Feels like a sci-fi movie lol but it was amazing! Got down to -235° and then first minute is easy but minute 2-3 I was shivering a bit which is the point. That's when all the magic happens. When I left I felt generally happy and in a great mood! I also tried the leg compression machine which is also pretty cool.
