If you followed heavy music in the late 90s and early 00s you assuredly saw Sevendust, and 28 years since I first saw "Black" played live in Toledo these guys are still touring relentlessly. At least my 11th show across 5 states and 3 countries. First rock show at Substance on Fremont and the venue sounds great. Sure Fremont Experience is a shitshow, but if you want smaller bands at smaller venues you gotta go out and support.

Stepping inside felt like walking onto a sci-fi movie set--massive LED walls, a sleek bar, and energy that hits you the moment the bass drops. I caught Walker & Royce live, and the visuals were next-level. Pro tip: go VIP for the clean, private bathrooms (totally worth it!). If you're into high-energy nights and mind-blowing sound, this place delivers.

Decent views from a shorty's POV

Cool venue downtown. Saw Joe Kay last night and he was killer! Ive only attended one concert so far but really impressed theyve booked ppl like Troyboi, Jauz, Habstrakt, etc. Tips: move your gum and other stuff into your clothing and bring earplugs. Security was nice but threw my gum away and didnt let me grab some pieces before. Rest of staff was nice and bartenders were nice and attentive, they gave me earplugs when i asked. Waterbottles only. Cocktail portion generous and not bad think it was $15 Love the screens and lighting but sound could be better improved. Its a smaller space so Speakers seemed blown out sometimes and too loud. Earplugs made it 100% better. But even though it was small it wasnt overcrowded. And it was Nice and cold in there. Bathrooms were clean and a lot of stalls so us girls didnt have to wait to pee! Overall just wish they made the stage more elevated. Would love to see them host more intimate artists it would be perfect for a smaller rock band/up and coming artist.

I found Brian's name from reviews and decided to book through him so we would have a contact to check in with to make sure everything went smoothly. He was friendly and although it seemed like the same deal I would have gotten online, they really treated us like VIPs. I think booking though him gave us that special treatment, but I don't know. All I can say is that it sure didn't hurt so text him at 773-459-8133 and he will help you get set up for the night. There were three of us so we opted for the $500 ++ table minimum. The table we got was actually the perfect spot in the club. There is a runway stage that the performers were going to be on around 2am that our table backed up to. We were allowed to dance on it until then and it was so fun. We liked being above the dance floor and right next to our belongins so we could dance while keeping an eye on our things. My only complaint is that as the club filled up and the rest of the tables filled we kind of got squeezed out. Our seating for 3 squeezed down to seating for 2 so we had to rotate a bit. Now let me tell you about our server. Our server was Ashley. I swear she is the prettiest girl I have ever seen. What a vision! Anyway, I am sure she is used to men throwing money and jewels at her so getting a table of 3 ladies who none of us drink the same thing, and we are obviously too old to be clubbing, was not on her wishlist for the night. But I have to tell you she was the nicest person we could have gotten. She was so helpful and took excellent care of us. I just told her that as long as the birthday girl always had a full glass of wine we would be happy. So every time she passed by she dropped her off a glass of wine and checked on us. I was more than happy to give her an extra hundred on top of the required gratuity. Overall a nice experience.

One minute I'm on the Strip with a buddy of mine the kind of guy who always has a "surprise" and the next, I'm being told, "trust me, take this, it'll loosen you up." I said I was good. He said I wasn't. And somewhere between wanting to prove I was cool and not thinking it through... I took the pill. And that's when the night stopped being normal. It turned into something straight out of The Matrix meets Alice in Wonderland. Like I chose the wrong pill or maybe the right one and suddenly reality bent sideways. The walls inside Omnia didn't just sit there... they breathed. Lights stretched and melted into colors that didn't feel real. The music--that deep, pounding oots oots oots wasn't just something you heard, it ran through your bones like electricity. Time? Gone. Ten minutes felt like a lifetime. A lifetime felt like ten minutes. I remember flashes laughing harder than I have in years, looking around at people who felt like characters in some wild dream, and thinking, "what did I just get myself into?" And somehow, in the middle of it all, there I was an "I'm-too-old-for-this" guy out there dancing like I belonged, not caring one bit. But here's the honest truth: even without the trip, this place is unreal. Omnia is a full-blown sensory overload in the best way possible. The lights, the production, the energy of the crowd it's not just a nightclub, it's a show. The kind of place that hits you whether you're partying hard or just taking it all in. I don't remember how I got there. I barely remember how I left. But I remember enough to know this It delivered. If you're chasing the best nightclub in Vegas, this is the one people talk about. And after a night like that? I get it. It's not just a party... it's an experience that feels like a dream you're not quite sure actually happened. Five stars. No hesitation.

