I found out a few weeks after buying them that the CHAIN WAS FAKE GOLD!! So I took it back to the Francis store. Their policy is no refunds or exchanges. Now I see why. They told me If I brought the pendant back in with the chain they could asses the value of the chain. However I had giving the pendant as a gift and no longer had it. I got the run around. I asked them why can't they exchange the chain for a real one? They have other chains that are the same length and all that, it should have been real easy to simply exchange for the fake one they sold me. I still have not gotten the exchange. I feel like I was scammed. Next time I go shopping at a pawn shop not only will it NOT be at Double Eagle but I'll bring a magnet with me. Do not shop at the Francis store. They sell fake gold and customer service is bullshit.
