His equipment is state of the art. Gym was clean, inviting and very comfortable. He patiently explained all the different options, and put my husband and I through a challenging, but efficient workout. When finished, we did some recovery work that felt AMAZING. Feels like a sci-fi movie lol but it was amazing! Got down to -235° and then first minute is easy but minute 2-3 I was shivering a bit which is the point. That's when all the magic happens. When I left I felt generally happy and in a great mood! I also tried the leg compression machine which is also pretty cool. I BMX a lot and get hurt often so I'll be using those leg compressions again for sure! Great friendly staff , very professional and very clean office.
