An absolute off-strip Gem! This spot is a great laid back hookah lounge with some awesome specialty hookahs! My favorite by far is the VVS hookah! If you have some extra coins, I highly suggest being flashy and ordering it. Its definitely an experience. The food and cocktails served here are also excellent. I would recommend making a reservation because it fills up quick here. There are spots at the bar to sit if you decide to just take a chance however, you would have to come early. If you do make a reservation for a table or a booth, keep in mind you have a time limit I believe of 2 hours. The ambiance is definitely upscale and inviting. Right after Thursday night football, the blowout Raiders/Chargers game; we crossed paths with this spot. Located right off the strip and offered up good vibes, sounds, and libations. There food was pretty good, I went with boneless wings and fries with like a honey chipotle sauce on the wings. The servers were very attentive, we got taking care of by Honey B. She set up our hookah, which was a conversation piece within itself. It lights up different colors while you hookah. The live DJ was setting the mood right the whole time I was there. An off strip gem that offers all the vibes! The lounge is nicely decorated and provides an upscale ambiance. I really enjoyed the mellow yet, hip music being played by the DJ. The music consisted of new and old R&B, Hip-hop and, Afro -beats. This place has great food, drink and hookah specials as well. I went for brunch and really enjoyed the Fried Salmon Bites and fries. The Catfish and Grits were also good but, the grits could have used a little more seasoning. The staff was really nice and attentive as well! This place is a 10 out of 10. I tried to stop by on a Sunday but they were already closed but they asked for us to come back on Taco Tuesday. I'm glad I did! The venue is a decent size. It's intimately lit with nice decor. The selfie mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch as well. The Taco Tuesday Deals are a steal! $3 tacos & Margaritas? They had deals on shots too from $2-$8! Came back in town & got a very unique experience @ DeucesLV. The hookah is unlike anything I have ever seen before. We started with their standard & quickly upgraded, after seeing the VVS Hookah. The food was a tapas style with small, but very rich flavors. Salute to the chef that checked on every table for quality assurance. You can see & taste the passion that he puts into the dishes. I originally went to this restaurant on my birthday and I had a great time, the staff was good, music was good, and the food was really good. Really nice chill vibe. It was such a good experience that I recommend my friend to go. The Review: well fast forward to March 10th, we decided to go back, we were a party of 3 women, we arrived separately within 10 minutes of each other. My first 2 friends said when they came in they shared a joke with the host and were greeted. When I arrived there was no greeting, all the guy said was "ID's", we showed him our ids and he told us to sit anywhere, the whole place was pretty much empty, there were maybe 4 other people, other than my party, but whatever, we can still have a good time right?! Wrong!?. As soon as we sat down my other friends who were already there proceeded to tell me they had no water, I have NEVER attended a place that had no water! That's outrageous to me. The waitress came, I asked her was this true, because I just couldn't believe it, and she said yes. Okay fine , we ordered sodas in place of the water, trying to still have a good time. We ordered food, the food came and was really good, zero complaints in regard to the food, the shrimp were huge and they were good, the pasta was really good. The chef which happened to be the same man at the doors checking IDs, came by the table, he was a little rude , his tone was aggressive, when talking about his food, but let's just say he's passionate about his food, whatever. He seemed a little testy when we told him we didn't like one of the sauces he said he made from scratch. We ordered drinks and hookah, the service was okay, but the time from service to our request fulfilled was terrible. We would ask for something and the server would literally take 30-45 minutes to return, and the place was empty so I didn't understand. We noticed a table with water, and we inquired about it with the server, she proceeded to say oh let me get you some then, and never returned for 45 minutes, but didn't come back with water. She only came back to say "did you get your water"?! Like, you know you didn't bring it wth. We ordered drinks and hookah, not as many as we would like, because the server took 45 minutes each time to return to the table. The drinks were full of mixers rather than liquor, for example one person in my party ordered a margarita and it tasted like nothing but sweet and sour. My adios was more blue curaçao than anything. The server did bring me an extra one, she said that she accidentally made to much, so that was nice. Once it got to the bill, it was outrageous, we were a party of 3 and we split the bill it I2, the was a 20% mandatory gratuity on BOTH receipts. The total on the receipt were that of an upscale restaurant, we were even charged for the sodas, that we only ordered because there was No water!. $30 for one margarita, even considering it was casmigos, I think is insane. Unfortunately I don't think deuces will be around for long with the terrible service, mandatory 20% gratuity, for 3 people as if it's a group, for drinks not even made with the correct measurements. I added the receipts to show both had added gratuity. For context, we ate at Tao (an upscale restaurant), the next evening and paid the same prices, I hope they get it together read more

Cool lil spot but you can't dance much here. The owner said we had to calm down 3 hours after me and my friend been dancing. Basic dancing to and spending money: The chairs were sat in certain places, I was dancing by them and security said I couldn't have the chair there but that's where it was, hours later. The owner said we needed to calm down and weren't even hype. Maybe as the night went on they were getting moody as I was ready to go anyway! I was walking around and stumbled upon this place on my walk and wasnt expecting to get a drink or anything and ended up sticking around for a little bit. I loved the vibe and they had a good alcohol selection. It's a place you and your friends can go and have a drink in a nice chill place listening to r&b or rap. The Djs played good tunes. I even saw a few people on laptops just smoking hookah vibing. I saw they had food too. Visited a few weekends ago with my girlfriend after seeing videos on TikTok. Got the lemon pepper wings and the bbq shrimp. The food was fantastic. The drinks were good too. Decided to get a hookah after we ate that was good too just had too much ice inside and made it harder to pull. Only complaint is there was a 18% gratuity included on the bill that wasn't mentioned up front. The server brought over a card reader and the options for tips were 3/5/7% which made me wonder why but then after we left I saw the 18% gratuity they included through the bill link sent to my phone. read more
