BUT THE SERVICE was terrible they were legit in the corner smoking hookah and eating while our hookah needed to be changed it was nuts. Its a Hookah lounge and they have a dress code on the weekends like its a club. Insane you turn away business just cause of shorts. I came in with the same outfit middle of the week and they got a lack of advertising for the dresscode on weekends. Nice place, should let you in regardless since they dont advertise what they require so you drive here just to get denied. Then asked if my gf is coming in even though she is wearing clothing that isnt allowed. I remember visiting their very first location, (skrillex first appearance). which was much smaller but always lively. Now, their remodeled location is even better! The space is bigger, and they've added a full bar and a DJ booth, making it a great spot to enjoy with friends. The staff here is fantastic, the food is incredible, and the hookah is reasonably priced--especially compared to the high prices you'll find near or on the Strip. I visited Cloud 9 on May 29th and from the moment you walk in there is such a nice ELEGANT and MATURE feel. You are greeted and Taylor (bartender) was THEEEEE BEST! Not what it used to be. This used to be the spot 2019/2020! I have no idea what happened to it. It's crazy because they can pull in a large crowd but the inside would be dead as a ghost town. It's so weird to me that the business itself, acts in that manner. The hookah has definitely improved by far. I'm rating 3 stars bc the vibes are so dull. Maybe it'll turn into an arcade + game + hookah lounge but it's a place I wouldn't recommended to someone 21+ Great for High Schoolers + New College Students. The place is very spacious and doesn't feel cramped, the flavors are delicious and Orian the "bartender" really knows which flavors go well together and provides excellent customer service and will make sure you have a great time with some delicious hookah. I'm 22 now and I'd still go and enjoy every bit. But if your looking for a more mature setting or laid back crowd, this is NOT the place for you.
