My primary contact - Matt Cologna - was extremely incompetent and each of the contacts I did manage to track down were unprofessional & difficult to deal with regardless of their title. The listings they advertise are out-dated so your time researching and finding a suitable place is wasted once you learn it is not available. I was lied to (from both agents as well as Management); I was laughed at by upper Management; and I was bluntly told that the property size I was interested in leasing was neither interesting or of importance to their agency. The final straw was being told that my financials were "unacceptable"; however not sure how they came to that conclusion since the document was password protected. Perhaps if they took the time to request the password & review the financials they would have realized that I could afford to BUY (in cash) the entire building. Seems like they lure you in with inaccurate advertising and then take pleasure in turning down your business with insults along the way. From this experience it is unbelievable and beyond disappointing that these clowns are still in business. They don't deserve my business or yours and I will NEVER recommend them in any capacity. On the brighter side, I do work with a very capable and professional agency who have supported me along the way. They can confirm my dealings with Cushman & Wakefield (including the lies) and we are now in the process of buying a warehouse.

We've been trying to get in contact with them for about a week and a half through calls, texts, and even by visiting their office in person, only to find out that no one is actually there. The contact information listed online didn't seem reliable, and we were given different numbers to try instead, which only added to the confusion. I do want to highlight that Adam was great, he was responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. It made the process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor impression of the company as a whole.
