This program is not for the flimsy will power. It is very strict and, take it from me, you cannot…read morecheat and expect to lose weight. However, if you have the dedication to follow the program, you will lose weight! You will lose it quick. You will not lose your muscle like other lower calorie diets. You will feel better and your clothes will go to fitting you better, to not fitting at all. I have struggled with my weight since I was a teen and this has been the best program I've done. I feel like this will be the last because I am finally losing ALL my weight to goal (not halfway like usual) and learning how to cook at home AND eat out! You cook your own meals. You learn how to prepare food better for your body without sacrificing flavor. So even though it is strict on what you can eat, the variety of things you can create is huge. They have an extremely helpful cookbook ($19.99) that teaches you really easy and tasty meals. I needed it because I had Bo idea how to season food. I just always used garlic salt on everything. Now I've learned to use herbs and spices I was always to afraid to buy! I can make chicken curry!! I appreciate the nutritionists and doctors available to chat with. They believe in traditional and homeopathic/naturopathic medicine. They scan your body with this little machine to watch liver function and make sure your are not losing muscle (by cheating and not eating enough protein). I think the program is highly affordable! Especially for how effective the program is! I actually trust the staff here and do not feel like I am having products pushed on me. I feel like they genuinely concerned about my and all their client's health. I like their focus on the liver! I've never been to another weight loss clinic that focuses on overall body and organ health. This is not a diet for vegetarians. You do not eat rice or beans on this diet. It's a highly natural diet, no processed foods! If you feel like you can't follow this program right now, give yourself some more time huffing up stairs and not fitting in your clothes. Then reconsider how much being a healthy weight means to you :). You really should save your money until your truly ready to make a change in your life. Once you are, come visit the HCG center like I did and be amazed with your weight loss!

Nine times out of 10 there will be issues with new things. I believe that Upgrade Labs Corporate needs to develop more on roll outs more so than the local ownership. I believe there was alot of excitement in getting it started and I think things that were out of the control of the local owner deeply frustrated him. He shared some of those experiences with me and offered to "make it right" every time I am aware of. This is like any typical business, getting good staff in this "new world" is challenging. Getting people trained and retaining them can be tough. I have had issues with staff not being friendly, and I spoke to management about it, and I can see the change. I think your approach to an issue goes a long way. I have found the management to be very engaging and willing to work with me through many of the same problems the others spoke of. As far as the technology and the treatments, I believe in them 100% and am super glad "lil ole CdA" has an Upgrade Labs. Then I tried threads and they snapped within hours and left a pea sized bump on each side of my forehead for over six months.Angela said it was my body. The threads left a giant scar on my face, people ask if it was from chicken pox. They are required to fix their mistakes but instead Angela charged me more! Eventually I tried another med spa and both my filler and Botox worked great and lasted a long time. I have now been to three different med spas who know Renew because they are constantly fixing their mistakes. I look in the mirror at the damage they did and cry. I only wanted to improve my self esteem and it ended up costing me permanent damage. Lastly, I remember telling Angela about my love for animals and she told me how her husband recently killed a poor baby deer instead of taking it to a rehab. Why would she think a person who loves animals would want to hear that?!
