10/10 recommend. We showed up with our big boy around 6 PM on a Friday and we got a self wash station immediately. Price was very reasonable at $35 for 75+ lbs dogs. There were about two or three other people washing their dogs here as well. The main reason we came here was because it was open late (7 PM), which is super helpful for us due to our workday. Everything is provided for you, making the bathing experience so easy (hot and cold faucet with a nice nozzle, blow dryer with two different settings, towels, ear wipes, brushes, and leave in conditioner). You can choose between different shampoos, including deshedding shampoo, which is what we got. For your first time, when you walk in, you fill out a quick Google form by scanning a QR code, and then you pay and they get all set up at your station. The workers are super nice and kind. Thank you! read more

We love Splash N Dash! Edlin is so wonderful to work with, just like the rest of her staff. I started brining Onyx here back in January after I took a fall, I was wearing a lovely walking boot for an extended time and knew bathing him wasn't going to be an option. This has been such a life saver for me, even though I've been out of the boot for a few months, I do have underlying health problems so bathing Onyx is a lot work and effort. This is so convenient and worth every penny. Edlin uses quality products on Onyx, he comes back home smelling amazing and his coat is so damn buttery and soft! I don't know what she uses on him but I've never been able to get him that soft even when I was bathing him at home. All of her staff {Flavia, Eric & Karina} have taken such great care of Onyx, I trust them and know he's in good hands. He is still shy/scared in the beginning but he warms up. The best part is all of the adorable pictures they send me after each bath/groom! Making an appointment online is super easy, if your looking for a DIY dog wash/grooming or someone to do it for you.. Splash N Dash is the place! Onyx is a fan! ^__^ read more

Shoutout to Splash n Dash for another amazing experience! This time I opted for their grooming services and Flavia took care of my golden retriever, she absolutely nailed it. He came back looking so fresh, smelling incredible, and his paws were unbelievably soft. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. Thank you, Flavia, for taking such great care of our boy! read more

**Review for Self-Grooming** I come here whenever the weather isn't the best for bathing a dog outside and love it! Whenever I come there's little to no wait for a tub and the stations are always clean. It's affordable and they have everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, cologne, ear wipes, brushes, aprons, towels, etc). It's also nice that these tubs are elevated and have hoses that don't strain the hands. read more

It was our first time here. The lady on the phone, Edlin, was very communicative. I asked tons of questions and she answered all of them. This place is very nice inside and very accommodating. Wonderful staff. Anthony, edlin, and yoko, are amazing! Although, when I started washing my dog, I lathered on the soap onto his body, which smelt like chemicals, but most importantly it smelled like nail polish remover. I was a little skeptical about it, but I said well let me give it a try because I didn't bring my own soap anyway, so I would need to wash my dog still. The tub that we used was the last one and it smelled like dog pee. I kept smelling my dog to make sure that he wasn't peeing in the tub which he most definitely wasn't but it smelled like dog pee in that tub. Also, one of the brushes still had white dog hair on it, which I had to remove on my own. This place is great to do a DIY wash and the prices are spectacular. The only issue I do have is just the soap as the main part because it just smells like a ton of chemical. I do suggest that if you do business with this place, just make sure you bring your own soap for your dog. My dog is currently suffering with a mild rash on his back from the soap and I'm going to take him to the vet to get checked today. Not sure if anyone else is going through this but it's not a great feeling. I went to visit this place today to purchase two items off their dog shop because I did not purchase it the day. I washed my dog and I had asked the front desk agent what kind of soap they use and he told me they use oatmeal. I have an oatmeal soap that does not smell like chemicals. Not sure what kind of oatmeal soap they're using, but it sure is an oatmeal soap. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews, but definitely the soap is a huge issue and the pee smell in the bathtub. read more

I have two dogs that don't do well with strangers bathing or grooming them, so this place is amazing for them. One dog in particular does NOT like noisy locations with other dogs, but she did fantastic at this location. There's 4 tub for them and has all the amenities you need for you basic bath and groom. This place has a powerful blow dryer! And lastly, it saved my back from getting achy. They provide scents for after their baths and they smell amazing. read more

We went there for the first time and the staff there were very helpful and friendly. We were impressed by how many resources there were for us to use and how everything was at hand reach. We also loved the idea how we were not limited in time. That definitely was a game changer. You can definitely bring your own shampoos and stuff. We did bc our pup has sensitive skin. But they also have shampoos, towels and more to make your dog's bath go smoothly. We will definitely be back! :) read more

