A local Meetup was hosting happy hour at Splash and it was my first time attending. I'd never been to either before so I decided to check it out. As I pulled into the cramped and confusing parking lot, a lot of flow was directed for 1-way traffic. It was annoying, but eventually I found a spot. I stepped into a moderately crowded summer club with some new and friendly faces. The conversation was flowing and it was nice to meet new people. However, it wasn't until I stepped up to the bar for a drink that the problems really started. There were at least 4 bartenders milling around just chatting, while being surrounded by patrons trying to order a drink. The bartenders had absolutely no interest in serving and people were getting frustrated. I personally waited an hour for any attention, only to pay about $12 for a beer. It would be the only drink I managed to order all night because the service was abysmal. One guy had ordered some wings that had taken at least 45 min to arrive despite the bar being empty when he ordered them. While the group was fun and it was nice to meet new people, Splash was a mess and I wouldn't ever go back on my own. Food: N/A Service: 0/10 Price: $$ Atmosphere: 2/10 read more

From the start, we stood waiting 25 minutes at the entrance just to be acknowledged by the hostess, even though our table had already been prepaid. When our bottle was finally brought out, it was noticeably different from the day before. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the manager got defensive and insisted he had personally poured it. There was no accountability or willingness to listen, just denial after denial. The vibe shifted immediately and left us feeling unwelcome. We didn't come in looking for free extras -- we just wanted acknowledgment and consistency. The hookah/busser was acting as a server. Ther bartender was waiting tables. It was a whole mess. We ordered loaded fries with steak, no tomatoes. It came loaded with tomatoes. We sat so long for that one food item that they refilled our hookah and gave us free shots, but it wasn't enough. We won't be back. My very first trip to this club started on a Saturday which was Hip-Hop night. I love Hip-Hop so I was pretty excited to check it out. We pull up and about twenty people are all outside screaming and yelling towards the bouncer. We were told to just stand by the wall, the next I hear is AK-47. Splash Supper Club is a sexy spot. As other reviewers have echoed, Splash Supper Club is perfect for a date night. The baby blue lighting and ambiance are grown, sexy, and cozy. I made a table reservation on Saturday that lasts two hours. However, my date and I got the table for nearly 3 hours because the 11:00 pm reservation came late. I ordered the catfish, chicken, rice, and shrimp plate, which was delicious. My food video does not capture the tastiness, but I enjoyed the entire dish. The women seem to love Splash Supper Club because the club's makeup was predominantly women; beautiful, nicely dressed Black women. Most of the patrons were dressed dapper or fly. However, the dress code isn't strict because I saw a few men come in wearing ball caps and casual clothes. I will return to Splash, and I can't stress enough that this is a mellow date night spot. The host rapped and tried to turn it up, but it wasn't happening. I saw a few girls dancing by the couches with their friends, but most people were lounging, talking, eating, and enjoying themselves. It would be nice if Splash Supper Club had a dance floor, and they could have a dance floor if they moved the couch section in front of the stage. Who knows, if they had a dance floor, it might get lit. Nevertheless, I recommend this place for date night or if you are a single man who wants to go to a venue where the female-to-male ratio is staggering. Do not use card payment this place has a scamming system to run your card multiple times saying your card declined i was traveling with plenty of money!!! I love love LOVE this place ... it's such a great vibe ... they have different themes everyday and night ... always packed and NEVER no drama ... the food is always spot on ... never miss ... the servers are always nice .. cheerful and helpful .... Bathrooms are always clean ... if there's a dirty section and you wanna get seated there. They'll have someone clean it up asap! The owner always greets his guests which is a plus for me . This place has potential to be great! Right now it's mediocre. Both times I've been here the AC didn't seem to be working much. This is a Super Club not a club club! The DJ played his music extremely too loud to the point of not being able to even talk with those that were sitting close to me. I could barely hear our server. Once the live music starts it's a cool vibe but again extremely too loud. I feel maybe the singer should dress the part....no sneakers and T-shirt. If you are charging premium prices I expect a premium experience. This is Vegas. People have a lot more options than to drive here. So make it worth it. Food is good. We had wings and poke. One thing to note is mix the wing pieces up. Don't bring ALL drumettes! It was pretty dead both times yet you need a reservation. No need for that and the first time they claim we didn't have a reservation even though my friend made one. There should be a way to reserve online instead of calling. I met up with about 6 of my friends and we ordered their hookah , which was flavored very well and the hostess made sure to keep our coals lit and hot. This lounge scammed me be careful. When my friend and I asked for the bill the bartender handed us an unitemized inflated bill. We asked for the itemized bill and there were a bunch of things we didn't order on it and we never even got one of the items we ordered but of course that made it on the bill. The manager (Marcus) stepped in and lowered the bill closer to the amount it was supposed to be. Although we put a card on file in the beginning we ended up paying in cash however the took the cash and still charged my card which I didn't see until the next day. Over the next week I spoke with the general manager trying to resolve it but he never did. I had to go through my bank even though I had a receipt showing we paid in cash and a photo of the charge to my account for the same amount. Great place to go out for a date. Atmosphere is great and the food is fantastic. This place opened in December and already known for the good food and vibes. Dez is a awesomen hotess ask for her. She gives you great service. There is a Happy Hour time. They are close on Mondays and Tuesdays. Also Aerial is the best mixologist in town. Look them up. When we asked if wings were really $18 during happy hour, we were told a snippy YES!! I had salmon. It was as dry as the Sahara Desert. My mashed potatoes were cold...which was pretty surprising since it took almost 45 minutes to get food when the place was virtually empty. When we asked about the wait, we were told that they only had one cook in the back. The drinks were good...but the hookah was $64!!! Yup, that's it... I'm done. Never EVER again... It took forever to get drinks from the bar. When we sat at the table there was only 2 of us and the service skipped past us repeatedly to cater to larger group tables. No one stop to say anything. Very, very rude. It just seems unorganized. It's super small and not enough space for all guests to receive food and hookah. I just suggest that you make a reservation. Didn't taste the food although the menu looked good they took too long by the time I got someone they were not serving food anymore. Unless you look like a drug dealer, stripper or celebrity you get no attention in this place. read more

