Resteraunt barn doors opened promptly at 7am. The bar is slightly smokey when you walk in but this is expected. Clean tables, quiet, and we were well taken care of by the waitress who also stepped out few times to check on patrons at the bar. Simple and well worth the 20 minute waite for the kitchen to freshly cook our eggs, home fries and steaks. Mine was perfectly medium well while my other half loves his cooked well done. I was craving a good taco salad with ground beef. I knew they used to have a good one here, but there was no current menu online. If they didn't have it a burger would work. They did have the taco salad on the menu with choice of ground beef or chicken. My husband ordered wings & a dinner salad. My taco salad was big & the shell was stuffed full. I noticed there was no sour cream, so I asked for some & received a container of sour cream. I stirred it all together & it seemed a little dry, then I realized there was no salsa, so I requested that, too. Both sour cream & salsa were in the description...I realized later that night that my salad was also missing beans. I didn't really need the beans, as it was plenty filling, but that was 3 of the 8 or 9 ingredients that were left off. My husband's salad came with ranch, but despite saying the wings did, the waitress served them without. He doesn't have to have ranch, I do, but I wasn't eating them, so I let it go. There was only one waitress with 3 tables of customers, but she seemed to be in the back more than up front with her customers, which made it frustrating with the missing items. She was friendly & pleasant when she was there, but lacked attention to detail. We were happy to see actual dinners on the menu again. We'll be going back to try them soon. I went here on Sunday for a meet with a friend and wasn't expecting much. Boy I was surprised. It's an non assuming place but the decor, cleanliness and service is top notch. I had the wings that night, scrumptious and cooked well. Went back today cause I saw others order the fish and chips omg stellar as well as take away. We were in the area so we stopped in, and my sister and I were glad we did. The lounge is located west of Lamb on Bonanza. The place was very clean, roomy, and friendly. Sylvia, was our server and even though she said it was only her second day there, she was friendly, courteous, informative and took very good care of us, stopping by to check if we needed anything in a timely manner. We both had breakfast and our orders were cooked as we requested and the food was excellent. Sylvia mentioned that their black bean chili was good, we also got a couple of bowls to go. Good food, awesome service. The Bonanza Lounge was recommended by a bunch of fellow Eastsiders, so we stopped in on Labor Day around 6pm. Walking in, there's a small casino and bar in front, and the restaurant is in the back. They have the biggest TV I've ever seen inside the lounge. It's 24 feet long and 25 feet wide! It would be awesome to watch football games there! The restaurant was not busy at all. Alice, our server, was super sweet. They had one high chair in plain view so we snagged it. It's possible they had more, but I didn't see any. I'm sure they don't get a lot of kids in there anyway. So we ordered a Philly cheesesteak, and chicken wings and chicken fingers. We also ordered a side of sauteed veggies with the fingers instead of fries. The food came out shortly and everything was hot and fresh. The ranch is amazing!! Philly was good but a bit small. The wings and fingers we got plain with sauces on the side, they were standard. The sauteed veggies were amazing though!! It was green beans, red peppers and carrots. They were very flavorful, even my 2 year old loved them!! Alice took good care of us, filling drinks often and checking on us periodically. She mentioned they have buy one get one free entrees on Saturday nights so we will definitely be back for that. Total for 3 of us was just about $30 which is fair! This is a true hidden gem on the East side of town. They show the local sports teams games and the big professional ones, too. The food is great and prices are more than fair. I got the hot wings and fries with some ranch.... I'm sucker for this and pretty picky with the ranch I consume. The wings were cooked nicely (crispy on the outside) and the ranch was delicious. Fries, too. The service was excellent as well. The waitresses were polite and attentive. I would not hesitate to return. It doesn't seem to get real packed either and I came on a Golden Knights playoff game day. read more

