I told them I can't afford to pay no more than $100 a month, so they found a plan for $99 a month and they said the 1st month was like a promotional and if I didn't want the service I could cancel within 30 days and the 1st payment would be $99. Well they lied the first payment was $200 schedule for Feb 18 ,they should've gotten a payment in Jan 18 like they said but they didn't now they expect me to pay 2 months of service in one month. I'm fixed income living paycheck to paycheck. I was on the phone for 3 hours trying to remedy this problem which they created and want me to be responsible for there stupidity. I made it very clear a number of times " I can't pay more than $100 a month They even admitted the salesman quotes were wrong, they have recorded conversations Still they won't budge on that payment This was a big mistake trusting what they told me... I went in to the store and the agent there named Rocky was very helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately understood what I needed and said that it would be no problem. He had the OEM screen along with a cheaper knock-off brand. As usual you get what you pay for, so I opted for the OEM part. Said he'd have it done in an hour. So my wife and I ran another errand and came back. He was just finishing up with my phone. The new screen was so much more brilliant than what the old was, even before breaking the glass! He did a professional job and was pleasant to work with. I'd highly recommend this store with Rocky doing the work. I would definitely return if needing any cell phone repair in the future.
