I am almost at a loss for words after what we just experienced. My first experience was a few months ago, my mother who has gone in many times for therapy with them, made me an appointment after recommending the treatment. We were on time for our first appointment, but not early, which we should have been to fill out paperwork. As I said, my mother made the appointment for me, I do not live in Spokane, I was only visiting, and had I known the procedure myself, we would have been early. Regardless, they noted on our account that I was late for my appointment. I had a second appointment 2 or 3 days later, that I was very excited for, especially since the treatment made me feel awesome... so once again, I am not from spokane, and this time I was driving myself. I got lost on my way to the facility (there is only one entrance into the parking lot and only one sign which faces the back alley) I tried to call the office for directions and to let them know I would be late but there was no answer the first two times I called. So I was just driving around aimlessly in a city I'm not familiar with. By the time I got someone on the phone, got directions and arrived I was 10 minutes late and they refused to see me for my appointment or to refund my mother who had paid for the appointment. This I can understand, even though anyone with any sense of compassion would have realized I made every effort to be there on time... what REALLY put the nail in the coffin was when today, my mother tried to make an appointment for me for my next visit, and the sour hag who answered the phone refused to make an appointment because according to her records I was late to my first appointment, and never showed up to my second (EVEN THOUGH I DID, AND I CALLED BEFORE HAND). My mother called back and tried to explain to her what had happened, and explained that we know the location well now, and there would be no issues, I just really needed the treatment. When she was explaining the situation, she was interrupted by the lady (really holding back here is I want to call her out for the CUNT that she was being) on the phone who said "ANYWAYS how can I help you?" My mother continued, "I just want an opportunity to explain why she was late to her second appointment" Again, interrupted, "She was late to her first appointment. She never showed up to her second one. So how can I help you?" My mother continued, "No, that's what I'm saying is that wasn't the case. I just want 30 seconds to tell you what happened-" *click* She was HUNG UP ON during a "professional business" call. I've never been more insulted in my life. I feel terrible for my mother who just underwent major surgery, and was only doing this as a birthday present for me. She cried with me on the phone afterwards because of how rudely she was handled, and how insulted she was that after spending so much money there, and thinking she was a valued customer.
