The tonic was served with no gin in it. When this was brought to my attention, the bartender was very slow to get to me. I had just picked up my drink, and I'm pretty sure she knew why I had come right back. She insisted that there was "a lot of gin" in the drink. It was a small glass, and I know what both gin and water taste like. There was no gin in the drink. She knew that. A second bartender, upon being asked, said they typically put a shot and a half of gin in the drink, so we asked for the shot separate from the tonic, and we'd mix it ourselves. We were told it doesn't work like that, which tells me all I need to know about the integrity of this business. They knew what they were doing. If you come here, order a beer or order the separate components for your mixed drink, then mix it yourself. I know everything is getting more expensive, but you're already making money on well gin.