We went to Splash n Dash on a Sunday afternoon and it was a great experience! It was very reasonably priced for our 25 lb corgi and included a lot of amenities (shampoo, conditioner, comb, brush, fresh towels, leash tie down, nozzle with different spray settings) I haven't seen at other self-service dog washing places before. Definitely a great spot to go if your dog needs a bath, but you don't want to make a mess at your own house! read more

It was our first time visiting, and my girl absolutely loved it! Flavia was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I really appreciated that everything was included. It was a smooth, enjoyable visit from start to finish. We felt right at home, and it's safe to say this will be our new go-to spot! P.S. There's a Starbucks just down the street, so you can swing by after and treat your fur baby to a pup cup! It's the perfect little bonus after a bath! read more

After moving to the area, we needed to find a new DIY dog wash and I will say Splash N Dash is my new favorite for my dog. I loved that all of the supplies were there clean and ready to use. Our dog is a 20 lb Boston terrier so the was didn't take too long and there was so much room in the tub. At the end of the wash there were different scents you could pick to make your dog smell amazing. I will definitely be back often. read more

Seen this local place on FB pop up and then started following them on IG and seeing the owner being very nice and excited about her business, i wanted to try it out and bring my dogs. It's a little hidden place that is pretty big inside. They have 5-6 stalls for dog washing and everything you need from towels to conditioner is in a little cart by each station. The owner woman came over and let me use her iPad to register myself and my dogs and the whole process was pretty easy. You get a leash to hold the dog down if needed and all the equipment. I took my dog coal and even though he hated baths, he actually stood still most of the time. The owner was busy and i wanted to ask More questions but i know you can't be happy go lucky every day , it's a business after all. I liked their towels and the air blowers to finish off your dog once you're done. For 15 bucks the price was awesome and it was better than doing it in my bath tub at home or in the driveway (my back thanks you ) coal left fluffy and smelling great! read more

I used to like this place! But the past couple of times it gets worse and worse. Before they'd even give complimentary bandanas and now they charge for everything. They used to give cash discount but now it's the same price cash or card. The lady that works there needs to work on her hospitality. The guy that used to work there was much nicer and honored the discounts until she told him some thing in front of me. The dryers are horrible. read more

There is so much to love about this place! From the wide open parking, to the clean and safe environment, this DIY dog wash is the place to go. You literally just need to BYOD...or I guess you could borrow a friend's dog if you don't have your own. lol They provide EVERYTHING, shampoos, conditioners, towels, air dryers, aprons for humans, and you can even use the grooming tools. If you don't trust yourself they now have a groomer you can book. My terrified pup that won't even go into our own bathroom for fear of a bath happily trots on in to get her scrub on! Plus the cute little merch wall is full of the best pet impulse buys as well. Can't wait to visit again and again! read more

I have 2 doodles and it's very expensive to take them to a groomer so we stop by Splash and Dash every 4-6 weeks to give our girls a bath. The facility is very clean and the tubs are large enough for our medium sized dogs. They do offer quality shampoo and conditioners but we also bring our own blueberry shampoo to give the girls an extra shine. The prices are very affordable and we do want to try their grooming services soon as the grooming is also very reasonable. Recently, the dogs that I saw with the groomer looked like show dogs after she was done with them. I would definitely recommend S&D for every dog owner! read more

We have been to multiple groomers and they were never able to trim his back area since our dog hates anyone touching there, we'll let me tell you Yoko worked her magic and did an amazing job. This morning my dogs decided to rub their heads on something disgusting in my yard. No idea what it was, but they both had stinky black stuff all over their necks and faces that baby wipes could not fix. Off to Splash N Dash we went. If you are a first time customer, you can't enter until you scan a QR code with your phone and fill out a quick form with your email and your dog's info. That took less than a minute, then we were let in to bathe our dogs. This place is cute and clean. They provide aprons for you to wear, shampoo, conditioner, or a 2 in 1 combo, along with rubber brushes and lots of towels. They also have dryers right next to the tubs so you can dry them quickly when you are done bathing. Anthony helped us when we arrived and explained how everything worked. We quickly washed and dried both our babies, took about 20 minutes, if that. They said we could use two tubs, but we just used one. Our dogs are small enough and we didn't want to take up another tub in case somebody else needed it. When you are done you pay at the counter. It's $15 for dogs under 35 lbs, so it was $30 to wash both of them today. Not terrible, cheaper than the groomer for sure! They have a loyalty punch card, after 4 baths you get $5 off. This is the first time we have needed to use a place like this, but if we ever need to do some emergency baths in the future, I would definitely come back here. read more