Talk about a little hidden gem in the Eastside! When you walk in, you are in the huge bar area, but head on over to the restaurant side, trust me, I wouldn't steer you wrong. I have come here a couple of times now, once for breakfast and once for dinner. Forget eating at any fast food restaurant, you can come here and get a sit down meal for the same price. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs and WOW (double wow, it's only $7.99)! The steak was easily cut with a fork, tender and juicy, but the real star on the plate was that gravy! Probably hands down the best country gravy I have ever had and the hash browns were just the way I liked em. The other plate that was ordered was the 4 deuces...2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 sausage links and 2 strips of bacon. This plate was ok, and the pancakes were just meh. Nothing special to brag about. They looked dry (psssst try substituting the water for seltzer water to the pancake batter, it will make your pancakes fluffy and not crumbly). The service here was fast, although I did notice that we got our food before the table next to us got theirs, and they were there before us. Went to the Bonanza Lounge to watch the Super Bowl. Nice service.... Giant Television Screen! The facility is clean, even the bathrooms. I had a nice Chicken Caesar Salad, a couple of beers, and a Kailua and Creme, to drink. First time seeing the Super Bowl here. I'll be back again. Good staff. read more

I've been here for breakfast once before and believe I enjoyed it. Recently, I was taken there again to eat. I give this place props for having breakfast specials (some of which aren't regularly on the menu). This place is designed for locals includong a bar, a big screen TV for sports and a handful of slot machines. I had the French toast. The only thing I didn't care about was that they probably used buttermilk to dip their bread in. It diverted from the usually sweet fare I'm used to eating. The chicken fried steak my dad ordered was absolutely delicious! Flavorful, crispy and not drowned in gravy. I will have to come back and try this place for lunch. read more

I just found this place and I'm so glad I did. I didn't do well gambling there, but we ordered dinner to go and it was great! My husband and I got the New York steak dinner, the loco-burger and an order of mozzarella sticks and we split everything down the middle because I can never make up my mind on what to order. Although I was a little apprehensive about ordering a steak from there, I'm glad I did! The steak was thick and juicy, cooked perfectly, even the baked potato was awesome! There really aren't many breakfast spots on the east side of Vegas. Which is where I live. I love heading downtown, but sometimes I'm not up for wondering to far from home. That's why I dig Bonanza lounge! Bonanza lounge is a bar with an attached restaurant. You can sit in the restaurant or at the bar to order food. The menu is not just for breakfast, but they have great choices for lunch and dinner too! As far as breakfast goes I usually get the half order of biscuits and gravy which comes with a sausage link. This is more then enough food for me, but the regular order would feed a normal person. The gravy isn't greasy and has chunks of sausage in it. You can tell it's definitely home made. I've also tried a couple of their omelettes too. All huge and very well cooked. For lunch or dinner they have an awesome burger! There are several options of burgers the BBQ burger and the one with guacamole are my favorite. My top item to order has to be the BBQ chicken sandwich. The chicken is always moist and not dried out. Even though the BBQ sauce isn't home made it's still tasty. Bonanza lounge also has some crispy fries that are delicious. The staff at Bonanza Lounge are friendly and always remember me. Which makes it nice when they just bring me the to go container and I don't have to ask. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. Example this morning- I ordered a half order of biscuits & gravy and a cup of coffee for only $5.41! Sweet deal! Why not the bar tender put my foods order in and delivery it to me? I would be tippin the bar tender more $$ if he/her know what I like. You will be smelling like smoke after you leave this place. We just moved to Vegas and this was the first place we found to feed us. Since then, we've been to many places on and off the strip and we keep coming back to the Bonanza. Our favorite server, a lovely, blonde lady with a ponytail, (sorry, I can't remember her name) is great! She made us feel so welcome the first time and continues to, every time we come back. There are no surprises on this typical lounge/tavern menu, but everything on it is tasty and the cook will make it "your way" if you ask. The prices are ridiculously low, particularly the "Bonanza" breakfast special of 2 eggs, toast and hash browns for $2.99. Portions are always large. The wait staff is friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is they are required to handle the "front" bar area which is removed from the actual restaurant and that can cause service to be a bit slow when you first come in. read more
