You've got to check this place out! I make my own herbal…read moreremedies as I try to avoid traditional meds if at all possible. I had been in Elz Tastes & Teas before but never thought about purchasing herbs from them as I had only ever bought specialty teas and oils (which were all amazing!). So, I called to see if they carried stinging nettle for a remedy I was wanting to concoct to help with post nasal drip, they did have it in stock so I headed out to pick it up. When I arrived, I was met at the door with a smile, purchased my stinging nettle, which is not to easy to find here in the Valley, had a short conversation with the owner before heading home to make my concoction, and was feeling better by that evening! Yeah! A couple days later I took my sister's to the shop and they too loved it! Elz has everything from loose teas, vinaigrettes, oils, some of the cutest, somewhat sarcastic kitchen towels & coffee mugs, tea diffuser mugs, tea pots, soups, spices and some unusual items you just wouldn't find anywhere else like dried honey which was crazy good, children tea sets, a molasses honey and so much more. The owners and staff are friendly and very knowledgable of the numerous products they carry and if you can't make it to the store you can always go to their website and have it shipped if need be! https://tastesandtea.com What more can I say... this store rocks!

As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a big smile from a young lady named Delaney. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I later found out her aunt and mom own the shop. Not only did I find the item I was looking for, but I picked up several other items including tapped pour spouts for vinegars and oils. This shop has a lot to offer. Olive oils and vinegars, pastas, herbs, spices, salts, and custom made seasonings. They also have huge variety of teas and well as other kitchen items like dish towels and coffee or tea mugs. When you check out, they let you know about their rewards punch cards. I am looking forward to returning after the holidays to restock my kitchen.

There is also public use bathrooms that aren't port a potties, in side stores that require patronage, or generally nonexistent like most outdoor farmers markets. Fresh flowers, produce, salsas, bread, baked goods, local brews/ciders, jewelry, artwork, and more is there to peruse. The market always has great variety but I go mainly for two things; Fetch Dog Bakery and Big Daddy's Honey. Occasionally I will partake at the Scone Ranger as well but it's the English toffee I'm perpetually out of luck on (they did say you can call the a few days before and say you are coming to the market and would like a certain flavor). Their other flavors are enticing too. My mother in law loves the orange cranberry. Fetch Dog Bakery is so adorable and if you weren't paying close enough attention to the little trailer, you'd think their delicious offerings were of the human variety. Granted, there are options for humans but it's intent is to be a great place to get really affordable and fresh treat options for your pets. Plus, their clientele (aka all kinds of dogs) is always fun to watch "shop". I usually get the 4 for $3 little flavored doggie bagels. Our dogs love them! Then I head down to Big Daddy's Honey and I get a jar of spun honey. If you've never had spun honey, I highly recommend it! It is the perfect companion to so many things; donuts, fry bread, biscuits, waffles, crepes, spoonful in tea, the list goes on and on. You just want to make sure to store correctly so it doesn't separate. My niece was a big big fan of the Lush Cotton Candy. It's customizable and every kid's confectionery dream. It that was big enough to share with her cousins but didn't because those were her chosen flavors and colors.

The market is a bustling situation in one of the most profound spots in the city. We get to watch the sun go down, eat delicious food, have amazing music in the background, see everyone you know, and SHOP LOCAL. I am yelling so much in this review because I am so happy with such an incredible, divine event for us in the summer. I will see you all there this summer! Hit me up if you are going and I will totally meet you! I left with 4 plants, a bottle of honey wine (YAAASS), chipotle caramel sauce, shared ice cream with my 5 year old and smiled the entire night. See you next week, promise. I am getting pizza. And probably more plants.

On the set menu were: -Truffle Ricotta Toast -Lemon Pasta (Limone) - super lemony, pasta is obvously fresh -Vodka Pasta (All Vodka) - so cheesy and yummy -Steak - I love fatty so this was wonderful -Chicken Parm - Can't really go wrong with this one Staff were lovely. The interior of the spot is so gorgeous - I love the blue-gold color palette and the vintage decor.

The ambiance is lovely. Good wine, interesting cocktails, freshly made focaccia ( at $14/ serving…read more-it should be) salads are tasty. But this restaurant is very pricey for inconsistent food. We've been twice now- didn't love it enough the first time but wanted to give it a second chance. The lemon pasta was divine the first time- but my carbonara was unflavored paste- I literally thought I had COVID and lost the ability to taste food but everyone else's food tasted good so that theory didn't hold up. This time I ordered the lemon pasta and instead of creamy, delightful and tasty it was a little bland and watery. The waitress "fixed it " by offering me more Parmesan to thicken it. I'd added prawns- they were nice. My companion ordered the veal parm- the tomato sauce wasn't amazing and the breading was a bit heavy. He wasn't impressed and didn't finish the dish. The risotto was just OK. Again, it's very pricey for just OK. The food isn't trash but if you've had great food you don't want to pay so much for just ok. We would rather spend the money at Luna or Francaise or Wooden City. Dessert was yummy. The first time we went we arrived first seating and it looked like the AARP theater crowd, the last night we went seemed like a galantine's preview! So if you're there for the drinks, appetizers and ambiance it's quite nice. I can't endorse it whole heartedly because the entree's weren't consistently good enough to give the full 5 stars. Service was fine and we tipped accordingly. Good luck!

Extremely extremely extremely underwhelming for a $148 tab…read more The leisurely is an option where the entire table has to participate. They charge you $57 a person, and you share the meal. I felt as if our server should have told us immediately that this was a shared option, but even then to make every person pay $57 is nuts for the portion of food that you receive. We are content creator, so we happen to record every dish that we received. ( the leisurely) First thing they brought out was roasted nuts and marinated olives. (6/10). Some of the olives were hard, but the roasted nuts were pretty good. 2. My wife is allergic to shrimp so they were gonna bring out the grilled ponds but instead the chef decided to bring out brussels sprouts. (2/10). It was awful. I almost gagged legitimately, and my wife felt the same, the brussels sprouts also had a foul smell to them as if they were spoiled. - it was paired with the winter salad. In my opinion, that was the second best thing that they brought out. It was very rich in flavor, colorful as well. 3. They then brought out some pasta. Tagliatelle Pasta. This is the best thing that they brought out. The noodles were fresh and the meat choice ( roast) paired very well and it was mildly flavorful, enough to swing both ways but we'd say it swung in the right direction. I'd give it 8.5/10. 4. They then brought out steelhead trout with couscous and cauliflower with roasted carrots. - I think the audacity to give two full grown adults. A 1/3 portion of fish is quite literally disrespectful. It was so disrespectful until it just made me want to leave even more than I did whenever they brought out the brussels sprouts. The piece of fish itself was not seasoned, but it happened to pair slightly with the couscous and whatever sauce. It was quinoa actually.. (6.5/10) flavor wise. I hate really complaining about food, but this was so underwhelming.. that I may have contested the bill if my baby didn't poop out of his clothes during the visit. I will likely update this review with all of the photos once we upload the video just so everyone get an idea. ---- Overall, we would've been much happier, ordering individual dishes off the menu. I don't want to shit all over this place because I do believe it has potential, but I would not advise anyone to do the leisurely. The couple behind us actually didn't eat any of their food either and they apparently chose the same option and she was very upset so I'm glad that we weren't the only ones. I don't think we will return back to this restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.