This is a nice alternative to washing your dog. They have everything you need. From shampoo, wash brush to help de shed the dog hairs, to a blower to dry them and all the towels you need. They also have ear bandanas if your dog is sensitive to noise. Did I mention they have hot water so you can set the right temperature and let your dog feel like they are in a spa. The place is clean and so are the wash stations and it is a first come first serve. I would come back when down in LA again. We were there for vacation and our dog needed a wash after the beach. read more

I've been coming here since moving to OC it's a great and convenient way to give my doggy a bath without having my house smell like wet dog. They provide towels and shampoo. They also have scissors in case you need to borrow. For the bath alone the price is totally worth it. I do wish the blow dryer could be less loud and not so small. But overall this place is great it's never been longer than a 15'min wait time on busy wkend. read more

We brought out corgi down to Tustin for thanksgiving and he desperately needed a bath after playing around outside. My husband found this spot so this is our first time here. Let's go into my review and why I gave it a 5 star. Location and visibility: 5/5. Abundance parking outside. It was easy to find. Service: Upon walking in, we were greeted by the lady owner and her husband and the cutest baby boy and their dog. . This isn't our first diy and we've been to a few location up to this point but this place has the cutest and cleanest stations. Here are some things I liked and something I wish they had. But for the price, this is a great experience and affordable which we appreciate it. I love: station is clean painted in white. Water temperature was easy to use and they are inside the tub. I love the smell of the shampoo and conditioner. I love that they use towel that sucks water out and it makes drying faster. They had a cart on the side so we can put our leash and personal items. They have the cutest aprons. Again customer service is also important to me and it was nice talking to the owners. They also gave remy our corgi a treat from the samples from the vendors. It's super cool to see how food scrubs can be used as treat. Love that! Wishlist: although they have the industrial grade dryer, I don't think it was as strong as I experience even though we used 2 of them (lol) ( for context: we were the only one inside the store but within 5 mins in 2 other guests came in. They have 5 stations? I think). But the dryer worked. I think it would be more effective if there is a shower station that is separated from the dryer station. Also wish that they include diluted vinegar and reusable cotton pads to clean ears and doggie face wash to ensure everything is wash and clean. I'm just being super picky as a reviewer and my wishlist is just a curated of what I've seen people like. Overall, I will absolutely come back and recommend you to come if you have a pup. The business has been operated for 3+ months and we wish prosperity to such a cute family. Come and support them everyone! - this was written on 11/19/23. read more

First time customer and I'll definitely be a regular from here on out! Washing my dog at home kills my back and leaves me all sweaty and gross, NONE of that after coming here. Also a good selection of supplies, like ear wipes and different brush types. I will say, I'm not a fan of having to scan a QR code. My only other complaint is that while the water pressure was adjustable depending on grip, it was hard to keep steady and I'd love some more control over that. Over all, I loved it here! Absolutely coming back. read more

It was an overall great experience. I had to wash two dogs and they both hate water. Once I got them into their respective tubs, it went well. This is definitely much easier on my back than doing it at home. My only complaint was, I expected a little more of a variety of products to bathe the dogs. read more

Went here for the 1st time, because my dog needed a bath obviously, and I didn't want to get hair all over my bathroom walls and ceiling. The lady working was really helpful, explained everything, and it comes with everything you could need. (brush, shampoo, towels, apron, etc.) Just bring your dog literally. It was only $15 bucks for my little guy and it's SO MUCH EASIER that leaning over the bath at home, or trying to take a shower with my pup. LOL $15 dollars WHAT!!!! I'm mad i've spent time cleaning hair off my walls at home when this has been an option. And they're open till 7pm Mon.- Fri. which was perfect because I came at last call at 6:30. Even came with a little bandana!! Easy, Fast and cheap. Only thing is the dryers do not have heat. So I was drying for what felt like 20 mins, and my Pom didn't seem to like the blasting cold air. Other than that 10/10. read more

Yokohama grooming is inside this self wash dog salon. We can HIGHLY recommend this shop. We had a groomer for 25+ yrs. Tammi's Grooming, she retired. The person who took over business doubled prices and our dog lost huge chunks of fur after every service. We tried 2 other local groomers and where not happy. But finally found Yoko!! I come here all the time and have never had an issue with the staff. But I came today at 6:32pm keep in mind the closing time online and on there door says 7pm. A male staff on 5/1 told me he couldn't take me because last call was 6:30 I told him I only needed 20 min to wash my dog he gave me an excuse that he has to clean the tub I use. It seems like he was already closing during operating hours. I don't think he's an owner but for him to say no to business and money is bad for business I think this business should review him as an employee and have corrective action. I also think they should change there store hours to 6:30 other than 7 if that's the case. I understand if there is a policy but it was literally 2 min. I drove from 20 min away just to be turned away. read more