When we were leaving a security guard waived us over and said we can take the elevator with him, I said thank you I appreciate it. When the doors open, there's a bunch of other security offers waiting for us. I go to walk past them and they stop us both, sit my wife down and start to question who we were and why we were there and wouldn't let her leave until she answers all their questions. My response was that's none of your business and why did you trick me into getting into this elevator to be questioned by a bunch of other security. They said "sir it's just protocol" and my response was protocol for what? They said she's intoxicated and cannot release her until she answers some questions and asked how I knew her. I raised my hand and showed him my wedding ring and said we are married ??? After some questions that she answered and I did, they let us go. Something about it felt super off.. it was just her who is 5'3 and myself surrounded by a ton of security that didn't seem to like me. The type of questions, trying to separate us and the looks we both got ... the intentions didn't seem good and it was almost like they were banking on myself/her not being able to answer the questions correctly The more I think about what happened the more uneasy I get. Definitely proceed with caution and don't let the security clowns separate you like they were trying to do to us.

The venue itself is beautifully designed, with a more intimate, sophisticated feel compared to larger Las Vegas clubs. It's a great option if you're looking for something stylish with a strong music and ambiance focus. The overall vibe is smooth and elevated -- great music, well-dressed crowd, and an atmosphere that feels exclusive without being overwhelming. One thing worth noting is the camera policy. The venue emphasizes a no-camera experience, which I understand is meant to maintain privacy and keep the focus on the moment. However, I did notice a few cameras out and about during the night, which made the policy feel a bit inconsistent. Not a major issue, but something that stood out. The Pinky Room is a jazz/live band club located in the heart of the Bellagio - closer to the exit towards the Caesar's Palace walkway. We waited in line on a Saturday evening right when this opened. We were told that this was the second anniversary of the Pink Room, so it was reportedly abnormally busy with us having to wait about an hour and 10 minutes before getting in. There was no cover charge, but there is a bouncer checking over your outfit. We weren't told exactly what wasn't allowed but supposedly they will check (saw a lot of the bouncers looking at shoes in particular). Once you are in, you got a stamp in case you need to step out to grab food or go to the restroom which is not in the club. The bar is set to the far side of the club with the bar area and dance floor set for general attendees. Most of the area though is for reserved tables that require higher drink minimums. The bar at the beginning of the night was easy to get to but once the band came on, it was a tough battle getting a drink as a regular attendee since most of the patrons were really squished in that area trying to watch the band. The band itself that we saw was great with reportedly Bruno's brother on the drums. It was a fun time and the acoustics were pretty good. The mocktail I had also wasn't bad with drink prices being normal Vegas Strip pricing. Again, love the concept and love live bands. Just think this venue is super squished and doesn't make as much sense for a normal patron versus having a table.

The decor and name suggest that the venue is electronic music but it's more hip hop. The security is too aggressive. They got yelled at for throwing a plastic cup in the trash. Then we saw another security guard having to be held back from fighting a patron he just kicked out. There are two bathrooms for the entire bar crowd of both men and women. I'm not sure how that's legal. It's takes like 20 min to use the bathroom. There's one bathroom upstairs but they don't let anyone use it unless the upstairs is open but it's not open very much and it's not clear that there's another bathroom upstairs there. They give you business card sized coupons outside and don't honor them for what it says on the card. The 2 for 1 card they gave, they made me get the same drink for both drinks but it doesn't say that on the card. They gave "free drink" cards but once you get in, you can't use it unless you switch it out for another card. It seems very bait and switch with their marketing cards. Once you get inside, they make up rules for why you can't use the coupon cards they gave you which makes it kinda stressful for no reason.

There were no open-air patios were open either. People smoked freely inside so it gets pretty heavy in smoke. Despite how much people were here, there were many areas to walk around at to get some space. Bathrooms are large, beautiful (perfect for pictures), and there's staff inside to probide paper towels. Bars were easy to walk up to and get a drink at. Warning, very pricey! Got a double-sized AMF for about $62 (smaller version is $31).
