I remember visiting their very first location, (skrillex first appearance). which was much smaller but always lively. Now, their remodeled location is even better! The space is bigger, and they've added a full bar and a DJ booth, making it a great spot to enjoy with friends. The staff here is fantastic, the food is incredible, and the hookah is reasonably priced--especially compared to the high prices you'll find near or on the Strip. I visited Cloud 9 on May 29th and from the moment you walk in there is such a nice ELEGANT and MATURE feel. You are greeted and Taylor (bartender) was THEEEEE BEST! She made our drinks quick and they were GOOD! They serve food which came QUICK, FRESH, and very tasty! We had the wings, plain and asada tacos. Not what it used to be. This used to be the spot 2019/2020! I have no idea what happened to it. It's crazy because they can pull in a large crowd but the inside would be dead as a ghost town. It's so weird to me that the business itself, acts in that manner. The hookah has definitely improved by far. I'm rating 3 stars bc the vibes are so dull. Maybe it'll turn into an arcade + game + hookah lounge but it's a place I wouldn't recommended to someone 21+ Great for High Schoolers + New College Students. The host made a good suggestion based off of our flavor preferences and the hookah came out within minutes. Around 12:30 the place got PACKED and they turned the music up. Definitely the closest thing to a club you'll get during COVID! Even though it's a far drive for us, we'll be back. This is by far my favorite hookah lounge in the vegas area. Everything about the place just adds to the good vibes you receive. The place is very spacious and doesn't feel cramped, the flavors are delicious and Orian the "bartender" really knows which flavors go well together and provides excellent customer service and will make sure you have a great time with some delicious hookah. The music is great and they play all different genres so you are bound to hear something you like. The couches are super comfy and its just a really enjoyable hookah lounge experience. Started going here summer 2016, 1 yr after graduating HS it soon became a habit I was living it up each time, NEVER EVER a dull moment. The place was packed like sardines, seats were always filled and the line was alwayssss long asf. 90's music and Top songs at the moment, a small dance floor and stage but the crowd is young and that's what kept the atmosphere poppin, hands down the best 18+ hookah and dance floor I've been to but I'm still exploring. No complaints about the hookah, the best I've had was chocolate mint, I think it might've been harsh once or twice but the servers are very attentive and the bathroom is alright it could be a bit cleaner and modern. I'm 22 now and I'd still go and enjoy every bit. But if your looking for a more mature setting or laid back crowd, this is NOT the place for you.
