. If you want to be treated with respect and taken seriously as a bride, take your business elsewhere.

My wife and I are occasional 'thrifters' and enjoy visits to Tulare and the shops on K Street…read more Each thrift store is unique and the folk running them are always super-friendly and professional. With great exception is the "Love INC Thrift Store" on K. Something is not right with how it is managed, so let me explain. During a recent experience at the Love INC Thrift my wife came across a stuffy hen which she felt would be a great gift for her sister - it was sitting in the window near the front of the store. As we shopped a worker (we found out later was one of the managers) marched up to my wife and in a very loud voice, "Where did you get that?" and "It's not for sale!" My wife responded that it had a price tag on it, and then the woman shouted at her "Did you get that from the back room?" At that point my wife handed her the stuffy hen and said, "Take it." The woman then marched with it to the back of the store. She was extremely rude and vile, not the behavior or demeanor you would expect to find in a church sponsored location. My wife suggested that she did not need to be rude to her, so the woman (obviously having some sort of meltdown) escalated the encounter by calling out loudly for security. I then asked, "what is going on?" to which she replied, "you need to leave" and so my wife and I left but not before the security guy approached and asked what was happening. My wife began to share with him what had transpired but as she was doing so the woman butted in claiming that my wife had pulled something from their display window. Again, the stuffy hen was marked with a price tag. The security guy asked the oddest question, "At what place can you purchase things in their window?" Many if not all the thrift stores on K Street have items on window display that are for sale, I know because I have purchased several over the years, and if they are not, they are clearly marked NFS. So, friends, say a prayer for this woman that works at the Love INC Thrift Store because clearly, she has demons and a very unprofessional, unkind manner. If you are the owner or direct supervisor of the store, you might consider reassigning the person to where dealing with people is not required.

The girls working there were super helpful and patient. They even called to confirm that the program he was in would be able to pay for the items he needed. One of the employees even knew the brand and style that the students in the CNA program would need to get. They seem to have a wide selection of scrubs, shoes, and other nursing accessories. They've even got 3 dressing rooms so you can try on your items if need be. We literally had questions about everything as we were making our way through the list. One of the girls even recommended several different types of shoes that men typically wear. So that narrowed his decision down and made it a little easier to make a selection. I'm so thankful they had everything that he needed and that we were able to get all of it and still be relatively in budget.
