I was really hesitant to visit this location b/c the majority of reviews were so negative. But I was in a pinch, and it was closest to me. I had to switch my registration from out of state to WA. I had to make two trips there (my fault - I brought the wrong paperwork the first time). Both visits, I had the same Rep helping me and she was very friendly, informative and took time to explain different parts of the license/registration process to me. She even showed me a couple different plate options. My experience here has been ideal, positive and I wouldn't hesitate to visit this location again for any future title/registration needs. ** It does seem as though they've taken some of the negative feedback into consideration (e.g. Having to wait with everyone else for online ordered tabs. They now have a separate window/ticketing call for these types of visits). read more

We ordered and paid for our 3 tab renewals online. We were supposed to be able to skip the line and just pick them up. Two times we tried but were told we had to get in line as they could only have a limited number of people served by the three employees. This is really unacceptable as the lines were 10 people long and the temperature was 106' one time and 97' the other. I tried to call to request they mail the tabs but they don't answer the phone. Not sure how to get our tabs but I'll never go through them again. read more

Go anywhere but here. Drive out of town if you have to. Full disclosure. I did read the other reviews and thought, eh it's close to my house. Rude, miserable, confrontational and unhelpful. They like to exert their perceived power over a captive customer base and will personally attack you without fear of consequences. As a business owner dealing in customer service I can tell you, most emphatically, that these people wouldn't make it a day in the private sector where you compete for clients/customers. They say things to your face that would get you throat punched in the real world. It starts at the top though. The owner must be a real gem. BTW, shouldn't an employee have eaten their breakfast BEFORE the customers arrive so they're not talking to you with a mouthful? read more

Not very friendly staff.. wait time wasn't terrible tho. Office only lets 6 people in at a time. Had to change the name on my title and add my husband. Waited in line & We were in and out, in less than 30 minutes. Just listening to the way the staff talked to customers, made my skin crawl! Extremely rude. read more

Absolutely the worst now. Do not use this facility for your licensing needs. When renewing online and picking up at this office as the designated location, you'd expect them to have a quick dedicated pickup only line. They don't have one. Or, if they are supposed to have one, they don't adhere to it. It's a disorganized free-for-all. Renew online but you still need to take a number. Use one of the smaller offices where you can renew online and just walk in and pick up. I'd give zero stars if it were an option. read more

Great staff and was in and out quickly. It's never fun going to the DOL, but they make it as pleasant as possible!

I've bought multiple vehicles and have had them taxed and licensed here. Most of the time I get the manager, or the guy in the back and they are always great and get me taken care of. This time I had the older lady in the front, and I bought my car out of town for a good deal (Hints why I drove out of town for it). It needed some work so I got it for cheap. I had the title and bill of sale saying how much I paid with both signed by the seller and I and she still taxed me on more than what I paid for the vehicle. read more

Had problems with my registration. The man at this business working in front with the hat was very rude and unpleasant to work with. He honestly didn't seem to like his job very much because both times I came for help he came to me with attitude and spoke to me like if I was dumb. So a dealer said they submitted the right paperwork to switch my disabled plates to my new car from this office. I went in to this office with the errant plates, and my disabled plates. Cindy was extremely rude, and dismissive, and said that I would need to pay an additional fee of close to $20 in addition to the $24 that had been paid for a never used plate. They do not give refunds. If you go in with correct information don't just take this no so helpful woman's word. read more

I sent there for enhanced ID's for me and my husband and 3 kids. I went there in a Thursday at 3:30, and they said that it was too late in the day for that and that it took 1. 5 hours for that. I couldn't get there any sooner, because the kids are in school until 3-3:30 every day. So we came back on a Saturday at noon. We checked in and say for an 12:30. We were finally called to the counter at 1:30. They said it's too late in the day for that. I said the guy told us that it would take 1.5 hours to get this done and since we got there at 12:30, that is 2 hours until they close . We had plenty of time. I said you are still open for another hour. The refused to help us. Told us to come in at 8:30 in the morning. So, am I supposed to have my kids miss school and be there at 8:30 in a school day? At least, they could have said something when we were checking in that there wasn't time, unsteady if having me and my whole family wait there for an hour. read more

Just save yourself the trouble and go to the courthouse. I purchased a vehicle out of state through a dealership, the dealership provided me with the original title, power of attorney for the previous owner, and a bill of sale. I'm not a vehicle registration genius but I have bought and sold enough vehicles to know what to look for on a title and bill of sale. Right off the bat the employee here was rude, acted as if he was annoyed with me and immediately went to talk to someone else, I can only assume to ask how to do his job. Anyways comes back to me and tells me that I am missing two documents, and signatures of the original owners on the title....hello that's what a power of attorney is for. All in all I about had a common sense meltdown because none of these people could wrap their minds around my paperwork, which is absolutely straight forward and provided correctly by a reputable dealer. To say it bluntly the two employees I worked with were incompetent. I took the same exact paperwork and I mean SAME EXACT to the courthouse, around lunch time, no wait, courteous lady that looked at my title, power of attorney and bill of sale, typed some stuff on her computer gave me two documents to sign ran my debit card and handed me plates and registration.
