Since we were already overseas, I asked my agent to contact him and scheduled the walk-through with him. My agent drove all the way from Albany to meet him for the walk-through. He seemed nice and respectful during it. However, right after, he said he had to turn us down because he's too busy and he just signed up some new clients. If he had let us know earlier that he was too busy to take us, that would have been completely understandable. However, he did it in such unprofessional way where it just wasted my agent's time.