Food was good service was terrible I got served chips on top of a plastic lid off a container I can't make this stuff up then the crazy part is my bill was really $68 dollars then you get a 20% gratuity on your check that don't even go to the servers it goes to the house whatever that means and then there is an extra $2 for charge for not paying in cash and then there is and extra $4 for sales tax so my bill end up being $90 and out of all of these charges none of this money goes to the servers and then they expect you to tip the servers after all these charges and they really ask on the receipt to please tip the servers on top of all these charges all I can say is good luck To this place because I will never spend another penny in there ever again that is sick to charge all of those fees and then ask someone to tip the servers I really feel bad for any server that works there that is some sick stuff ! read more

We had reservations for 20+ people. When we got there no one knew about the reservation. They did offer free mimosas. But the food took 2 hours. It was horrible, way over salted. Which upon arrival we quickly discovered wasn't really needed because the place wasn't packed AT ALL! Upon arrival it looked closed lol! But we realized it wasn't. The host was nice and she seated us. Our server Tonya was incredible. Turns out she's actually from Canarsie, so that was a huge plus. She was so sweet and accommodating. Now....the food. So my friend ordered the chicken and waffles. Which she said were incredible. My other 2 friends and I ordered the maple chicken wings, and let's just say after 4 tries the chef still didn't get it right. Those wings had 0 flavor. We could tell he took them out of the bag, put them in grease and slapped some maple syrup on them. They were HORRIBLE! And he tried 3 times to bring us wings ..... and finally we gave up on the wings . The other thing was how they do bottomless mimosas. You have the actual bottles of champagne and both orange and pineapple juice and you mix them both yourself. NYC would never . But we finally spoke to the manager Alex who quickly remedied the situation. But we had to tell to either get rid of the wings on the menu or make the chef season the chicken BEFORE he fries them. Food and music is amazing but I didn't like how the prices advertised online/ on instagram are not the same as when you arrive.

Very elegant yet small. The alcohol weren't to strong but just need a tad bit more. The females are very pretty with a great attitude to match. The best part was the hookah! I would recommend trying the gummy bear flavor. So bomb! It's a great place to pre-game or just chill. Definitely great vibes and food as well. The DJ played some good music as well. read more
