Upon reading previous yelp reviews here I was cautious to make sure I understood all that they would deliver along with up charges for additional problems that might be discovered. I called NAC on a Monday about my brakes, and they had me in on Tuesday. This car needed more than a few things beyond the brakes. They did a great job on the brakes and for a little less than I expected, and then walked through the rest of the issues, their urgency, and broke down the costs of each in case I wanted to tackle them one after the other. The facility is clean and welcoming and they have a waiting room you'd actually want to wait in, with clean furniture that doesn't look like it came from someone's living room castoffs. They were kind and friendly and easy to schedule with, and in subsequent appointments, their prices have been fair and they've been honest about the work needed.

Juan and Greg are the most accommodating and informative mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with about car troubles. I came in for a simple oil change and was informed that my turbo was leaking ( I was aware of this and already had an appointment set up at another shop ) and with that Clark's quoted me 800 + dollars less than the other spot that I was originally looking at! Fixed it in a few hours and even showed me bits and pieces of the process along the way. On top of all that they showed me pictures of trouble areas and spots that needed attention. Answered literally every question I had about the pictures and let me know the level of importance for each thing that was brought up! In the end these two went above and beyond to help me out and solidified Clark's as my new go to spot!

I'm calling because I needed help, why treat a would have been customer so badly?! I tried explaining what I needed and not being a mechanic I'm sure I said some things in the wrong way or the wrong order but if you work there and your answering the phone you should not be rude and condescending when someone calls for help. All I can say is wow, that person has an authority issue if that's how she's treating people who call there asking for help. Why did you feel the need to be so rude to me, you knew what I meant and what I was talking about you could have been nice and you could have used customer service to assist me and would have had another customer.
