This project was started in early November 2020 and is still in complete. I have contacted Mr. Lester in person, via texts, and via email, and Mr. Lester has made appointments with me and never following through, ultimately costly me leave time at work. My wife, a disabled Army veteran, has fallen multiple times over their shady molding job, worsening her knee injury. I just want Mr Lester to have the same energy to finish my project correctly that he did when he wanted me to pay him initially. If he completes the project properly I will no longer have any ill will towards his business. This flooring project was supposed to be the highlight of our 2020, as we had saved and budgeted awhile for it. Mr Lester has recently decided not to answer any texts, phone calls, or emails from me.

I hired West Georgia Design Build to remodel at my residence. In the master shower the floor did…read morenot drain properly due to Dwight installation errors. On the third attempt, the floor now drains properly, but a large portion of the tile is now lighter than the initial tile that was not repaired. In addition, there are grout coloration inconsistencies on the master shower flooring. We had discussed with Dwight that we did not want to see a difference in installation if he repaired only half of the floor. The grout in the master shower niche was mixed incorrectly by hired help when Dwight left the worksite. It was applied with poor craftsmanship and overlaps individual tiles resulting in a sloppy finished product. In the guest bath remodel, the plumbing was not installed correctly. This resulted in water leaking on the exterior and interior of the wall upon our first use. The water ran down inside the wall to the lower level of the house. We had to discontinue use of this shower to prevent water damage until Dwight came out to repair the issue. They did not take caution when moving materials during the remodel resulting in damage to hardwood floors and two walls. Final clean-up was not satisfactory as they left unused materials in the yard, including small pieces of tile and chunks of hardened grout. Stacy never came out to review the final product and is currently refusing to come and make things right. We're very disappointed with the issues mentioned above. I wish I could report resolution, but cannot at this time.

We walked in the door without an appointment and less than 6 days later, including a weekend, we had beautiful granite countertops installed. Of course I think it helped that we were able to choose our granite out of the remnant stack and we did it in about 30 seconds. Christy handled everything we needed with professionalism and a great attitude. Everyone we came in contact with was super nice. The installers showed up when they said they would and did a very nice job, leaving no mess. This was a much better experience than what we had at Large Granite a few years ago. He verbally quoted me $1,500 for an IKEA laminate counter kitchen installation. The cost of the IKEA laminate counter (3 pieces) was only $300. I felt the $1,500 was a bit high but I was having trouble finding someone to install laminate and Victor seemed knowledgeable regarding my project. The project should have taken a day, but Victor was extremely slow. He also let me know he now charges hourly. After day one, he was still setting up his equipment and adjusting my an ikea kitchen drawers which he claimed were off. Not much more done on day 2, day 3, finally started cutting counter tops. I asked him repeatedly where were were on price which he said he would let me know but did not. The evening before he did the actual install on my counter he sent me a text stating he was at $4,500. I was could not even believe this. I did not respond until the next day when he arrived. I had a conversation with him regarding the price he was now charging, he said he had to adjust some cabinets, I did not even pay that much to have my whole IKEA kitchen installed! I knew he was going to leave me is a mess, no counter, sink, etc. I told him to finish and when he was done, I tried to talk with him again about the original $1,500 estimate to now $4,500. He got very heated, so I gave him a check for the full amount which I so regret now but I was uncomfortable with his reaction and wanted him to leave my home. Please beware and don't make the same mistakes I did by hiring Victor who took total advantage of me and he knows it.
