**Review for Self-Grooming** I come here whenever the weather isn't the best for bathing a dog outside and love it! Whenever I come there's little to no wait for a tub and the stations are always clean. It's affordable and they have everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, cologne, ear wipes, brushes, aprons, towels, etc). It was our first time here. The lady on the phone, Edlin, was very communicative. I asked tons of questions and she answered all of them. This place is very nice inside and very accommodating. Wonderful staff. Anthony, edlin, and yoko, are amazing! Although, when I started washing my dog, I lathered on the soap onto his body, which smelt like chemicals, but most importantly it smelled like nail polish remover. I was a little skeptical about it, but I said well let me give it a try because I didn't bring my own soap anyway, so I would need to wash my dog still. The tub that we used was the last one and it smelled like dog pee. I kept smelling my dog to make sure that he wasn't peeing in the tub which he most definitely wasn't but it smelled like dog pee in that tub. Also, one of the brushes still had white dog hair on it, which I had to remove on my own. This place is great to do a DIY wash and the prices are spectacular. The only issue I do have is just the soap as the main part because it just smells like a ton of chemical. I do suggest that if you do business with this place, just make sure you bring your own soap for your dog. My dog is currently suffering with a mild rash on his back from the soap and I'm going to take him to the vet to get checked today. Not sure if anyone else is going through this but it's not a great feeling. I went to visit this place today to purchase two items off their dog shop because I did not purchase it the day. I washed my dog and I had asked the front desk agent what kind of soap they use and he told me they use oatmeal. I have an oatmeal soap that does not smell like chemicals. Not sure what kind of oatmeal soap they're using, but it sure is an oatmeal soap. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews, but definitely the soap is a huge issue and the pee smell in the bathtub. read more

One dog in particular does NOT like noisy locations with other dogs, but she did fantastic at this location. There's 4 tub for them and has all the amenities you need for you basic bath and groom. We went to Splash n Dash on a Sunday afternoon and it was a great experience! After moving to the area, we needed to find a new DIY dog wash and I will say Splash N Dash is my new favorite for my dog. I loved that all of the supplies were there clean and ready to use. Our dog is a 20 lb Boston terrier so the was didn't take too long and there was so much room in the tub. Seen this local place on FB pop up and then started following them on IG and seeing the owner being very nice and excited about her business, i wanted to try it out and bring my dogs. It's a little hidden place that is pretty big inside. They have 5-6 stalls for dog washing and everything you need from towels to conditioner is in a little cart by each station. The owner woman came over and let me use her iPad to register myself and my dogs and the whole process was pretty easy. You get a leash to hold the dog down if needed and all the equipment. I took my dog coal and even though he hated baths, he actually stood still most of the time. The owner was busy and i wanted to ask More questions but i know you can't be happy go lucky every day , it's a business after all. I liked their towels and the air blowers to finish off your dog once you're done. For 15 bucks the price was awesome and it was better than doing it in my bath tub at home or in the driveway (my back thanks you ) coal left fluffy and smelling great! read more

I have 2 doodles and it's very expensive to take them to a groomer so we stop by Splash and Dash every 4-6 weeks to give our girls a bath. The facility is very clean and the tubs are large enough for our medium sized dogs. They do offer quality shampoo and conditioners but we also bring our own blueberry shampoo to give the girls an extra shine. The prices are very affordable and we do want to try their grooming services soon as the grooming is also very reasonable. Recently, the dogs that I saw with the groomer looked like show dogs after she was done with them. I would definitely recommend S&D for every dog owner! read more

I come here all the time and have never had an issue with the staff. But I came today at 6:32pm keep in mind the closing time online and on there door says 7pm. A male staff on 5/1 told me he couldn't take me because last call was 6:30 I told him I only needed 20 min to wash my dog he gave me an excuse that he has to clean the tub I use. It seems like he was already closing during operating hours. I don't think he's an owner but for him to say no to business and money is bad for business I think this business should review him as an employee and have corrective action. I also think they should change there store hours to 6:30 other than 7 if that's the case. I understand if there is a policy but it was literally 2 min. This morning my dogs decided to rub their heads on something disgusting in my yard. No idea what it was, but they both had stinky black stuff all over their necks and faces that baby wipes could not fix. Off to Splash N Dash we went. If you are a first time customer, you can't enter until you scan a QR code with your phone and fill out a quick form with your email and your dog's info. That took less than a minute, then we were let in to bathe our dogs. This place is cute and clean. They provide aprons for you to wear, shampoo, conditioner, or a 2 in 1 combo, along with rubber brushes and lots of towels. They also have dryers right next to the tubs so you can dry them quickly when you are done bathing. Anthony helped us when we arrived and explained how everything worked. We quickly washed and dried both our babies, took about 20 minutes, if that. They said we could use two tubs, but we just used one. Our dogs are small enough and we didn't want to take up another tub in case somebody else needed it. When you are done you pay at the counter. It's $15 for dogs under 35 lbs, so it was $30 to wash both of them today. Not terrible, cheaper than the groomer for sure! They have a loyalty punch card, after 4 baths you get $5 off. This is the first time we have needed to use a place like this, but if we ever need to do some emergency baths in the future, I would definitely come back here. read more

Let's go into my review and why I gave it a 5 star. Location and visibility: 5/5. Abundance parking outside. It was easy to find. Service: Upon walking in, we were greeted by the lady owner and her husband and the cutest baby boy and their dog. . This isn't our first diy and we've been to a few location up to this point but this place has the cutest and cleanest stations. Here are some things I liked and something I wish they had. But for the price, this is a great experience and affordable which we appreciate it. I love: station is clean painted in white. Water temperature was easy to use and they are inside the tub. I love the smell of the shampoo and conditioner. I love that they use towel that sucks water out and it makes drying faster. They had a cart on the side so we can put our leash and personal items. They have the cutest aprons. Again customer service is also important to me and it was nice talking to the owners. They also gave remy our corgi a treat from the samples from the vendors. It's super cool to see how food scrubs can be used as treat. Love that! Wishlist: although they have the industrial grade dryer, I don't think it was as strong as I experience even though we used 2 of them (lol) ( for context: we were the only one inside the store but within 5 mins in 2 other guests came in. They have 5 stations? I think). But the dryer worked. I think it would be more effective if there is a shower station that is separated from the dryer station. Also wish that they include diluted vinegar and reusable cotton pads to clean ears and doggie face wash to ensure everything is wash and clean. I'm just being super picky as a reviewer and my wishlist is just a curated of what I've seen people like. Overall, I will absolutely come back and recommend you to come if you have a pup.
